Our social impact products are handmade by artisans and crafters overcoming barriers to fair wage employment in the U.S. and abroad, and produced by social enterprises, including our own. Products are handcrafted by artisans and LIFTTM Program associates overcoming opportunity, developmental, and/or physical barriers to fair wage employment. At our LIFTTM Workshop in Chicago, disinvested and overlooked communities in and around the city produce, design, and market our luxe brands of bath & spa and home & office goods. Associates in the LIFTTM Program begin their three-part journey from SPARK (beginning the program) to RISE (leadership role) to LIFT (career track).
