Trustee Ryan Stands Up For Village, People Upset with what he calls “a process that does not represent the best interests of the people,” Village of Hempstead Trustee Don Ryan today announced he is launching an effort to change the law that allows village budgets to take effect regardless of whether or not they are approved by a majority of its trustees.
