執行長的話

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2025 HESS International Annual English Competence Competition. It was amazing to see many outstanding performances and I was very proud of all of you.

All the students had to practice extremely hard for the competition. We are thankful for the hard-working teachers who helped the students during this time. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the parents who supported their children and believe in HESS.

The competition is just one format of an activity, the most important thing is that we see the students passion for learning and enable them to do the best they can. It also brings back the love of teaching for the teachers. We believe that this is the foundation of teaching.

Keep the faith and we will continue to strive for excellence.

感謝大家，共同成就了2025年第十三屆何嘉仁國際英語力大賽。看到所有學員們精采的表現，除了感到欣慰之外，我更以大家為榮。

每位學生的表現都讓我們感到驕傲，看到他們一個個自信地站在舞台上表達，相信背後都是經過許多的努力與練習; 誠摯感謝每一位指導老師，謝謝你們的付出與指導，更由衷感謝所有的家長，謝謝你們一路陪伴孩子面對層層的考驗，以及對何嘉仁的信任與支持!

學員們經過這次活動的洗禮，建立了更堅強的毅力與膽識，相信這份精神、力量將陪伴他們未來的學習成長之路。活動不僅鼓勵學員勇於「挑戰最好的自己」，也鼓舞老師重拾教學的初心，而這也是「教學相長」的真諦。

隨著大學入學考試及國中會考陸續將英文聽力測驗納入成績計算，英語聽說能力已成為新世代重要的能力

指標。「語言，懂得活用才有力量」，英語力的養成，除了透過專業教師靈活的授課外，透過活動或競賽，更可以全方位建構學員聽說讀寫完整的實力，並培養面對挑戰的勇氣。何嘉仁專業教學團隊，為學員精心規劃多元的課程與活動，期許培養更多新世代的國際菁英！

As English listening tests become essential for university and high school examinations, the ability to listen and speak English is very important. Languages only become effective when you know how to use them fluently. In addition to professional teaching standards, through activities and competitions, we are able to provide a good learning environment for our students. Our aim is to develop elite international students.

Presentation Competition + Real Talk 英文簡報比賽

練習搜尋、整合及組織資料的技巧，並巧妙地運用簡報科技，將演說變得更有層次、更具吸引力。課中更

融入臨場應變能力練習，根據不同的情境和對象，靈活調整自己的語言風格和語調，讓表達更加自然流暢。

Practice searching, integrating, and organizing information skills, and cleverly utilize presentation technology to make speeches more layered and attractive. In-class exercises also incorporate on-thespot response training, allowing for flexible adjustments of language style and tone based on different situations and audiences, making expressions more natural and fluent.

Speech Competition + Storytelling 英文演說比賽

透過互動性的訓練和指導，深入理解文章撰寫的架構與邏輯。充分發揮自己獨特的創意，創作出豐富且生動的演說內容，在公眾演說中散發個人魅力，累積寶貴的舞台經驗。

Through interactive training and guidance, deepen your understanding of the structure and logic of article writing. Fully unleash your unique creativity to craft rich and vivid speech content, radiating personal charm in public speaking, and accumulating valuable stage experience.

Voiceover Competition 英文配音比賽

透過角色揣摩培養學員發音、語調、情緒等應用技巧，並提升英口語表達能力。

Voiceover competition gives students the opportunity to practice pronunciation, intonation, emotion expression techniques with their voice. Hence develop a better oral ability.

I’m truly honored to receive the championship in HESS International Annual English Competence Competition. This award means a lot to me. I want to thank my teachers and family for their great support and the judges for recognizing my effort. Preparing for this contest wasn’t easy—I practiced every day, fixed my mistakes, and learned to speak with more confidence. Through this journey, I discovered that hard work and passion can lead to success. I also learned the importance of expressing my thoughts clearly in English. This experience has inspired me to keep improving and to never give up on my dreams. Thank you again for this amazing opportunity!

I am very proud of Shanie’s performance throughout the ECC presentation class. She was very hardworking throughout the process, and she had lots of great ideas. I also saw a lot of growth and development in her delivery over time. Throughout the weeks, she was able to bring more and more emotion and expression to her performance. Through doing the real talk, I also saw a great improvement in her ability to speak on the spot while also using the proper word choices and grammar. I feel it was a great test for her English fluency, and she did a phenomenal job at meeting the challenge! I am overjoyed that her hard work and bravery paid off in the end!

