Meet the OC: Jacinta en Tamara Jacinta is a truely happy person. She is always busy with socialising with others and making sure they are happy. So as the logistics coordinator, she will make sure you have a brilliant time ánd not notice the stress that's going on behind the scenes. She is very sociable, a hard worker and at times loud. She will always tell you what she thinks, so that you know what you're up to and know what to expect

from her. This makes her a great person to work with, and I'm sure the OC as a whole will together give you a great time! Tamara is someone who really likes to get things done. She is always busy with millions of things, and doesn't let anything get in the way. That is why she is the chief of EMSCon, she keeps the overview of everything that needs to be done and keeps close contact with all the

speakers. Besides this, she is never afraid to say what she thinks and that is very useful when making budgets, scripts or write letters to sponsors, And last, but not least, Tamara really likes to chat, hang out and party! At OCweekends, she is always happy and in for a great laugh.

Gala Dinner We will celebrate our first GA night in Oloroso, a restaurant with a special atmosphere. The atmosphere is filled with sweet music, the laughs of people and the smell of delicious food. Off course, we will all be dressed in black tie. So, girls don't forget you cocktail

dresses and boys, don't forget your beautiful suit. After dinner the restaurant will change in a club, where we can have drinks and a laugh all night long. As you can see, all ingredients are available to make this evening a perfect one. Make sure you don't miss it!!

Allmost all places are full, but Jeroen didn’t receive even 10% of the payments… Warning: Angry Treasurer!

Hutspot ga2011@ifmsa.nl www.ifmsa.nl/ga2011 Leiden, The Netherlands

This is a typical Dutch dish. You need: 1,5 kg peeled potatoes, 1,25 kg carrots (cutted in little pieces) and 400g onions (also cutted in little pieces). 400 grams of beef meat. Cook the meat at least one hour in 300ml water. Ad the potatoes, carrots, onions and water until all the potatoes are under the water. Cook for half an hour. Take the meat out of the pan and remove the water. Save this water. Mesh the potatoes and the vegetables. Stir the water, some butter and hot milk until you will get a good ‘stamppot’ - It should be creamy, but not too thin. Eat the hutspot with the cooked meat.

Dutch word of the month: “Ons bin zûnig” Only 15 spots left!

Program overview The plenary kickoff will be on Friday morning with elections of the credential commission (CC), after which we’ll switch to parallel session while the CC is arranging proxy stuff, so that we won’t lose valuable time in waiting ;)
