TOWING THE MACHINE

WARNING: Towing is a delicate operation, which is always carried out at the risk of the user. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to incidents or accidents which occur during towing.

WARNING: It is forbidden to use the towing eye for towing other machines.

WARNING: The machine must be towed very slowly, only over a short distance and only if it is really unavoidable.

WARNING: It is mandatory that a towing bar be used for any towing operation.

Tools required

-One 10 wrench for hexagonal socket head screws -One 8 mm wrench for hexagonal socket head screws -One towing bar

Note the position of the cover in relation to the reduction gear housing.

CS98M640 Clean around the travel reduction gear cover and unscrew one of the plugs a few turns to release pressure in the travel reduction gear.

CS98M640 Place a receptacle under the travel reduction gear, remove the screws (1) and slowly remove the cover (2).