That day on March 22,was the last time I join ECC competition! I look back the way I had walked through.All the practice I had done,all the time I had spent were the lights you saw on me on the stage!l wanted to thank my teachers,parents and all the people who support me!My teachers spent a lot of time with training me and teaching me all the pronunciation of the difficult words.They gave me a lot of encouragement and advice. Therefore, I have more confidence to face all the difficulties and challenges. Next, I wanted to say thank you to Mom and Dad because they always told me that to believe myself ,and I am now more courageous and I am all ready for all the coming challenges in my life. Last,even though I didn’t get the first place in the last competition in HESS but I was still enjoy every second on that moment!Just believe ward work will not betray you! Just do your best! And you are your own Super Star!

We are so incredibly proud of Arielle and her achieving the runner-up position in the speech competition. From the moment she began speaking, we could see her confidence shining through. She stood tall, spoke clearly, and shared her ideas beautifully. We were especially impressed with how she carefully enunciated each word-making her speech easy to follow and enjoyable to listen to. While as teachers, we offered guidance and support, it was Arielle who put in the hard work, refined every word, and faced every challenge with courage. She was determined to succeed, and she did just that. Her passion and perseverance have been truly inspiring, and we could not be prouder of her.

獲獎的背後總是有強大的後盾，感謝何嘉仁福山分校老師們對於Arielle的指導，獲得第十三屆全國英語力簡報比賽第二名殊榮，這個獎得來不易，但也絕非幸運，得獎的喜悅裡，總是有道不盡的努力付出，在實力堅強的選手中能脫穎而出，實在不易。小學高年級的Arielle，在演講內容裡表現的是理解與成熟度；Arielle針對詐騙的時事議題提出影響與解方。What I think and what I do同等重要，這是我們每天發生的周遭，讓我們重視的議題。簡報組演講的難度提高許多，爸爸與媽媽是孩子眼睛看到與耳朵聽到的生活體驗；老師們的專業教導更能把體驗以英文演說的方式具體表達讓聽眾容易理解。Arielle不再是全盤吸收的一方，而是與老師們腦力激盪的成果。英語力大賽，在孩子展現自己的同時也跟世界接軌，展現最好的自己！讓孩子的生活更加精彩。

This is my second time participating in ECC, and I feel really thankful for receiving the third prize. I’m grateful to my teacher for all the support and guidance – most important of all, you taught me to think outside the box, which isn’t just the key point of the competition, but also of life. Also, I want to thank my father for always making time to be there for me and believing in me, even when I doubt myself. I couldn’t have achieved this without all of you. I will regard this competition as a precious experience and keep improving myself.

I’m incredibly proud of Jamie for placing third in the national speech competition. Her speech on procrastination was not only insightful but also delivered with poise and maturity beyond her years, and definitely left an impression on everyone who viewed it. From the beginning of classes in November to the final round in March, Jamie has grown immensely, driven by her determination to improve. This was her second time reaching the national stage, and she took the lessons from last year’s experience to heart, coming back stronger and more confident. Her passion, growth, and resilience are truly inspiring, and I have no doubt she’ll continue to achieve great things.

參加英語力競賽讓Jamie不但可以應用課堂中所學，還有機會與來自全國各地非常優秀的選手們同場切磋，互相觀摩與學習，瞭解自己的優、缺點並找出可以持續改進的方向與目標。

過去幾個月的比賽過程中，看到Jamie在國中繁忙的課業壓力下仍堅持不懈的努力練習，也感謝Tr. Graeme和 Tr. Betty在過程中給予Jamie的訓練與協助，讓Jamie 可以有很好的表現。

準備比賽時不斷練習的英文簡報技巧，不論在未來求學甚至工作上，都是不可或缺的技能，謝謝何嘉仁美語舉辦這次的英語力競賽。

I’m very proud to receive this award. I want to thank my teachers that practiced with me and gave me confidence. I want to thank my parents, too. They supported me and saw my potential enough to persuade me to enter this competition. It was a very good experience for me. With every step, I gained more confidence. I have been more open since the competition, and I talk more to the people around me. When have to do a school project, I can bravely share my ideas with everyone. Doing this speech was very hard work. My teachers helped me a lot. I am most proud of the fact that I can share this speech to show how much that I love art. English is a very interesting language and learning it is very fun. I want to tell other students learning English to give ECC a try and give it their best-in time it will become easier and they will learn so much more.

