About Me! By: Jonna S. My Best friend My best friend is amazing! Ever since the first day of school she's been there. Basically what happened was on the first day I was at silver hills and had no idea who anyone was so i just sat at a table and she was like, "Hi I'm Daphnie what's your name?," of course i said Jonna cause that's my name. Eventually we ran into each other at lunch so we sat down and talked for awhile to each other and then we walked to my next class and I was like wow you wanna be friends. She said of course cause i mean come on i'm amazing! Honestly we had a lot of good memories together from the 6th grade and i'm very excited to create brand new ones with her. She is amazing and I see perfection in her even though she disagrees i don't care she is perfect in my eyes and i will always be there for her I don't care what happens between us and i just wanna say thank you and i love you best friend! My Runaway! Hot air, windy breeze, beating sun, blooming season and a nice boring day! The exotic yellow bus speeding through the overpowering wind and it took a nice sharp stop. We got off the bus and that's when our adventurous day started. But really, what we thought was a fun day, others thought we were crazy and scared for us! For example, both of our entire households. This is how it all started. It was a very casual afternoon throughout school. Nothing different from any other day, until we got on the bus. Mackenzie particularly wanted to talk about

About My Best Friend
There is nothing in life that can compare to meeting your other half. Meeting my best friend was definitely a life changing event in the best way. She is the most loyal and absolutely the most trustworthy long–term friendships that I have ever experienced. I have been given the opportunity in life to come face to face with my best friend, she has changed my life in various ways. No one that I have met can compete with how well her and I mix. Like peanut butter and jelly, we are good alone but better together. Through thick and thin my best friend and I have lasted 8 going 9 years, and I know that there will be more to come.
My best friends' name is Maria Carvallo, she is without a doubt my go to. We met in 7th grade at Glades Middle...show more content...
To this day Maria is my ride or die, we kept growing up and when my father got me a car for my birthday it became even better. We both see each other almost every week and hang out to eat, shop, or simply go over each others house. We both have so many similarities in our lives and personalities, we definitely never take that for granted. She has persistently gotten me through all of my rough patches, with that being said, every time we talk she knew what I need to hear to get me through or get ahead of it in life. Nonetheless, we are very alike, but we still obviously have our differences, yet I admire how we will always cooperate and try to imagine and picture ourselves in the other person's position. She always gives me her best friend and at the same time her motherly advice. She is kind hearted, but is not afraid to rip the bandage when needed. We both gossip and laugh about everything! Our conversations can go on for the longest time. There is nothing butlove to the fact that we will manage our time for each other even if our schedules are a little hassled.
On top of that, maturing in life is very important to me. I never want to have a friend that doesn't grow. I confront everything life throws at my direction. Weirdly, with all of the struggles Maria and I have had together, it has definitely helped us mature together in life. To this day I couldn't be more grateful to the fact that we both

Meeting My Best Friend Essay
The last time I saw my best friend was definitely a time I would never forget. It was the best yet worst day of my life. Yet It taught me that letting go isn't always the best thing, but can change you as a person. Summer vacation had just started. When school ended, I went away for a week for my first travel. Nina however, was staying in Moscow, attending a tennis camp for a week. During that week that we didn't constantly talk to each other, which was just a small glimpse of what the future had in store for us. Coming back to Moscow from that incredibly long week. I was very eager to see her once again. Unfortunately, I had to wait a while, because tennis camp only ended a few days after I came back. The feeling of being in the same place as your best friend but not being able to see her was torture. Every day that came closer to when I would see her was exciting, yet terrifying at the same time. I knew that this would be a day that I would definitely not foget. I remember seeing her, how my heart lifted, hearing her voice again, I was the happiest person. We planned the whole day. Our first destination was Nebo, a trampoline park. On the way there, with Moscow's unusual weather, it was pouring. By pouring I mean the cars were swimming. When we got out of the car we were running around the streets. Drenched in water, as we entered the park. Walking into the building, seeing the receptionists reaction was hilarious. Mocking their faces of disgust. The whole time the two of

