Those participating in this interactive and cultural activity in the town will be given a professionally printed “Passport to St Andrews” which will also act as their guidebook. This ancient town has a fascinating history and what better way to indulge in this lovely area than an interactive walking tour and a chance to meet some of its past heroes Throughout the tour the group will meet with a diverse selection of characters in different areas each representing an element of St Andrews lifestyle. and history. These characters may include a retired University professor, a ageing fisherman, Old Tom Morris etc.....all of whom will be played by actors and all of whom will take the groups back in time to how things used to be...and in some cases, there will be an interactive elements...such as putting, or dressing up the guests etc. Details will follow later but this essentially outline of the format and style of this alternative way to visit and learn more about the town.

St.Andrew Tells the story of the city of St.Andrews, when originally his relics landed there. The interactive part would then be a Scottish quiz with St.Andrew as the quizmaster

The original architect of the famous Old Course, Tells the story of the history of Golf, The Old Course and his successes as a player and course designer. The interactive part will be a small challenge on the Himalayas putting green

Tells the story how fishing was over a hundred years ago when the herring Industry was thriving..how the boats were and how they lived

Tells the story of St.Andrews university and how it was back in 1413..how the student travelled there and what they studied. The interactive part will be the group dressing in cloaks and having scrolls and then a group photo as if graduating...with honours!

Tells the story of the Cathedral and its long history and its characters. The interactive part will be letting the groups engage in Campanology ..the art of small bell ringing!
