I hope that after the training workshop for assistant manager, I will be accepted and train in the new Marina store at the end of the year. In the book What Color is your Parachute, I learned that I could go into a kind of rejection shock, if a promotion in not in the cards.[2] As he puts it, I would have to keep going and stay motivated, because I want full exposure of the knowledge and operations at the Dollar Tree. Developing A Plan For Career Success
Creating Your Career Plan
Developing a plan for career success can be described as journey of self–discovery. Many leaders have taken time to understand in depth their leadership skills by consistently refining skill sets but also always looking to better one self. To achieve our goals in leadership, one must develop one's skills and construct a career plan to guide them to their goals. In the class ApplyingLeadership Principles, we have taken time to learn about what defines a leader and how that applies to each of us in the class. Today I will be using the skills learned over the last eight weeks to develop a career plan. I will start by using the career center as a beginning resource to evaluate my career path, reflect on my personal career and where I would like to be in the future, identify strengths, and align those strengths with communication skills and problem solving skills. I will describe my career path; develop my plan of what leadership approach I believe will help me achieve those goals. Using the Career Center
Online learning has proven to a be a preferred method of learning for many adult learners as it offers the ability to finish a degree meanwhile maintaining a career, a family, and other obligations outside of the classroom. A Career Plan To Become A Professional Engineer
One of my primary short term career is to get a job in the field of civil engineering within 3 months of graduating. My goal would be for this job to located in the Midwest, more specifically in the tri–state area of South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. I am open to a job in any sub–discipline, but preferably in the areas of structural, geotechnical, or transportation. To achieve thisgoal, I need to be proactive in my job searching approach and to continue to do well in my class work and continue my involvement with ASCE. My biggest criterion for my job would be that I would work underneath a Professional Engineer doing engineering work that would allow me to sit for the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam, as becoming a Professional Engineer is also a short term of mine. My goal would be to become a Professional Engineer within five years of graduating. An important first step in my goal of becoming a PE is to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
I believe that I will have the skill set to accomplish my short term goals once graduating. I believe that not only my strong knowledge of fundamental principles of civil engineering, but also my ability to learn quickly, will be adequate in achieving my goals. There are still skills that I feel I am weak in, and if improved, would increase the likelihood of reach my goals. Skills I am still weak at are being proactive in searching for a job and writing a resume. I can address my fault of not being proactive

Five–Year Career Development Plan
MGT/431
March 24, 2011
When developing a good five year career plan I had to ask myself where, I wanted to be in five years. This question would be critical for my future. When I was in school in thought, I knew my career path. I was convince I was going to become a nurse. As years past, I found myself moving away from nursing and interested in teaching. However, my transition would not be as smooth as once believed. According to Career vision, (2004), "for some people, the five year career plan may be a plan to prepare them for another job, for others it may be a plan to develop skills used in their current job. I am repeatedly informing my older child of how important it is to go to college and obtain his degree. When I complete my studies I will be able to show him the journey was not easy but obtainable. Another goal for myfive–year plan is to be debt free. While in college I have many student loans that I need to pay off. I want to completely pay off my student loan debt in five years or less. I believe this task can be accomplished if I stay to my budget plan. The benefits of paying the loans off early would help me with interest rates, and it will also help me increase my credit score, which will help me when it is time to open my husband and me restaurant.
Promotional Opportunities Upon completion of my bachelor's degree program, I will try to seek employment with my hospital human resources department as a generalist. I currently work with staffing and with a bachelor's degree in management; I believe I would be ready to move up to a higher level. The transition from staffing to human resources I believe would be smooth, because I am familiar with the hiring process and I am also knowledgeable with dealing with outside staffing agencies.

PROMPT: My future career plans, why I want and need to study in the US at the graduate level, and how I hope to contribute to my country's democratic and economic development.
My name is Levan, I'm 23 years old. I was born in small city Dusheti, where i started learning. In 2000 I won the olympics in mathematics and I came to the school of physics and mathematics "Comarovi" in tbilisi, which I successfully graduated in 2005. I have obtained my Bachelor's Degree from the business administration faculty of the Georgian – American University in Georgia in 2009. and i was the best student of the university. I love Georgia, and I intend to do everything in its economic and democratic development.
ESSAYREVIEW
You begin to respond to the prompt directly in the final two paragraphs. The penultimate paragraph, which addresses the question of why you want and need to study in the US is quite vague. The argument that U.S.education is great is rather general (and not true _in general_). If you specified that program you want to enroll in and why, you might have something more concrete and meaningful to say. Your final paragraph deals with what you intend to do on your return to Georgia. This paragraph is a little bit clearer, but not by much. It would be a good idea to specify what you mean by the "management system," especially if you mean something, as you apparently do, that is applicable to both government and the private sector. The essay says next to nothing about democratic development, but knowing nothing about the program for which you are applying, I've no idea how important that is. I suggest, in any case, expanding the last two paragraphs, with a view to making their claims more specific, and condensing the rest of the essay. Keep your sentences relatively short and simple in order to minimise the number of errors.

My Future Career As A Career Essay
Motivation Latter
I have always been thinking about my future, building a career, becoming a successful person and generally finding my own path in the life.
My school teachers always noted that I had good abilities in such subjects as mathematics and physics. This increased my interest in exact sciences, and I decided to connect my future career with technological area of activity, wishing to gain success in the future. And if I become successful I will pay back my parents for their warmth and loving tender, as they have been those who have been supporting me throughout my life.
For that reason I constructed a plan for achieving this long–term aim. By the plan I accomplished some small objectives: graduated from American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Upon graduation I will receive a Specialist degree, which is not recognized by foreign universities due to differences in my country's educational system. But I want to continue my education in one of German universities. Then I plan to enter one of the best universities of the world for my Master's degree. I spent much time searching, and at last I chose the Technical University of Cologne among other universities of the Germany.
The first acquaintance with your university began from collecting particular information about it. From the data I had found I managed to make some basic picture explaining why I chose it.
Your university is the biggest innovative centre
