A. Provide customer consultation on risk management needs
Xxx understands the importance of remote risk management consulting and the impact it can have on the retention of the business. She pays close attention to the needs and requests of the clients. Xxx has a strong service behavior that is very much appreciated by the clients she serves. The MRs and DMMs who have experienced working with Xxx have found her to be reliable and thorough. During the review period, Xxx had some challenges with requests coming from Field Risk Consultants, asking her to provide service to their clients. Moving forward, we want Xxx to provide service to anyone who requests her to do the type of work we do.
B. Develop and maintain knowledge of Federated s risk management programs
Although Xxx is considered a relatively new Risk Consultant, she has developed a fair amount of knowledge on the programs available from Federated for risk management. Fortunately, in those areas where she either lacks expertise or wants to confirm her responses to a risk management scenario, we have available resources, or the other consultants she can visit with to finalize her approach. The team effort displayed in her territory is very good and provides the necessary consulting and the appropriate responses.
Xxx went through a modified training plan upon her return to work that brought her up to speed on changes and new programs.

Date
Title
Gingivitis is a dental disorder characterized by the inflammation of the gums. It occurs after films of bacteria accumulate around the teeth (plaque induced gingivitis). Gingivitis is one of the non destructive types of periodontal diseases. Gingivitis could worsen and progress to periodontitis if left un attended. Periodontitis is worse and could lead to the loss of your tooth. Individuals with gingivitis have puffy and red gums and bleed once they brush their teeth. Gingivitis can be solved with proper dental hygiene flossing, as well as more frequent and longer brushing. Marxist and Psychoanalytic Literary Theories in Action Marxist/Materialist Theory and Psychoanalytic Theory are important theories in understanding individuals and societies. They allow readers to understand how societies and individuals function and their motives. Marxist/Materialist Theory mostly focuses on societies and different classes and the relationships between the two. Psychoanalytic Theory focuses on the characters wants, needs, actions, and process of thought that sometimes correlate with the author. While both have their flaws, they allow readers to explore the deeper meanings in a text as well as connect the readers to their personal lives and societies and fully gain greater understanding and knowledge. Lastly, Marxist theory would be beneficial to western/ historical novels that show the disputes between people who are different socially which is what Marxist theory is meant to discover.Psychoanalytic theory would be helpful in explicating melodramas such as Dracula because they explore the emotions. Freud would also agree that Psychoanalytic theory is helpful in explicating romance novels because Freud main foundation for Psychoanalytic theory is on sex. Beyond Marxist elements in Anthem, Anthem also demonstrates Psychoanalysis and much of Sigmund Freud beliefs and Psychoanalysis as a whole. Anthem is written in first person but the character Equality 7 2521 uses we instead of I . The reader later learns that he never uses I because it was a forbidden word in the society and he didn t even know what it meant until he eventually leaves the society at the end of the novel. Equality 7 2521 and the other characters existed under the super ego. Besides Equality rebelling and finding himself at the end, all of the other characters
Response: Karen Engle s Constructing Good Aliens And Good Citizens: Legitimizing the War on Terror
In this response to Karen Engle s Constructing Good Aliens and Good Citizens: Legitimizing the War on Terror, I plan to give my opinion on several of the points made in the article. The purpose of the article was to bring to light to how aliens to this country are treated and looked at in a very harsh light. Overall, my opinion of the article is that I agree that the treatment of foreigners is unjust and hypocritical of the American people. Something that jump out at me in the article Constructing Good Aliens and Good Citizens: Legitimizing the War on Terror was that to be considered a good alien you needed to show that you must hide any aggression you may feel towards foreign policy. Despite the fact that it may be effecting your family or yourself you lack the freedom of speech that is a right to stand up for what you believe in. I find this terribly sad. I don t think anyone we come into contact with who has done nothing wrong or against the laws of the United States should be denied the rights that we give to most of our people. As cliché of a phrase it is, treat others the way you would wish to be treated sums up my opinion on how Americans should treat others in the world. If a foreign person feels that our foreign policy laws are too strict or unjust they should have a right to tell us without fear. They are the ones who deal with the policy and know how it affects
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE (Before the Unit) Prior to beginning Cornerstone: The Life I Choose, students will need to know what a narrative is and accept that we all have a story (narrative) worth telling. This Cornerstone is strongly suggested to be the opening activity for Unit 1. Before starting the Cornerstone, teachers should establish clear classroom norms and expectations around group discussions, pair and group work, and student presentations. The creation of a personal narrative poem will allow students to learn about each other as well as connect to the essential question of the unit; therefore, it is imperative that the environment established in the classroom is one where students feel supported and respected by the teacher and fellow classmates so they can share their thoughts and ideas. Academically, students should have a basic understanding of writing a constructed response and basic literary elements.
The Life I Choose has been placed at the beginning of the unit because it provides a foundation for narrative writing through poetry as well as for students to build a personal connection to the essential question of the unit. We want to pique our students interest in personal narratives and begin the discussion about not only the choices we make, but also how and what (nature or nurture) influenced us to make those choices. Lastly, we want our students to write as soon as possible. The narrative poem products are
Sins of the Father The movie Boy in the Striped Pajamas , based on the book by John Boyne, isn t exactly a feel good film, but it is an awesome representation of the existence of good and evil, and the responsibility we have as human beings to distinguish between the two; for it is responsibility that distinguishes us from every other being. In my opinion, this is an important, life changing film, with a significant message, and should be seen by all. The movie is told from the point of view of eight year old Bruno whose innate sense of morality and justice ultimately makes him the fallen hero of the story. The premise of the movie focuses on a friendship that develops between Bruno and Shmuel, also eight, and a victim of the... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Standing up on the swing to get a better view, he falls off of the swing and scrapes his knee. Pavel, runs to help Bruno, takes him inside and bandages his knee. Pavel, assuring Bruno that he will be just fine, sits down and begins to peel potatoes. Bruno then replies How should you know, you re not a doctor, you re a farmer. Pavel responds, I was a doctor before coming here . Bruno is confused why the man would give up being a doctor to work on the farm and peel potatoes. Later that week, Bruno sneaks out and finds a door leading to a shed; he opens the window inside and gains the freedom he has been longing for. Bruno begins his exploration of the woods outside the compound. He runs quite a ways until he stumbles upon a large barbed wire fence surrounding the farm. This is where he and Shmuel, the boy in the stripped pajamas, meet for the first time. Although separated by a fence, the boys talk and joke and get to know each other. A whistle blows and Shmuel must go, but the new friends say they hope to meet again soon. As weeks go by, Bruno continues to sneak away from the compound and the two new friends meet time and again. Bruno usually brings snacks and Shmuel speedily eats what he is given. Bruno is very curious about his new friend and continues to ask him questions about his life on the farm; he asks why they wear pajamas all day, and what the numbers on them mean. Shmuel tells him because the soldiers took our