Helping Wendy through her speech on Why Taiwan Needs Art was most definitely a rewarding experience as a teacher because I got to see how much confidence she gained. From her first draft to her final performance, her confidence changed and I mean CHANGED. Her passion for art became more obvious as she gained that confidence. And, she gained that confidence after we got through to the next round. My girl gave it her all every time, in every practice she just got better and better. Her dedication paid off—not only did she give a compelling speech, but she believed and still does believe in herself and her topic. She won the Pronunciation Award- we couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t be more proud of my girl. Seeing her hard work and progress recognized by other people and not just myself or my co-workers or her family reminded me of why I love teaching. 將不可預料成為可預料-Wendy的英文魔法學習原先只是想讓Wendy學習如何做簡報以及上台演說練膽量，沒想到從沒參加英文競賽的她一路過關斬將進入了總決賽￮從一開始看到她上課回家後的挫折感到最後上台表現的穩健台風與流暢演說，相信不僅她付出了很多的努力，指導她的老師在背後也是卯足力氣並付出了滿滿的關愛￮特別謝謝大武崙分校的指導老師Tr.Siân用心的指導與Tr.Hazel的陪伴，謝謝您們不只教她語言技巧，更帶領她尋找自己的特色與方向，做出一個與眾不同又符合自己興趣的簡報內容，在每次不斷練習與修正中給予她鼓勵，讓她有自信地站上舞台展現自我！

從大武崙何嘉仁到大武崙沙灘只要10分鐘，就可以愜意地踩著冰涼海水眺望基隆嶼的海上日出。在Wendy 出生前不知幾回騎車經過大武崙何嘉仁，沒想到Wendy 可以在這麼接近海洋的地方學習與成長。眼睛若是靈魂的明窗，何嘉仁老師們驚奇色彩的眼睛像哥德教堂的玫瑰花窗充滿慈愛，有時像火影忍者的寫輪眼充滿戰鬥力，讓Wendy透過各位打開了世界的視窗，除了課程外更是性情與人格的認知交流。謝謝老師Tr.Siân正規課程外許多額外時間的訓練付出，謝謝老師Tr.Hazel 對Wendy 細心教學與情緒的輔導關懷，你們看著小 Wendy變成大Wendy，很幸運遇見你們。這次的參賽對家長我來說也是一場深刻的心靈旅程，你們創造了一場孩子與家長的壯遊。假如回到大航海時代，大武崙的何嘉仁一定是停泊在海岸準備航向金銀島的大船，老師們是帶領孩子迎向偉大航道的水手，或是海盜。

I was really glad that I won the outstanding delivery! I enjoyed interacting with excellent competitors. During the preliminary and semi final competition, I learned lots of skills such as intonation and body language. Also, I learned how to organize real talk. I encountered a student who had the highest score in real talk, so I got the motivation to improve my real talk. I would like to thank all the contestents. I found this competition to be engaging and satisfying. I wish I could join this competition again!

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the teachers – Adam, Roelien, and Oliver – for their hard work and dedication.I truly appreciate Hess for hosting such a wonderful event, providing the children with an inspiring stage to express themselves and build confidence. I also suggest that, since we have such a great opportunity, we could consider using online voting tools in the future to involve all teachers as judges and encourage even broader participation in the competition.I would also like to thank Nina’s classmate, Ryan. The two of them have learned so much from each other, gaining experience and maturity through each round of practice and performance.Over the past six months, the journey from brainstorming ideas to delivering the final presentation has been an invaluable experience. It has not only sharpened Nina’s presentation skills but has also brought us even closer together as a family. To stay true to Nina’s ideas, we chose to focus on genuine, real-life experiences rather than relying on AI-generated content. I just checked our devices—we’ve recorded 53 practice sessions and 25 videos at home during this rehearsal process! Of course, these experiences have been filled with joy, struggles, and even a few tears. But all of these moments, captured in recordings, will forever be cherished as memories from this beautiful journey.

很開心悅宁可以再次站上全國總決賽的舞台，這是她第一次參加簡報表達的比賽，過程中與老師不斷地提出創新的想法及意見，也與家人不斷的修正內容，為了在舞台上展現最棒的自己! 舞台上，也盡情的享受表達，很開心最後也獲得傑出表達的肯定!比賽的結果是一時的，過程中獲得的經驗，才是她一輩子的回憶! 相信未來悅宁可以累積這些參賽經驗，幫助未來的求學生涯，創造更精采豐富的英文表達!最後，能夠教導一位愛閱讀、勇於表達的女孩，真的是老師們的驕傲! 也期許未來能夠持續培養悅宁這些帶得走的能力!

