HHPLift is a nonprofit and an award-winning, People and Planet First-verified social enterprise on a mission to create economic stability through quality jobs for people who need them most.
By attending Discover HHPLift, you’ll support our economic development program that creates career pathways for individuals in Chicago who face barriers to employment. Through the LiftWorks™ Program, HHPLift has provided over 130,000 hours of paid, immersive, on-the-job skills training, career development, and leadership opportunities to 250+ individuals from 36 under-resourced neighborhoods. Our workforce includes individuals who are justice-involved, physically disadvantaged, neurodivergent, formerly homeless, and more.
