I am an enthusiastic and passionate interior designer based in the vibrant state of New Jersey, driven by a deep love for aesthetics and a keen understanding of functional design. My mission is to transform spaces into meaningful reflections of the people who inhabit them—whether it's a welcoming hospitality venue, an innovative healthcare facility, or a dynamic commercial environment.
To me, design is more than just creating beautiful interiors; it's about crafting experiences. Every space tells a story, and I believe in immersing myself in the unique character and purpose of each project. By blending creativity with an empathetic, research-driven approach, I ensure that every design not only meets functional needs but also resonates with the emotions and aspirations of those who interact with it.
As I continue my journey in the world of design, I am committed to expanding my skill set, embracing new challenges, and pushing creative boundaries. With a dedication to innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, I strive to bring fresh perspectives and transformative ideas to every project I undertake.
When I’m not designing spaces, I’m exploring them—whether it’s through the pages of a book, the winding trails of a scenic hike, or the lens of my camera. I love immersing myself in stories, both real and imagined, finding inspiration in literature that fuels my creativity.
Cooking and baking are my personal playgrounds for experimentation, where I mix flavors and techniques to craft something deliciously unexpected. Music is my constant companion, whether I’m driving with the windows down, letting melodies set the mood, or simply unwinding with a favorite playlist.
Most importantly, I cherish quality time with friends and family, creating memories over shared meals, deep conversations, and spontaneous adventures. Each of these passions adds a layer to my creativity, shaping the way I see and design the world around me.

Urgent care facilities often grapple with overcrowding, limited resources, and a lack of connection with the communities they serve. These issues are exacerbated in regions where healthcare infrastructure is underdeveloped, such as rural and semi-urban areas in India. Research highlights that effective space planning, modular layouts, and technology integration can alleviate overcrowding by optimizing patient flow and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, studies emphasize the role of biophilic elements, sustainable materials, and noise control in creating therapeutic environments that reduce stress, promote healing, and improve overall patient well-being. Incorporating culturally relevant design elements, such as local art and multilingual signage, fosters inclusivity and strengthens trust within diverse communities.
I believe that inclusive design can elevate healthcare spaces into fostering trust, comfort and a sense of community while addressing physical, emotional and social needs. In response, this project explores inclusive design by considering cultural contexts in healthcare that influence patients’ needs and well-being while fostering community engagement through sustainable and culturally relevant elements. The proposed project is a healthcare facility for the underprivileged, located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, India. The design thoughtfully integrates a variety of spatial typologies—ranging from flexible examination rooms for patient evaluation, to ergonomic staff offices, and calming longterm care rooms—each crafted to support wellbeing, dignity, and efficiency. The emphasis is on designing a space that not only functions effectively, but also uplifts and cares for the people who move through it.
T he Tata Medical Center serves as an exemplary precedent for healthcare facility design, integrating patient-centered care, sustainability, and flexible post-pandemic healthcare planning. The design incorporates healing spaces such as terraces, gardens, and courtyards, recognizing the therapeutic benefits of nature in patient recovery and staff well-being. These biophilic elements help reduce stress and enhance the emotional resilience of patients and caregivers. Instead of a monolithic structure, the hospital consists of multiple interconnected buildings, creating a campus-like setting that improves wayfinding, accessibility, and overall comfort for patients and visitors. This decentralized layout prevents overcrowding and fosters a sense of openness, transparency, and a welcoming atmosphere over the sterile and intimidating feel of many hospitals.
Parkway Clinic, located in Tehran, Iran, is a remarkable example of how thoughtful architectural strategies can maximize space efficiency, enhance user experience, and introduce aesthetic elegance to a healthcare facility. Through the strategic use of color, lighting, and form , the firm has transformed an 85-square-meter irregularly shaped space into a dynamic and welcoming healthcare environment
Astandout feature of the clinic is its innovative rod curtain system. The curtain is used to create a flexible green partition between treatment rooms, incorporating climbing plants that provide both visual and environmental benefits The adaptability of the rod structure aligns with the clinic’s functional needs, allowing the space to be reconfigured as necessary. When privacy is required, smart glass technology is used in combination with the curtain system to divide rooms, ensuring that the facility remains both flexible and responsive to the needs of patients and staff

The design development phase involved the refinement of concepts established during the schematic stage. This included thoughtful material selection and detailed spatial planning to enhance both functionality and user experience. At this point, the design began to solidify, with clearer articulation of forms, finishes, and how each space would support the overall intent of the facility.
Early Stage Walkthrough, Wireframe with Drawing on Top
The rendering phase focused on translating the developed design into visual representations that communicate both intent and atmosphere. Photorealistic images were created to showcase design intent and atmosphere, capturing the spatial qualities, material choices, and lighting conditions of the proposed facility. These visuals helped bring the project to life, offering a clear sense of how the spaces would feel and function for users.

