ALTERNATOR DRIVE ASSEMBLY

Every 250 service hours check the condition of drive coupling from the hydraulic drive motor to the alternator.

To check drive coupling:

1. Ensure that the engine has had sufficient time to cool and is isolated and tagged as described in Section 1. 2. Remove coupling guard. 3. Check wear on plastic drive coupling and check alternator and pump sprockets are tight.

No lubrication of the alternator coupling is required.
