Danger! Be sure to tighten all bolts to the specified torques.

Components which were stored or transported at below freezing temperatures must not be thrown or pushed. Care must be taken that these parts are slowly exposed to the ambient temperature. They should not be put into operation before they have reached this temperature. Sensitive components must be handled with special care. At temperatures below zero, electric cables have to be transported on drums and are not allowed to be unwound!

Stop the crusher plant. Disconnect the electrical supply. W hen dismantling the power unit, care should be taken that all exposed shafts, hubs, labyrinth paths, and flanges are protected against corrosion, dirt, and mechanical damage. Particular care should be used in the treatment of machine parts that can get damaged easily. W hen disconnecting hose lines, the hose ends should be plugged by blind or screw plugs. Loose parts (screws, bolts etc.) should be kept in suitable boxes, well arranged and protected against dirt and damage. Important! Dismantling is peformed using the same tools and devices as for assembly.
