This project creates an idea of FOD by combining food with TOD. A new food flow is designed to enable rapid transport via existing railway and food distribution through the conversion of inefficientlyused stations.

The process will enhance the freshness of the food while meet the food equity of a variety of groups in the area.

The core concept is to introduce citizens from the Greater Bay Area who aspire to a natural life as digital nomads to come to work and live in Shenshan.

residents are given the opportunity to fully communicate with each other, so as to achieve the mutual promotion of the two groups.

Interwined ‘Urban’ and ‘Rural’ In China, we as citizens and planners have long thought they were separate, but we now know better.

The vision for this project is to think of how we can systematically link these two realities and to find a more flexible solution to break the dillema of Urban-rural Dualism.

It also gives impetus to the village By implanting and designing public landscape to make positive improveplace suitable for new villagers, ments and reach the target vision of the two groups of villagers and new building a modern village.

Translation of Wilderness: Reconstrution urban-nature relation base on rewilding theory

Urban Regeneration Design Shenzhen, China Spring, 2023 2-members Team Academic Work Team Leader

This proposal aims to regenerate a site in Shenzhen through the ecological theory rewilding. The site is adjacent to a high-speed railway hub and innovative enterprises, with high quality mountain and river resources.

The scheme focuses on three key elements of rewilding - core, connect, co-exist, aiming to create a densification + wildification highquality residential area, and to create a service and recreational core for the surrounding groups.

1 Set up main axis From high-rises to riverside

2 Set up 8m*8m grid Create building boundary

Based on the zone planning of Qianhai, Shenzhen, offices and parks should be developed here. The project proposed an innovative mode of work+park, integrating into the three surrounding green belts along the street. This provides an all-encompassing green coverage of the rooftop, ground, and surrounding.

1. Continuous and undulating rooftop garden path

2. Each building is adequately connected to the roof 3. Continuous ramps allow bicycles to park above

4. Distinctive facades facing streets and green belts

The accessibility between the park and the office is shortened signicantly, bringing vibrant space to users, fully echoing the surrounding environment, and relieving the unease brought by high-rise towers.

Urban Planning South Tyrol, Italy Ungoing Fall, 2023 5-members Group Academic Work Team Leader

The study focuse on the theoretical underpinnings of how to make tourism more sustainably friendly, economically viable, and culturally sensitive.

We sought to further specify the ways in which the environment and landscape serves as specific nodules of tourism: what are the natural, economic, and political factors at play that weave together to create the unique area reliant on tourism?

Our group ultimately came to a conclusion: a revitalization project of empty hotels to spur economic, social, and touristic activity.

In doing so, we identified three locations that serve as the basis of our idea and articulate ways in which these locations can be reused throughout the year to generate economy and spur tourism.
