This schedule mentioned below is minimum required & generally based on previous experience. However maintenance intervals and the activities mentioned may change depending on actual site conditions in Shovel vehicle.

VI Check 500 h 1.5 months • Visually check the DCC for dust, dirt, any physical damages EI Interval 1 1000 h 2...3 months • Visually check the heat exchanger for pollution, if required, clean. • Read-out the fault memory of the DCU I2 Interval 2 2000h 6 months • Check and clean insulators of PTB2 terminals & motor connection terminals on DCC for dirt accumulation.

• Clean the heat sink fins of air conditioner from outer side of DCC

I3 Interval 3 4000 h 1 year • Cooling system: Check the liquid level, if required, top up • Cooling system: Cooling medium specimen, analysis. • Check that the seals of cooling system are not leaking • Check the coolant pump: For vibration, noise in operation, damage and leaks • Apply grease (jelly) on door gaskets to prevent adhesion/ sticking of gasket to cabinet • Check air conditioner fans

I4 Interval 4 8000 h 2 years • DC link capacitor: Check the capacitance value • Check the Blower for heat exchanger. • Check DCU fans

2 x I4 16000 h 4 years • Bearings of main fan motor: Replace in qualified workshop • Electric motor of internal cooler (E11): Replace and overhaul in qualified workshop • Replace the gaskets on maintenance cover
