1. HEALTH – All have the Texas Tick of Approval, buy with confidence.

• Tested Free of Pesti Virus, But are NOT Vaccinated for Both Pesti Virus or 3 Day Sickness

• 7 in 1 & Vibrio and routinely drenched and deloused

• Examined and semen tested

• J-BAS 8 Johnes Herd - we are free to sell bulls Australia wide including both WA & NT

• Use bikes, dogs, and horses, and handled with low stress stock handling principles

2. **TEXAS ANGUS WILL RETAIN 50% SEMEN & MARKETING RIGHTS OF ALL BULLS IN THE CATALOGUE**

-Buyers must supply their PIC code for all NLIS’s to be transferred -Bulls registration will be transferred on requested

3. OPEN DAY Thursday 6th July bulls will be on display 10am - 3pm.

5. Insurance is available from the agents at the sale.

6. Delivery of each animal will be at the buyers risk after the fall of the hammer, but will be cared for by the vendors for a reasonable amount of time.

7. Transport – All transport coordination will be done through acting agent in conjunction with FALLS LIVESTOCK TRANSPORT immediately after the sale. Lachie Falls is the representative (Mobile 0429 826 342). Any client wishing to use their own or preferred transport is more than welcome to do so but MUST be coordinated through Lachie Falls immediately after the sale. Texas Angus recommends Falls Livestock Transport for long distance cartage.

8. Verbal instructions will not be accepted. Please complete the buyers instruction sheet included in the catalogue and present to the agents.

9. Any announcement will take precedence over printed material in this catalogue. Terms and conditions of sale will be read by the agents prior to the sale.

10. The sale will be held at “Doongara” under cover. Warialda APEX will cater and the MACKA’s Angus steaks will be for lunch.

11. The owner, employee or other affiliated personal cannot be held responsible for any accidents, but will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.

12. Accommodation is available at the Sunflower Motel Ph: 02 6729 1344 and Royal Hotel Ph: 02 6729 1444 in Warialda and for a unique & luxurious sleeping experience try Faraway Domes which is just down the road call Kate on 0421 935 843. 13. On property air strip is available, contact the vendors for further information. Qantas flies daily to Moree (1hr away), Qantas flies daily to Tamworth (2¼ hrs away by car) and Armidale (2½ hrs away by car).

14. No children shall enter any pens. This is part of our OH&S policy.

NOTICE TO AGENTS & BUYERS SALE REBATES

1. A rebate of 4% will be paid to all agents who attend the sale with or on behalf of their client(s) and settle in 7 days.

2. A rebate of 2% will be paid to all agents who introduce their client(s) but do not attend this sale and settle in 7 days.

3. A rebate of 1% will be paid to all agents who settle within 7 days but do not introduce their client(s) or attend this sale.

PLEASE NOTE: only ONE of the three options can be used on any one lot.
