This is another MAVERICK son where I’m trying very hard not to repeat myself, but S832 is another full ET brother which has that mirror image. MAVERICK has been an excellent combination of genetics over the larger, longer type Texas females adding to the balance with thickness and fleshing ability to take PROFITABILITY to the next level. S832 is yet another good all round bull to get the best out of both heifers and cows. Heavy, easy doing cattle that thrive and survive in most environments.

Tex 29

TEXAS MAVERICK S808 (ET)

S808 is another full ET brother and mirror image to all his MAVERICK brothers. His dam, Texas PRIDE E30, who has already had 120 progeny at Texas alone, has a very high percentage of daughters retained in herd and a number of Australian stud sires. You can buy with confidence knowing these quality genetics consistently produce the goods. A great balance of all traits, +15.0 for EMA, +2.9 for IMF, +36 DOC.

TEXAS MAVERICK S811 (ET) PV TEX 30

Tex 31

TEXAS PRIME QUARTER S858 (ET)

Same dam as the four bulls in front of him, different sire and has all the qualities this maternal line is known to produce. S858 could also easily make a top stud sire. His sire, PRIME QUARTER, has had a similar influence on the Texas herd, except with a little more length and growth rate. S858 is a super quiet, highly flexible, heavily built bull that could easily be used on both heifers and add to the value of your cows. A Bull well worth considering.

Tex 32

TEXAS PRIME QUARTER S865 (ET)

S865 is your fourth last chance to get an E30 son and is the full ET brother to Lot 31 with very similar qualities. He’s a good, proud, strong featured bull that is super quiet and structurally correct and will breed true to type.

S865 is a full ET brother to Lot 24 by PRIME QUARTER but with a little more moderation and is also out of the same dam of Texas ICEMAN. With this maternal base and genetics, it is the fastest way to breed cattle true to type which is a major factor in breeding PROFITABILITY into your cattle. There is a lot to like about this young sire and like his brother, he’s a good bottle of wine that will just get better with age.

Tex 34

TEXAS MAVERICK S835 (ET)

TOP STUD SIRE. His photo says it all. S835 is a full ET brother to Lot 6 and TEXAS ICEMAN who sold for $225,000 to Macka’s Angus in 2021 and look at the data on him. TOP STUD SIRE. Just look at his photo. It says it all. One impressive, powerful looking, young sire with all the figures to back him up. It is hard not to repeat yourself when a sire line such as these MAVERICK sons crossed over a cow family like this is so consistent. S841 is as thick as a brick and weighs like lead.

Tex 44

TEXAS MAVERICK S837 (ET)

No surprises here, yet another MAVERICK son out of TEXAS PRIDE E30. S837 will end up being one of those bulls that gets so thick he’ll find it hard to squeeze up the race. Moderate in frame, massive in capacity and designed to pack on the kilos.

This is the second time in Texas Angus history we have sold a true 12 month old yearling bull. Texas Angus had exclusive semen rights to Poss RAWHIDE for the last two years and THUNDERSTRUCK is the 1st and only RAWHIDE Son to be sold in the Southern Hemisphere this year. He was the absolute Standout calf of a 350 cow/calf contemporary group at weaning time and had been since birth. The style and stature of this young sire is something you have to see for yourself. Presence, power, performance and profitability is the perfect way to describe this up and coming young Angus sire with a wonderful balance of all traits.
