explain that these challenges are the result of frequent updates to the operating system and the constant attempts to communicate externally. Accordingly, it is imperative that forensic examiners employ proper evidence handling of mobile devices to prevent contamination and/or data destruction. For this reason, forensic examiners should employ a mobile forensic process that will provide the necessary procedures to follow for conducting a forensically sound investigation. As a result, the process model for mobile forensicswill encompass four phases. Ayers et al. (2014) describes these phases as: Preservation, which encompasses searching, recognition, documentation, and collection of digital evidence to ensure admissibility in a court of ... For this reason, it is imperative that the forensic examiner maintains all documentation, notes, images, and steps taken in a clear and concise manner that can be repeated by another forensic examiner. Strengths and Weaknesses
There are a few advantages of the forensic methodology regarding mobile forensics. One of the advantages is the ability to search a digital device that 64% of Americans utilize on a daily basis. As a result, this media permits forensic examiners to acquire, analyze, and examine texts, emails, phone calls, images, and internet history. Also, since current smartphones are heavily employed for GPS, location tracking is also possible. Additionally, there have been advances in forensic tools that are exclusive for mobile forensics that were developed by companies like Cellebrite and MSAB (XRY tool).
However, even though there are specialized forensic tools available, they are not completely reliable. Gogolin (2013) attributes this to the misperception that a mobile forensic tool can be reliably employed for every device, when in fact it may not support as many devices as advertised. Additionally, Raghav and Saxena (2009) describe several challenges that examiners may encounter, for example: is the mobile device functional or has it been damaged (water or physical damage); the type of mobile device (smartphone or

Panda Bears vs Environment The population of giant pandas is decreasing so rapidly that it has reached the point that they are considered an endangered species. These black and white bears reside mainly in China where seventeen percent of the total population of pandas reside. They are habituated in bamboo forests, which are not only the panda s home, but also their main source of food. A panda s diet consists of ninety percent bamboo and ten percent of mushrooms, insects, fish, plants and other small rodents. These bamboo forests are being taken from them, because the human population is constantly expanding and using their bamboo forests as land for growing crops or to build roads. Combined with the natural dying on bamboo and logging, these defenseless panda bears are forced to seek new areas and see whether or not there is a sufficient amount of bamboo for them to consume, although many of them fail to do so and end up dying of starvation instead. As of today, there are only twenty nine diminished and fragmented areas that have the appropriate habitat to support the remaining panda bears. China s pandas have been threatened with extinction, suffered from low birth rates, and have been ridiculed by human s interference with their habitat; now they are faced with another obstacle, starvation. The climate change over the years has brought the extinction rate of the pandas to rise at an
Immigration has been a major topic since the beginning of the United States of America. This phenomenon is what helped the establishment of this country; and even today it continues to have an impact in in most aspects of the lives of North American s. The subject has also brought much criticism and created divided opinions about its immediate and long term impact. Migration itself it s not a problem, but the modern dilemma of who is allowed to migrate and reside permanently in a country legally. It is interesting to explore this subject under three basic theories that Sociologydeals with: symbolic interactionism, conflict theory and social functionalism. Each theory brings us closer to understand some of the reasons why illegal immigrationis controversial today. The purpose of this paper is not to persuade but to explore and expose some ideas on a recurrent social issue. The first theory to be discussed is symbolic interactionism, which can be related to the term illegal immigration and some of the other words that derive from this. The main idea covered and supported by this theory, is the fact that communication is based on the exchange of symbols. In a sense language, words etc. are symbols, and the terminology given to the current social problem contributes to the creation of perceptions that people have. For instance, when an average American thinks of the word illegal immigrant the first thing that comes to mind is a brown/Hispanic immigrant, most likely a
The Analysis of New Criticism in Forgiving My Father Poem by Lucille Clifton There are many literary works that have been created by the authors with different types and different genres of literary works. Literary works itself never separated from the elements that contained in it that help to build the story of literary work itself. There are 2 elements in a literary work; intrinsic element and extrinsic element. Intrinsic element itself is elements that make up a work of literature in the form structure are like a literary elements found in the intrinsic elements. Yet, this paper will focus only on intrinsic element especially in a poem.
The poem, if it be a true poem is a simulacrum of reality in this sense; at least, it is an imitation by being an experience rather than any mere statement about experience or any mere abstraction from experience (Brooks, 1947). In this case, the poem was created based on the experiences in which there is a unity of the poem itself, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
According to I. A. Richards, irony is characteristic of poetryof the highest order, as it brings in the opposite, complementary impulses, in order to achieve a balanced poise . (Richards, 1924). Irony itself refers to the statement that has the opposite meaning from what it written or expected. In the Lucile Clifton s poem entitled Forgiving My Father , it can be found the irony inside it. The irony of the poem appears in the second stanza. The irony is seen from the way she talks to her father, for example, there is no more time for you. There will never be time enough daddy, daddy, old lecher old liar (Clifton, 1969). The sentences in the second stanza express anger, irony and hatred of the daughter toward her father. It can be seen from the words old lecher and old liar that she really hates her father, and it show that her father is not a good role man for her. The second stanza explain how the anger and hatred of the daughter to her