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
As we grow older, we meet new people and make new friendships. Out of all the people you meet there is always that one friend that you click with the most. That being said a best friend is someone you look out for and care for like sibling. As we grow older we have a perception of growing old and having your best friend by your side, but I came to the realization one morning that it is not true. I found out my childhood best friend past away from a drug overdose. New to Kissimmee I did not know what to expect. I was always a shy kid. Not thinking I was going to make any friends anytime soon I met this kid in my neighborhood called Jacob. Turns out we got on the same bus and sat next to each other on our way to elementary school. We never got the same class until fourth grade. Let me tell you the teacher was not happy me and Jacob were a tag team of little dare devils. Every day we would meet up after school and ride our bikes and do some crazy activities like ding–dong ditch some houses and blow up some fireworks on any average day. Aside from all that we were still young innocent kids we loved playing ball and just having fun with all the kids around the neighborhood. It was like a small family of a couple of friends. Being the shy one from all the group Jacob thought me how to be loud and express myself how I wanted to. I always looked up to Jacob and his sense of excitement. His attitude made me find the meaning of having fun and enjoying life for the small moments it

My Bestfriend & I The one thing I always seem to tell myself when it comes to friendship is, never let go of the ones that mean the most to you. My best friend's name is Gracie. I have known her my whole life, literally. We did/do everything together and still continue to be best friends. Friendships are crazy, but you haven't seen crazy yet. Never have I been more grateful to have a best friend like Gracie. Before her and I were even born, our moms were friends and had also been for a while. I am 11 days older than her, which is kinda cool how close in age we are. After we were born, once I got to be old enough to understand, my mom used to always tell me how Gracie and I would do everything together, from playdates, to going shopping with our moms when we were little. Our moms are definitely the reason why Gracie and I are still friends to this day. When Gracie and I started getting older and really got to understand who our friends were, we weren't really that close. Elementary school started and yes, we were friends, but not best friends. I had a friend that I did everything with and Gracie had a friend she did everything with. When it came to like birthday parties or anything like that us four would all hang out and do stuff together sometimes, but other than that Gracie and I were just "friends" through elementary school. Then we were off to Junior High. When Junior High started, Gracie and I were still friends, still not as close though. In junior

I attended a small elementary school in Ankeny. My school only had two hallways. I enjoyed elementary school because everyone was friends with everyone. I always had someone to play with at recess and to sit with at lunch. When I began middle school I had a large group of friends whom I had known from elementary school. My group of friends consisted of my best friend, Laura, and four other girls. After a couple years Laura and I realized that our friends were nothing like us. Our friends were judgemental and immature compared to us. I didn't enjoy being with them as much as I felt I should have. My friends cussed and acted tough constantly, while Laura and I were quiet and reserved. We attached ourselves to them because of the fear of...show more content...
When sophomore year came around my anxiety had gotten worse. I feared my high school experience would be an extension of my middle school experiences. Surprisingly, I didn't mind if I had classes with people I didn't know very well. I enjoy working independently so I can make sure everything is done correctly. When Laura and I compared our schedules we found that we only had one class together and we had different lunches. I began to mentally prepare myself to be sitting alone at lunch. On the first day of school my classes went well. During lunch, I searched for an empty tall table. As I was looking I was fortunate to find Katlyn, someone whom I had had conversations with in previous years, sitting alone. I joined her. We talked about our classes and our teachers. I relaxed. The next couple days we jumped from table to table sitting with different people hoping to find a permanent seat. One day we sat alone again. Marie and Miranda were wandering around looking for a place to sit. Katlyn knew Marie from middle school so she invited them to sit with us. I got nervous. I had the opportunity to become friends with these girls and I didn't want to embarrass myself. Alexis was alone and asked if she could join us as well. We all nodded happily. I sat quietly and listened to their conversations. I laughed and smiled to try to seem friendly. The next day we all sat together again. Eventually, Susanne, a new student to Ankeny High

