"CMatic" cartridge

– Use a hammer with plastic bit. – Extract the clutch housing with the planetary train.

Important: Extract the clutch housing carefully to avoid damaging the spans of the piston bushes in the console.

Disassembling clutch "K3/K4"

– Remove jonc arrest. – Separate the clutch housing "K3/K4" from the satellite holder "P3/P4".

– Remove jonc arrest. – Remove the hub from the clutch.

– Loosen the screws.

"CMatic" cartridge

– Use the following specific tool: 0011394230 Wrench for notch nut. – Untighten the nut. – Remove the set of pawls. – Remove the dished periphery washers.

– Use the following specific tool: 0011394260 Adapter socket. – Compress the dished periphery washer with a press. – Remove the circlip. – Remove the clutch housing. – Remove the parts.

Note: File the clutch housing teeth at the points where the 3 screws are fastened to remove the clutch bush "K3". The pistons stay in the clutch housing. The clutch housing is delivered with the pistons fitted.