I am thankful to the teacher who helped and taught me, so that I can stand on the stage and speak without fear. I also want to thank my mom and dad for giving me this opportunity. Although I did not win the championship, I learned that I need to practice more and more. Never give up, and always try your best. Do not be arrogant when you win, and do not be discouraged when you lose. Everyone who does not win will feel sad, but that does not mean you won't succeed in the future. I think this is the most important lesson from the speech competition.

I am increadibly proud and honored to have coached Makotao in the jouney to doing the presentation competition. I would like to say that Makoto has taught me more than I've done for him. I am grateful to have played a part in guiding and supporting him through this process

去年我第一次參加，當時受到Duane老師給我的推薦函，因為受到邀請，所以抱持著嘗試的心態，去參加簡報演講比賽。一直以來，都是Jeffery老師訓練我上臺的台風、即席演講的技巧，也好不容易到了去年的區域複賽。去年因為是第一次參加比賽，所以我很緊張，想把最好的表現呈現出來，但最後卻以第二名的姿態止步於區域複賽。當時，我留下了眼淚，留下的是不甘心的淚水，覺得自己可以表現更好，或許再努力一點，就可以進決賽了呢，但這也就埋下了我會在今年再次參加的種子。今年再次參加，我變得更加有經驗，也再次闖到了區域複賽，但這次變得不再緊張，也就晉級到了總決賽。晉級的那刻，我留下了感動的眼淚，腦中浮現去年的畫面。來到了總決賽，我看到了好多好多好厲害的人們，也讓我知道人外有人，天外有天，我也只不過是在這個小區域很厲害而已。也謝謝Teacher Jeffery 和Teacher Duane一直以來的陪伴。如果有機會，我還是會再參加。

今年是自己第二次指導學生代表區域晉級到全國決賽，每一次看到孩子透過自己的潛力跟意志，爭取到好的名次，都感到非常的榮幸。前一年Broderick以區域第二名遺恨沒有晉級到決賽，今年針對Real Talk 作為訓練重點，Broderick是個認真且吸收能力非常優秀的孩子，在即席發想及隨機調整的能力透過不斷的練習，加上去年的經驗跟再接再厲的企圖，孩子今年終於拿到進入決賽的門票。決賽時，坐在台下身為指導老師的我，驚覺到自己沒有針對這麼大的舞台螢幕，去設計及訓練到孩子在這個場地大小走位及台風的掌握，而捏了一把冷汗，尤其面對每一位選手都非常的優秀。這成為身為指導老師自己的反省及需要精進的地方。但無論名次好壞，我相信過程之中，我跟孩子之間的教學互動，都是彼此受益。我相信Broderick 有著謹慎的自信，可以讓自己精益求精，越來越好！未來一定是出色卓越的人才！

I am very happy to have attended this speech competition. I practiced for this speech competition for a long time. Sometimes I even used my free time to practice for this speech competition. After this competition, I have a really strong feeling that my English improved a lot and I have become more confident. I feel a great sense of accomplishment too, especially when I won the prize. I couldn't believe it when I won the championship and entered the finals. I would like to thank all the teachers at HESS and my parents again. They helped me practice for the competition. They are really hard-working and dedicated. When I was nervous, they cheered me up. When I didn't know how to do it, they taught me. When I was competing, they encouraged me from the audience. Thank you -my best teachers!

I am so proud of Olivia's dedication and resilience during this competition. She started this with excellent focus and spent a lot of time refining her presentation and practicing for it. As her teacher, I really admired the creativity she exhibited. This journey only took a few months, but I feel like Olivia grew up a lot and matured during this time. This experience has been truly wonderful. Standing on the big stage, I felt both excited and happy, and I gained valuable stage experience. I’m truly honored to represent Rong Fu Branch, which gives me the freedom to express myself, and I feel very fortunate. Wow! can’t believe I actually won the competition. I felt really happy I can’t find a word to describe how happy I am. First, I want to thank Tr. Sophie and Tr. Julie Jo. They are the teachers who helped me practice. Second, I want to tell you about the most challenging part, I think it is patience, because I can’t stand practicing all the time. Third, I want to tell you about what I think the funniest part, I think it’s Storytelling, because I get to come up with a lot of crazy and wacky stories while practicing. I really had a lot of fun.