Friendship Essay : My Best Friend
Some people don't even know their cousins or they don't talk to them at all. That is not the case for me. My cousin is my best friend. She has been my best friend since I was little. She is a big part of my life and I can tell her everything. We lived down the road from each other for many years and we would be together all the time. We were inseparable and we still are today. My cousin, Brie Pulczinski, is a big influence on my life. She is 19 years old and she lives in West Fargo, so not too far away. Some cousins look alike somewhat but Brie and I do not look alike at all. Brie has dark brown hair–almost black. We are about the same height. Brie has a great personality, there are so many reasons to love her. She is someone I can look up to and always go to for advice. Also, it seems like a lot of stuff doesn't get her down and if she is down she is not a person to constantly complain about it. We may be five years apart in age but when we are together none of that matters. Brie and I are alike in so many ways. There are so many memories we have together; some good, some bad but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I'm not going to lie, when we were younger we were trouble makers. Brie was not a very good influence when we were younger. Her and her brother Chase would always try to make me do stuff to get me in trouble. When I was younger, they were the older kids and I always wanted to be cool just like them. So, I did literally everything they told me to do. Which

I remember it like it was yesterday. My best friend and I, TJ used to always hang out together. We would take walks in the woods, play cars, ride bikes, and sometimes even play hopscotch; things normal kids would do. People thought it was strange to have a boy best friend, but it didn't matter to me. He was great company on lonely days, and never gossiped about anything. He was the type of friend you could always count on. Little did I know that TJ would soon be gone.
TJ was homeschooled, so I would only see him in the mornings, evenings, and on the weekends. The week of April 25th was spring break that year, so of course, I spent most of my time outside with him. We would usually sit under trees that gave us plenty of shade so that we wouldn't get too hot. On Thursday of that week, TJ decided that it would be fun to take a short walk into thewoods. I ran back to my house and grabbed my jacket since it wasn't very warm that day.
"Where do you think you're going?" My mom asked, placing a hand on her hip. I hesitantly looked out the door then back at my mom.
"I was going to take a walk in the woods with TJ. I was going to ask you, but I got so excited." I said with guilt. If she hadn't caught me, I would've gotten grounded. Good thing she caught me when she did. My mom was very understanding, that's why I always like to go to her when something is wrong.
"It's okay, but you better not wonder off too far!" With that, she walked back into the kitchen and started cooking

Grief Reflection Grief is a natural thing that everyone will experience in some way or another. Everyone experiences and handles grief in different ways. I have experienced grief a couple of times in my life when my grandfather passed away, my best friend passed away, and when my dad left and each time I handled my grief in a different way. I'm going to focus my essay on the death of my best friend because it was the most recent and had the biggest impact on me. My best friend passed away last year when he was hit by a drunk driver. This really had an impact on me because he was my emotional support, my go to, my everything. Recovering after his death was a really long process and at times I feel like I am still not fully healed from it. There are five stages in grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. I followed these 5 steps in the order they are listed. After Hunter got hit his mom called me to go to the hospital and say goodbye. When she called I couldn't believe it. I was shaking and numb. The ride to the hospital seemed like it took hours. I don 't even remember walking into the hospital or the doctors talking to me. When I walked into the ICU room I was expecting to see Hunter all cheerful and happy and this all be a cruel joke, but he wasn't. Five minutes after I said my goodbyes to him he passed away. I remember everyone asking me how I felt and I honestly couldn 't even comprehend how I felt because I hadn't even comprehend that he was gone,

Her. My best friend, my un–biological sister, the calmness of my drama. She has many titles to her name, well from me at least. But unfortunately bad friend is one of them. It all started last year. Our first year in a new school. Our first year in middle school. I can just remember about how we were wishing things wouldn't change. But they did.
This past year my very best friend has treated me like dirt. I was not the wind beneath her wings, but the dirt beneath her feet. She has treated me like a no one. She has pointed out my flaws, order me around like a slave, embarrassed me to a point of no return. I'm always wishing and hoping for it to come true, us going back to the way we were. But it hasn't come true, and it won't. I keep telling myself it's just a phase and she'll pass over it soon. But I'm only kidding myself. . I always thought when I was littler, that we would be best friends forever. That she would be my maid of honor and I would be hers. That when we get older our children would be the best of friends, like us, and they would be happy which would make us happy. But every time I get on my cell phone and have the same repeated one minute conversation I'm thinking that is less likely to be true
I told her best friends forever and I meant it. Now I'm thinking that I want to rip her to shreds then put her back together again just so she could be the dirt beneath my feet. But I don't do it because I know I am her better half. But I can not be so sure about her being mine. As I am writing this I am thinking about my other friendships and how those friends are probably my better half but instead of choosing them I'll always choose her. I guess I'm too wrapped up in thinking about my horrible friendship that I'm not thinking about the way it can be fixed. I want to fix it. I also want to tell her what a horrible friend she has been and how I want nothing else but for us to break apart. But I don't because I love her.
I tell people that I'll go up and tell her what she's been this past year. I want the courage more than anything and I

