CHAIR | LAURA VAN JAARSVELD Be good and you shall always see good in everything and everyone, even in yourself.

Hey hey! I'm Laura, a Dutch-American hybrid, self proclaimed Global Citizen and former MC VP, LCP and Team Leader. I'm extremely excited to be back in the AIESEC world and look forward to meeting you and sharing stories during the conference!

OCP | FLORIAN LENKEIT "The forge glows, let us forge happiness" Hey everyone, my name is Florian, I'm 27 years old and studying Business and Human Ressource Education in the center of Germany, beautiful Gรถttingen. ;) This is the point, where I joined AIESEC at LC Gรถttingen by having a great time, meeting great people, visiting awesome conferences and supporting the AIESEC Vision. Now it is time for my personal challange to lead a team and organizing with them together the awesome Rise & Shine Conference for you. Hey Guys, my name is Natalja and i'm 26 years old. Im studying social science in my 6'th semester. Unfortunately, i have been just since a year at AIESEC, but even with this time its a part of me. I did last year my first Global Citizen exchange in Mexico and this is my inspiration to give that chance to other students. So pity that i cannot take part at the conference, but i hope to give the best results for OC.See you that coming weekend.

Hey AIESEC, I am Miley, 26 years old and I am studying business in Goettingen. I am a member of AIESEC since April 2014 and since then it is a big part of my life. I had such a great time while being part of it. I even took part of a global citizen exchange in Myanmar. It is indescribably how connect you can feel with every AIESECer in the world. Furthermore, after every conference I visited I was so motivated by all that amazing and motivated persons I met. I am happy to have the opportunity to challange myself with that awesome experience and to be part of the Rise & Shine 2016. I am looking forward to everybody of you and wish you a great time! Hey Guys , I'm Nour , 20 years old from Tunsia , basically I'm an engineering student But now I'm doing Language courses (german) in Hannover . I was a member in AIESEC in Tunsia before I came here , and I have a lot of love and passion towards this organisation . I met the greatest people I've have ever known in AIESEC , I've lived the best and the worst moments in my life in it .

OC VP LOGISTICS | SVENJA THOMAS Hey AIESEC, I´m Svenja, 20 years old and studying cultural studies and philosophy at the University of Bremen. I joined the OC because I´m pretty interested in this kind of event stuff and @ is about learning and trying new things so I thought it would be a nice experience. The past months the whole commitee did everything to make this conference as awesome as possible and I´m looking forward to see all of you there. Hi everyone, my name is Minh! I am 23 years old and I am studying Business Administration in Berlin. I joined AIESEC in November 2014 after my semester abroad in Shanghai. I love the international vibe and the opportunity to meet and work with so many awesome people! :) Before my bachelor studies ends after this semester, I want to give back some of the awesomeness that I received throughout my time at AIESEC! ;) That's why I am looking forward to see you all at the conference and hope that you will have a great time at the Rise & Shine 2016!

I joined AIESEC in Berlin back in 2013 and the only way I can sum up my experience is a beautiful chaos. It was a run of crazy adventures and emotional break-outs all while learning from every single situation. AIESEC challenged me, challenged my way of thinking and the way I see the world. DAY OC | MARIUS KĂœHLMANN I'm a spider, I like tacos and sombreros Hi everyone, my name is Marius! Studying Business and Economics in the lovely city Dresden. I joined AIESEC in my first semester, because university was way to theoretical and boring. I wanted to challenge and developing myself. Which skills have I developed so far ? I am pretty good at kicking ass, being strict, hustlin', selling anything you want. But besides doing AIESEC, I love to swim, hang out with friends and party... As I already attended Rise n Shine in 2015 I advise you to the best of yourself during the conference. Be proactive, respectful und passionate about everything you do during this conference! Hey guuuuys, my name is Pam and I am currently working for AIESEC in Germany fulltime as part of the national board responsible for finance and legal. I joint AIESEC back in 2011 in the lovely city of Stuttgart and ever since that day I used AIESEC to develop myself and go beyond everything I thought I would be capable of. AIESEC and especially conferences are a great way to learn, engage, act and develop and to ensure that you have the needed environment we will do our very best to make this Rise&Shine the best conference ever! Hi, my name is Diep; D, I, E, P - D pronounced like Z. Currently I´m studying German as a Foreign Language in Jena. I joined AIESEC way back in 2011 in Spain. Ever since, AIESEC has always given me opportunities to develop myself, challenge myself, and meet awesome people. Working as part of the OC at a conference had always been one of the greatest experiences for me. So I´m looking forward to be part of yet another great conference. See you soon!

I'm looking forward to supporting your LC to get to the state you need it to drive exchange for an amazing SUMMER PEAK. With two generations and two regions, we'll be #TwiceAsGood !

REGIONAL RESPONSIBLE SUNRISE | MICHELLE LEMME A party without a cake is just a meeting.

I wish you a great conference, yet this is not happening by coincidence or itself. Take an active role, just as you took an active decision to come ro Rise & Shine instead of the many other things you could have done :) It's a privilage to be part of this. I'm Tobi, and the three roles in life that describe me best are "Traveler", "Learner" and "Change-Maker". I believe that every person on this beautiful planet has the capacity to make this world a better place and the one thing I want to change is education. This brings me to the next point: I'm always up to learning something new, be it skills, new ideas, and most importantly about personal development. And as we all know, traveling is one of the best way to get to know yourself, so I try to travel new countries every year.