Jonus has a very good imagination and I am always surprised with his creative ideas. When I told Jonus about the topic for this year, he told me immediately that he wanted to write about his favorite topic ~ dinosaurs . During these months, he has tried very hard and put in a lot of effort to practice before or after class. I remembered that he told me many times ~ I want to go to Taipei for the National Final and he really made it. I want to congratulate Jonus again because he has achieved his goal. I am very impressed with Raena’s ability to identify what makes a good speech. She then wrote a speech, created a performance that fulfilled those requirements, and followed it up with the hard work and persistence to practice it and make it as good as it possibly could be. She then performed her speech without any hesitation or issues, even including improvisation. This would be difficult for anyone at any age, but Raena was able to do this all exceptionally well despite her young age. I hope Raena is deeply proud of herself. I know that I, and all the staff in the Tucheng area, are very impressed with and proud of Raena.

Since I was a child, I have always watched my sister practice for her English Speech Competition, and I've hoped that one day I could participate as well. This time, I am very happy to be taking part in the national finals of the English Speech Competition. This experience has truly inspired me and given me a lot of confidence and courage. Public speaking is still challenging for me, and I remember almost giving up because it seemed too difficult. However, my family encouraged me, helping me believe in myself and find the confidence to speak out loud in English. Thomas Edison once said, "Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration." So, if you want to achieve good results, you need to practice more. 我覺得這次參加演說和上次配音比賽最大的不同是在於配音比賽主要是團隊合作，而演說是個人表現，一開始報名參加的時候其實對於比賽內容不是很了解，但經過課程及老師的耐心指導才對於演說慢慢熟悉，我認為整個比賽最困難的部分是storytelling，要在短時間內用人、地及事件想出一個完整的故事真的很不容易，幸好曾經參加過其他比賽，讓我對這方面稍微有概念。這次能晉級到全國決賽，首先我要感謝的是老師，感謝她耐心的教導和細心的解說，讓我在一次次的練習過後更進步，再來我要感謝我的父母，他們的鼓勵與支持讓我更有信心，最後我想感謝我的同學，有他們的建議我的演講才能更精進，這次的比賽我學到了很多，希望下次的比賽也能像這次一樣收穫滿滿！

Participating in the speech competition has been a very exciting experience. From planning their speeches to performing them for others, it has all been a very memorable journey together. A lot of the students hard work is required outside the classroom, so I’m very grateful for the parents who have spent time with their children to help them improve. It takes a lot of dedication and commitment to push other people to try their best, and even more so to really push yourself. So I want to remember and thank all the students who worked hard and even if the results are not what you expected, there is no such thing as failure, just another opportunity!

I have been fond of learning English. Going to English class has been interesting for me. My family and my teachers encouraged me to join the speech competition. I was scared of being on stage, but I still plucked my courage to join the competition. Since then I have really wanted to say thank you to my family and my teachers, especially Teacher Katherine. They supported me a lot, and taught me how to give a speech and tell stories. I couldn’t win the area competition without their help. I had the privilege of coaching Emily through her English speaking journey – all the way to national finals! The process started with Emily producing an excellent first draft of her speech about time travel. From there we fine tuned the speech , meeting after class to make small adjustments to an already fantastic speech. From there, Emily showed real dedication to practice her speech until it was fine tuned and perfect. Once Emily learnt her words we worked on her expression and delivery. Minny did extremely well in this year’s ECC competition. Throughout the course she showed a great work ethic and desire to succeed. She put in a lot of hard work and practiced both in and out of school. Her parents supported her a great deal with her practice, and she even practiced her speech to members of her local community to get used to performing it in front of different people. For her speech she chose a topic that she was interested in (Pokémon), to share with the audience and judges. While this was good as it showed her enthusiasm for her subject it may have limited her slightly for content with the focus of the speeches being on a Time Travelling adventure. Despite this she did exceptionally well and showed a lot of poise and bravery through all of the rounds. For storytelling she showed that she was able to create a short story within the time limits given and had a clear understanding of the structure needed – a beginning, middle and end and that characters and settings needed to be given a full description, and that dialogue within a story makes it more interesting for the listener. She was a little too focussed on ensuring that individual words were used correctly and their spelling and needed to remember that the story telling portion of the competition was an opportunity for her to use her imagination and to make as interesting a story as possible. Despite this, she did excellently to get as far as she did, having never taken part in the competition before and I hope that she tries again next year. Congratulations to her for doing so well and to her parents who provided her with excellent support.

This was my second time participating in the finals of the HESS International Annual English Competence Competition Championship. Unfortunately, I did not win a medal because I didn’t demonstrate my full potential; I was too nervous. However, I want to express my appreciation to the teachers at the Longtan Branch. Thank you for your time spent practicing with me and for your encouragement. I also want to thank my mother, who has always been by my side and supported me. Without her encouragement, I wouldn’t have been able to reach the stage of final championship. During the competition, I was the last participant to take the stage. At that moment, my confidence dropped from 100% to 10% after such a long wait. After the competition concluded, I felt deep regret for not performing at my best. So, what I have learned is: "Always give your best effort, no matter your experience. Never take it lightly."

