Front power take-off Zuidberg

Refitting the power take-off housing

– Refit the power take-off housing on the front lift. – Smear the fastening screws (1) of the housing with Loctite(273). – Tighten to 13,8± 1 daN·m. – Refit the front lift. Refer to section: "J1".

– Connect the power take-off housing by aligning the mark on the linking arm made upon removal.

Important: The linking shaft clams must be aligned.

– Tighten the screws of the linking arm at a torque of 14,7 daN.m. – Connect the hoses (1) of the cooler "1032". – Connect the supply harness of the "Y326" solenoid valve. – Refit the closing plate.

– Top up the oil of the power take-off housing through the filling hole (1). Quantity of oil: 2,8 litres. To identify the type of oil, refer to the user manual. – Refit the protector (2). – Tighten the screws (3) to a torque of 1,5 daN·m. – Test the power take-off.