My Bad Friend Essay
A friend is someone that you trust and you enjoy spending time with. Everyone needs a friend because without friend life would be boring. Friends are important because they boost your happiness and reduce your stress. Friends are easy to find but a best friend is very hard to find. Best Friends are very important because they increase your self–confidence, you can share secrets, unlimited laughter, and adventures. To have a best friend you do not have to know them for a long time you just have to feel comfortable around them and trust them. One of my best friends name is Pawornwan but I call her Bam. she only lets certain people call her Bam like her friends or family. I met Bam my freshmen year of high school she was new to the school and was also a freshman. The first time I saw her was in our English class she did not speak much English but whenever I would talk to her I would understand her by her movement of hands when she didn't know a word. She didn't talk a lot when we were with my old friend but when she was just with me she would talk more. When I left my old friend group I would only say hi or have a small conversation when I would see her in the hallway. Junior year we ended up having a class together so we decided to be friends again. Now we are very close more than we were when we were freshman. She talks more and is more outgoing. I know more about her know then when I did the first time I was friends with her. She is Thai and I'mMexican Americanso we don't have a ton of things in common. I love having a friend from a different culture because I love learning new things about her culture and the things that they believe in. For example, she says that whoever gets the last bit of the food gets a handsome husband. Some of her believes are funny because we don't have them in my culture. We all need a friend that makes us forget to check the time because we are having a marvelous time. My best friend Ruby is like my sister. We first meet in sixth grade and we became friends but when we were in seventh grade we stopped hanging out because we both started hanging out with other people. We still said hi when we would see each other but it wasn't the same. Then we had a yoga class together our Get more content

We have been best friends for nine years and counting. We met in the third grade. I was introduced to Tea by another friend of mine. She thought I was weird at first, but as she got to know me we have been best friends ever since. Tea and I are two different people. Tea is more of the outspoken, no filter, and whatever comes to mind is said. I'm more of the quiet and laid back. I have learned many things from Tea like learning how to speak up for myself, never to let anyone walk all over me, and it is okay to say how you feel. From third grade to sixth grade Tea and I were stuck together like glue. Every day after school we would call each other on the house phone and we would talk for hours. Goodbye It is amazing how many things we take for granted. We make plans for the day, and don't think twice about how those plans can be taken away in the blink of an eye. My dear, almost perfect chlorine,
Here I am, reminiscing on you, and proclaiming my ultimate love to you. I will always remember the delicate exterior you had, and here is a picture to remind us of you and me, before we had each other.
It has been quite a long time since I was first attracted by your ever so large electronegativity when you so desperately wanted me as you first saw me. I was shocked, because I was always the loud one in life, from being triggered whenever there was judgment against my lone 3s electron. But I always knew that you were outspoken as well, and always there to voice your opinion on something.
When we started dating, I still remember our wildest adventure, at the pool party held by our friend H2O, and we were swimming. I was shrouded by the illuminating colours when you jumped up and down, splashing the water all around us. It was like being on fire, when the feeling of being scattered around, with all the negative dipoles from our friends. Electricity sizzled through me and still does today when I remember you, the beautiful ion glistening around in the water.
That brings me into the story on how we met. My Alkali friends brought me to the party that helium held, and that's where I saw you, the star of the party when Fluorine left. You took centre stage and controlled the scene, making me fall hard for you. It was like seeing a fireworks display, flash¬es of light, flame, and then thick white smoke, an amazing scene! After a long stressful test, I was going to spend the day with my best friend, Katherine, for the first time after, so long now that her mom trusted me more. "Honk!'' was the sound I heard that signaled me that Katherine's dad was here. She opened the door, as usual because she was so courteous to me at school. I got into the rusty gray Honda. Once I got into the car I knew it was out of my comfort zone because it was my first time meeting Katherine's Dad outside of school. "Hello, Katherine 's dad," I said tentatively. He responded back with a simple hello and simply resumed his talk with Katherine as if she had never left the car. They were talking, so quick I had no idea what to do, so I kept quiet the whole car ride and looked out the window. The whole car ride was of a foreign language I had barely heard Katherine speak at school, when her mom, my 5th grade math teacher came around. Now as if she had been liberated from those chains that kept her from speaking her native language, she spoke endlessly with her dad. We arrived at our destination and to my surprise, it was a church. I had never my life been to church on a Saturday afternoon, most likely because my mom and I only had time to come to church on SundayВґs.So many things were happening at the same time in the same room where Katherine's dad left us. There was a karate class happening right in front of us while some feet in front there were tables with roses, string, markers, all scattered up.

