Chelsea FC has selected Bupa as the provider of this benefit. Under the scheme, Bupa would cover you for the costs of medically necessary specialist treatment in the UK. The scheme is medical history disregarded. There is a ÂŁ100 excess per person per annum payable in the event of a claim. Cost of this benefit The monthly premiums are confirmed on the iChoose website. The cost of private medical insurance through Your Chelsea will typically be significantly cheaper for you than making your own individual arrangements elsewhere. The premium for any voluntary level of benefit that you select would be deducted from you through salary sacrifice and would provide you with a saving in National Insurance Contributions, which would further reduce the cost of the benefit.
