Measurements and checks

Checking supply pressure of the rear PTO clutch

Test conditions: – Engine running at 2200 rpm. – Transmission oil temperature: 60°C.

– Fit the pressure sensor of the 0001783100 kit onto the low pressure connector "9010". – Connect tester Nr.0001783100 to the pressure sensor. – Start the tractor, engine speed at 2200 rev/min. – Actuate the on/off contact of the "S114" rear power take-off. – Pressure must stabilize at 21 bars.

– Fit the pressure sensor of kit Nr.0001783100 to a T fitted with hoses on the level of the supply of the power take-off brake. – Connect tester Nr.0001783100 to the pressure sensor. – Actuate the "S173" rear power take-off brake contact. – Measure the pressure which must be 21 bar.

Check the rear power take-off lubrication flow rate

Test conditions: – Engine running at 2200 rpm. – Transmission oil temperature: 60°C.

– Disconect the hose (1). – Connect a hose to the lubrication supply to pour oil into a graded container. – Measure the volume of oil collected in one minute. The flow should be 3,9 l/min.

Test conditions: – Engine running at 2200 rpm. – Transmission oil temperature: 60°C.

– Disconect the hose (1). – Fit 2 hoses. – Fit a tee to connect tester No.0001783100. The pressure should be 1,8 bar.