I am Hannah.I am so proud that I could go to Taipei to participate this big event.I practiced a lot and my teachers believed that I could do it.They encouraged me and trusted me. Because of them,I got even more better than before.All of my classmates also said lots of great words to praise how great I was. Of course,I felt nervous before the day.My mom,grandma and I went to Taipei earlier to have a little trip together. My mom wanted me to relax a bit and get rid of the tension. Even though I didn't get any prizes, I tried my best and had a memorable experience.

Participating in a speech competition requires a number of very important skills such as creative writing, editing, body language and correct phonics. These skills take a lot of hard work and practice to master. As well as the skills they have developed they also need to develop some personal attributes such as dedication, confidence and poise to be successful.Hannah and all of the finalists have mastered these skills and performed excellently in the HESS national speech competition finals. They should all be proud of what they have learned thus far. Furthermore the English skills and personal attributes they have improved during this speech competition will be immensely useful to them in their future lives and careers. HeTi Branch

這是第3年木新英語力配音進全國總決賽，很開心我們在今年獲得了總冠軍！真的是很得來不易。感謝我的主管 Ruby,Eva及Tiffany總是在我需要協助的時候，給予最大的支持與幫助。今年我們遇到了很大的挑戰，原本A組成員是3+1個小孩，但是其中一個小孩臨時有其他狀況，沒辦法參賽，所以我把他負責的角色及音效，分配下去給其他三位孩子。在練習的時候，我們遇到很大的挑戰，但很開心我們一起克服了！從區域賽一直到總決賽，在每一次的過關斬將，陪孩子們練習的壓力，也一次比一次大，但是我也相信只要努力就可以克服一切！！We made it!

Our students put in so many hours of practice and poured their hearts into preparing for this voiceover competition, and it really paid off! We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and growth throughout the process. The effort they put in has really transferred into their speaking confidence and pronunciation, which has been amazing to see. Teaching the VoiceOver class again this year was another fantastic experience. I am especially proud of the team this year because they finished in second place at the finals in Taipei! I am looking forward to getting another chance to teach VoiceOver class with another group next year.

經過3個月的練習以及比賽，不僅孩子們學習到英文的樂趣，老師也從中學習不少的經驗。配音比賽的軸心最重要的是團隊配合。老師在此次的活動遇到的問題是:當每個不同個性的孩子分配到一組時，該如何讓孩子們漸漸地了解什麼是團隊。剛開始在這個團隊中，Dustin認為自己有過去比賽的經驗，非常自傲。Apple對自己完全沒有信心， Darren,Melody,Weiwei各自完成自己的任務。看似沒有任何默契的一組，卻讓我意識到，老師以身作則的教導，是可以讓孩子們變得更好。老師以身示範，縱使英文再好，仍謙虛的找出需進步的地方。透過不斷的鼓勵和幫助，讓孩子找回自信，成為孩子的們模範。在彼此之間放下學生與老師之間的隔閡，互相討論與督促，成為完美的團隊。

多虧英語力這個舞台，讓我們看見孩子們不一樣的一面。身為這次英語競賽團體組的指導老師，我感到非常榮幸能夠陪伴這群充滿熱情與創意的孩子們，一起努力、一起成長。五位來自三個不同的班級，年紀、個性、特質也不一樣。這是他們第一次參加配音比賽，也是第一次進入決賽。從一開始的陌生到現在的默契十足。他們不只學習到英文以及舞台展現，我也看到孩子們對英文的熱愛。

語言是一座橋樑，而英語更是通往世界的重要工具。透過這次的比賽，我相信同學們不只提升了語言能力，更學會了如何與人溝通、合作與互相扶持。這些寶貴的經驗，將會成為他們未來人生旅程中重要的一部分。

The Voiceover Competition has been such a great experience for our students at Taishan Branch. They were able to learn so much. In regards to English Education, they learned how to speak naturally and use intonation to simulate emotion in their voices. They were also given the chance to be creative with all of the sound effects that they created. More importantly, however, they were given the opportunity to learn how to work together and strive towards a common goal. They now understand that working on a team means being responsible for themselves and being responsible to their teammates. I am so proud of them for the growth that they’ve shown!
