Preassemble the valve block. Insert the anti - cavitation valves (16) into the valve block (14) . NOTE: the block valve may come assembled with the anti cavitation from the factory .

Remove the bolt and washer from the underside the loader valve bracket. Save the bolt and washer .

Remove the nuts (Q) , the washers (R) , and the studs (S) securing the end cover (E) the loader valve body (U) . Remove the end cover and set aside. Save the nuts, the washers, and the O- rings (17) for reuse. Discard the studs.

Insert the longer stud screws (15) into the valve body . With the valve body O–rings in place, slide the valve block (14) over the stud screws. Place the end cover (E) over the valve block and secure with the washers (R) and the nuts (Q) . T orque the nuts – N·m ( – ).

Reinsert the washer and bolt through the underside the bracket and into the valve. Tighten in place.
