This makes your life and personal health more interesting, and you develop a better eye for what constitutes good food. After a few years, it was obvious that I had a collection and that I needed a space if I wanted other people to see it. This became the Crab shell gallery But then the idea for a restaurant “ One Year” in Shanghai changed and I made a temporary exhibition instead, which only showed a small part of my growing collection. Only now, with the new space, can I give my visitors an idea of the collection as a whole

No, the picture is by Henk Elenga! Now, like all the others of the press he could have met Don somewhere in Amsterdam - but then, why is this the only existing snapshot of all these royalties on duty? He wouldn’t have been the only one who saw the opportunity for an extraordinar y picture...
