Event Overview
The Dental Innovation Symposium is the only event in the dental
calendar that gives you access to the insight and tools you need to unlock the full potential of your practice and drive your business forward. This two day conference led event will take place on the 1st - 2nd May at the Pullman London St Pancras.
Over 300 dental professionals attend the Dental Innovation Symposium to gain new ideas and innovative means to better build and manage their practice, network with peers and leading world renowned clinicians and expand their knowledge of the variety of digital applications available. Additional Information
Please note that for any lectures or hands-on programmes, individual companies are responsible for providing speakers and supplies, and for taking care of all expenses associated with both the speaker and programme. Companies are responsible for providing all artwork for logos for specified items within 30 days of Exhibitor or Sponsorship Application submission. Henry Schein reserves the right to incorporate the logo into appropriate marketing and artwork.
FAQs
What is the deadline to make a stand reservation?
THERE IS NO PARTICULAR DEADLINE. However, the exhibition spaces are filling up quickly, and the earlier you book, the better location you are going to have and more marketing you will receive.
Can we change our location after booking the stand?
YES. It is possible to move to another space that is available, and is the same size or bigger than your current space for an extra cost. Furthermore we are able to change the type of stand from table top to space only or vice versa.
Is it possible to merge two stands or more?
DEPENDING ON THE LAYOUT OF THESE STANDS, IT IS POSSIBLE TO MERGE THEM. This may be chargeable. For questions on merging any specific stands, contact the event organisers.
May I make sales on the exhibit floor?
YES. All sales are between the customer and the exhibiting company.
May exhibitors attend the breakout sessions?
YES. Your exhibitor registration includes attendance to all sessions and cocktail party. Each exhibiting and sponsoring company will receive an allocation of VIP registrations. Any additional attendees must register, and will be charged at the day delegate rate.
May I hand carry my banner to the exhibit floor?
YES. You may carry your stand, banner or pop-up and all other related materials onto the exhibit hall. Delivery forms will be provided for heavier items.
Can I bring a guest to The Dental innovation Sysmposium?
GUEST ARE WELCOME. Please note that guests will need to pay full price for entry to the Symposium and the evening drinks.

Terms & conditions for exhibitors and sponsors
1. You have to apply for admission as exhibitor or sponsor in writing. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion. Accepted applications will be confirmed by e-mail. 2. 100% fees will be invoiced by 3rd January 2020. We may cancel any admission as exhibitor or sponsor immediately in case of late payment. 3. You may only cancel your sponsorship or exhibition in writing. Any cancellation notice must be received by us by 31 January 2020. Any cancellations after this date forfeit all monies paid. 4. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any request to modify your sponsorship and exhibition packages, but are under no legal obligation to do so. 5. The symposium may be cancelled for good cause as determined in our reasonable discretion, e.g. insufficient number of attendees, speakers becoming unavailable, force majeure etc. In such cases all fees will be repaid. Any other damage claims are expressly excluded. We reserve the right to change the venue, replace speakers or to modify the exact opening hours. 6. You agree that your personal data may be processed or forwarded to third parties for the purpose of organizing the event. We may expressly mention you being a sponsor or exhibitor in any material promoting the event or reporting about it. 7. You further agree that we may film the symposium or take photographs (which film or photograph may show individuals) which may be published in any report about the event on our homepage, in print media, newsletters, social media etc. 8. We shall not be liable for any damages suffered during or in connection with the symposium, except.
