KOLKATA , renowned for its vibrant traditions and colors, serves as the inspiration for “Modern Mel’o Drama”. This project is an ode to the city’s captivating alleys and radiant rooftops. Designed for the discerning, the residence embodies opulence while capturing Kolkata’s spirit. Through elite fabrics and furnishings, spaces within the home radiate elegance, intertwining the city’s festive vibrancy and timeless patterns with contemporary flair.
Beyond the elegance, there’s a tangible warmth, reminiscent of tranquil evenings by the Ganges and the aroma of fresh sweets. “Modern Mel’o Drama” transcends being merely a home; it offers an immersive journey into Kolkata’s multifaceted charm. The tactile beauty of luxurious veneers and marbles pays homage to a love for fine materials. This vacation home, designed for South African owners, reflects the contrast between their distant life and a tranquil retreat in Mumbai. The living room blends soft pastels with bold black marble and tinted mirrors, creating a dynamic yet balanced space that echoes the vibrant yet calm essence of their getaway.
The bedrooms, in contrast, embrace a darker, moodier palette, enhanced by the warmth of oak veneer, providing an intimate and restful ambiance. Grey marble flows throughout the house, tying these contrasting elements together with refined elegance. This design offers the owners an escape from their everyday life, capturing the extremes of color and texture to reflect both the vibrancy of Mumbai and the serene comfort of a second home.

Inspired by the rich cultural heritage of its South Indian owners living in Dubai, Golden Ethereal is a luxurious second home in Mumbai, where tradition meets modernity. This project reflects the clients’ eclectic taste, with opulent gold woven into every aspect of the design. Gilded accents, bespoke furnishings, and warm wood tones blend with soft neutrals and pastels to create a sophisticated, tranquil space. Each room tells a story, combining modern elements with subtle touches of South Indian artistry.
Overlooking the Mumbai skyline, the home captures the city’s energy while offering a peaceful retreat, seamlessly merging cultural heritage with contemporary luxury. It is a space where global influences and personal stories come together in perfect harmony.

Crafted for a slender 6mx12m plot in a row house, this architectural endeavor strategically positions itself, fronting the road and capturing scenic river vistas at the rear. Prioritizing fenestration on these aspects forms a unified interior, accentuated by a central cutout connecting both levels. The design seamlessly weaves architectural aesthetics into both office and residence, accentuating natural materials and a calming teal-grey palette.
Within, discover inviting corners, a studio reading nook with river views, and lush flora, creating a peaceful escape from urban bustle. A rear swimming pool elevates the climate, culminating in a seamless marriage of architecture and nature—transforming this project into a serene retreat within the confines of a compact space.
