Charge air cooler cleaning

Cleaning is carried out with charge air cooler yard cleaning is achieved by using ultrasonic vibrators.

Turbocharger removal/maintenance

Caterpillar Motoren recommends providing right above the center of the turbocharger a lifting rail with a travelling trolley to which a lifting gear can be attached in order to carry out the work on the turbocharger according to the maintenance schedule.