Moving on to another part of her face to keep this uplifting, her nose can be described as small and evenly proportioned to her face. This sniffer can detect the closest sonic for BBQ wings. When she sneezes, it's quiet and she always expects a "bless you" afterward. Her mouth is always in a U shape because she smiles all the time and is positive toward life for the most part. Her tongue is always craving fast food and when she gets it she silently chews until it's all gone. While she eats, we try to talk about what we need to before we leave and this can lead to us laughing hysterically in a public place. Everytime, we end up being the loudest people there with our giggles that shake the whole earth. You can tell it's her when she laughs because it's very distinctive with its high volume and at times she laughs too hard that there's no sound at all. Another part of her i like is that she listens to you intently and cares alot about you. She hears every word that flows from your mouth and she can use hers too for helpful advice. Even though she can hear very well it can be difficult to locate her normal sized ears behind her heavy and thick hair. Everything is proportional and spaced evenly among her features on her face. Have you ever had someone in your life who helped you figure out who you were? Someone who showed you the right path. Someone who was there right next you even if you did not take that path. Someone who always seemed to be right, but never held it against you when you were not. Someone whom without your life would most likely be entirely different. I have. Her name was Jessica. Jessica was more than my neighbor. She was more than my mentor. She was my best friend. Jessica lived three houses down from me when I moved into a newneighborhood . She would listen to you. She would be your friend, even if she just met you. I can not remember a time when she had something unpleasant to say about someone. That was one of many valuable lessons I learned from her and have made apart of my life.
She seemed to know everything. Anytime I had a perplexing question I knew she would know what to tell me. Her wisdom spanned several subjects. Everything from the textbook things they wanted me to learn in school, to the life lessons that there are no textbooks for. She taught me by example. She showed me that it was just a waste of my time and energy getting mad, upset, angry or so irate that I allowed myself to be controlled by my emotions. She was always calm, patient, and even tempered when faced with people who were less than pleasant to be around. I learned from watching her deal with people that being nice never fails. And I learned from watching her deal with the situations life would present that as long as you gave everything you had to give and never quit, you could never be beat.
Jessica was a truly amazing friend. She was a true friend. I could always depend on her being there for me with the right words of advice. Even if I did not want to hear what she was saying. She had been exactly where I was and she knew how perilous the journey of adolescence could be. She informed and guided me in my choices. Yet she never forced anything on me. My

For every person that exists, there is at least one other person with whom they will laugh with, love with, and live life with. These are the people who will support the decisions you make, encourage you to keep going after massive failures and love you despite all your flaws. We cherish the relationships we build and the friendships we have because without friends, we would be alone. I met my best friend when I was eleven–years–old. Our teacher forced us to sit next to each other after the first few days of school. We didn't talk to each other much because we both had our own friends. However, one day, we decided to each lunch together and we started hanging out more and more. Soon, we became inseparable. People could tell that we were best friends by the way we acted around each other. Much like my best friend and I, the devotion and loyalty between two friends are shown through real life interactions. However, written words can also show how much two friends care for one another. Text messages and wedding speeches may seem to have no connection to each other but both genres reveal how close two people are. A wedding speech is usually given by the maid–of–honor and the best man. These two positions hold special meaning because it is meant to be given by someone whom the bride and groom cherish and love. To be given the position of maid–of–honor or best man already shows how much love and respect the bride or groom has for their friend. Wedding speeches, in return, show Get