In your response to universal health care you got one thing right and one partially correct.
On the right one is I do disagree with you on having universal health care the other was it would raise taxes this is where your not forthcoming, yes it would raise taxes but most if not all would be offset by not having to pay for health care. Imagine if you can, someone with preexisting conditions not having to pay for health care? That person could lead a productive life that would benefit everyone including the government by paying more in taxes again offsetting the cost of universal health care

In both plays, Antigone and The Symposium the theme of love is apparent, but not always through the same lens. Through the dynamism of characters Antigone and Socrates we can see the differences and similarities in the understandings of love and connect the two. In Antigone s case, her character is very dynamic and has a very interesting role by showing very distinct personality traits and someone who holds strong to their convictions. Antigone proves to be very religious and has a strong connection to the dead which shows her love comes for god before any other mortal and she is very connected spiritually. In the Symposium, we see a character in Socrates a very powerful and intellectual man suffer with social norms as Athenian social institution does not allow homosexual tendencies and in Socrates case having sexual intercorse with teenage boys. Both characters show their love in devious ways and both are very rebellious. This side of Antigone is seen throughout the poem, but most directly when she continously doesn t abide by the decrees that were set by her uncle and king. Her response in a rebellious role proves to show different colors then most women at the time and in the play that we encounter. As the play continues it becomes obvious to Creon that she is an enemy but family so it is a confusing situation. When Creon has enough he states, While I m alive, no women is going to lord over me . However,
The most popular options for MRSA infections include vancomycin, teicoplanin (see Marcone and Marinelli, this volume), linezolid (see Zappia et al., this volume), and daptomycin (see Baltz, this volume). Tigecycline (see Genilloud and Vicente, this volume) is also very active against MRSA, while telavancin (a new lipoglycopeptide, see Marcone and Marinelli, this volume) and ceftaroline (a new cephalosporin endowed with high binding affinity to PBP2a, see Leemans et al., this volume) have been the most recent additions in the repertoire of anti MRSA drugs. Moreover, a number of novel anti MRSA agents of various classes are found at various developmental stages of the pipeline (e.g., dalbavancin, oritavancin, razupenem, omadacycline, and nemonoxacin) ... aureus has a remarkable ability to develop antibiotic resistance, leading to four distinct resistance waves that have occurred in the past sixty years. The advent of PRSA, then MRSA resistance has resulted in a steady decline in the efficacy of these valuable antibiotics. The MRSA first emerged as a nosocomial pathogen (HA MRSA; in the 1960s), then further surfaced as a community based infection (CA MRSA; in the 1990s) and has subsequently increased the staphylococcal disease burden. It is a global public health problem and represents the most commonly identified antibiotic resistant pathogen.
The incidence of HA and CA MRSA infections as well as the prevalence of different MRSA clones varies considerably among countries. Some MRSA clonal lineages are more frequently isolated than others owing to their superior survival and transmissibility. The HA MRSA is endemic in many hospitals worldwide. The CA MRSA has a smaller fitness burden, higher transmissibility and virulence compared to HA MRSA and is epidemic in many countries.
MRSA has markedly influenced the empirical therapy for staphylococcal infections. Limited therapeutic options are available for the management of these infections. Most β lactam antibiotics are ineffective against both HA and
