ADVANCED BUILDING CENTER
The state-of-the-art Building and Research Center adjacent to Kala Academy in Goa embodies a sustainable design philosophy deeply rooted in the local environment and cultural context. This research institute offers comprehensive learning opportunities, including workshops, a well-stocked library, training sessions, exhibition spaces, and accommodation facilities.

MULTI – MODAL TRANSIT HUB
This project involves the redevelopment of the Shivajinagar bus station into a comprehensive Multi-Modal Transit Hub. Encompassing facilities such as bus and auto stands, cab terminals, an upcoming metro station, a museum, and commercial and office spaces, the design is focused on fostering inclusivity and celebrating the rich cultural diversity of Shivajinagar. Additionally, it aims to strengthen relationships among vendors, office occupants, and commuters within the transit hub.