A well-designed office isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about creating a space where employees can thrive, feel motivated, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. FALL 2023
In today’s fast-paced world, where work often blends with personal life, creating a workspace that fosters both productivity and well-being has never been more crucial. The approach was to design an environment that encourages a smooth flow of ideas and energy. This was achieved by incorporating open layouts for collaboration, quiet zones for deep thinking, and comfortable communal areas for relaxation and informal meetings. The use of natural light, ergonomic furniture, and biophilic elements further enhances the sense of balance and connection to the outside world.

Renowned for its commitment to innovation, client relationships, and environmental stewardship, the firm excels in various sectors including corporate workplaces, healthcare, education, aviation, hospitality, and sports, striving to be a top-tier A+D firm globally.
In a talent-rich region like Dallas, being well-connected is paramount for talent attraction. The city’s highways ensure that a brand’s office is conveniently accessible, making it an attractive workplace for prospective employees seeking ease of commute.
In essence, the highways of Dallas are not just roads – they are catalysts for growth, avenues for relationships, and cornerstones for a thriving brand presence in the region.
The interplay of color, space, and functionality to invoke a sense of balance is pivotal in curating an office environment that fosters productivity while maintaining tranquility.
These defined spaces cater to the varied needs of employees throughout their workday, acknowledging that both concentrated solitude and interactive engagement are essential to the creative and operational process.
In today’s dynamic era, where the lines between local culture and global trends are increasingly blurred, designing a café restaurant inspired by a beloved Syracuse food truck offers a unique opportunity to blend familiarity with innovation.
The design approach was centered on fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, reflective of the food truck’s local charm and energy. Birdsong Cafe will encourage an atmosphere that brings summer to Syracuse all year round with its use and optimization of natural light. The space will dance with plants and dissolve the barrier between exterior and interior, indulging feelings of warmth and enthusiasm from the moment they walk in, to the moment they step out.
Incorporating locality into the design is vital as it creates a sense of belonging and identity. A café that mirrors its local environment becomes more than just a place to eat; it transforms into a social hub that celebrates the community’s unique culture and history.
Opportunities to Work With:
- Because there are more young and single people living near and around the site, it could be successful as any business promoting getting out and being around other people.
- The area is diverse which would allow cultural events to have good turn out if held at the site.
- Attractions such as the Erie Canal Museum would allow for more foot traffic to the site.
- Walls are non-load bearing and can be demolished for redesign.
- Bathrooms are able to be entirely ripped out and redone.
Challenges to Work With:
- May be too competitive of an environment to start a business similar to the ones seen around the site
- While there is more direct sunlight in the summer, it is not all dispersed inside the structure (More heat, less light)
- Bigger risk of infiltration of weathering elements inside the building
- Drastic variation in temperature throughout the year (lots of preparation required.
The name Birdsong Cafe is inspired by the song “Bird Song” by the Grateful Dead!

Food Service Design
Kristen and her family started the Birdsong Cafe on Wheels for one reason. They wanted to enjoy what they did for a living, and share their enjoyment with others in the Central New York Area. Since their humble beginnings as a nut-roasting business, the Birdsong Cafe has seen many days and nights on the road, looking forward to the next mouth it gets to feed.
The owners started out in a tent, to get an idea of what running a business on the go would look like. Then, they shifted to the food truck. While they get to see corners of the United States they’ve never seen before, their customers get to try their innovative crepes and waffle recipes.
Birdsong Cafe is all about fresh starts and looking forward to the summer. Kristen said that their goals are to “feed people the best crepe they’ve ever had” and to ensure the satisfaction of every customer they get in contact with.
Azuma House, located in Osaka, Japan, is built by architect Tadao Ando to present a “highly sufficient living space within a cement box.” The structure guarantees privacy for those residing in it, which homes in the immediate vicinity (traditionally built homes) cannot provide its owners.
In total, the Azuma House takes up 57.3m2 of plotted land and is divided into thre equal spaces: a patio in the middle and two spaces on either side. The patio is uncovered intentionally, which Ando did to allow the connection between human and nature. Whoever walks through the patio to get from side to side must feel the rain or shine on their skin and be able to look up into the skies as they please.
This project was one of the beginning indicators of knowledge on presentation design and tested our ability to convey important information in a creative fashion, rather than rely on old school grids and powerpoints to do the trick.
