July The Simple Power of Dreaming Big That is not an oxymoron.

If you dream small, you're not really dreaming.

Yearly goals that don't make you want to visit the bathroom when you think of them don't count.

Dreaming implies something expansive that stirs your heart and gives you goosebumps. Dreaming doesn't mean fantasising about fancy travel or a cottage in Portugal. Dreaming means putting your Genius, Grace and Greatness in service to moving life, the world or our community onward in some small or vast way that will demand us to grow exponentially. That may sound scary or impossible, but it isn't hard; it's simple. It's simple because if you can dream it, then its potential already exists. If you can dream it, you've taken the first simple step to creating it.

Since the beginning of time, humanity has relied on Visionaries and Big Dreamers to evolve. Visionaries and Big Dreamers can be very small, modest, humble people.

But their stature has nothing to do with seeing the world in a more expanded way and then using their gifts to help move that forward.

Being a Big Dreamer may well make you feel like you're not like other people.

If you are a 'serial' dreamer like myself, sometimes you will look in the mirror and laugh hilariously at the craziness of your ideas.

Sometimes it will be like climbing a mountain in slippers while pushing a noodle up it at the same time.

Sometimes, there will be droughts in money land, parasites in energy land, floods in emotions land and pandemics in every land.

Sometimes people will question.

Sometimes they will give you their opinion.

But of course, just like all orifices, everybody has them.

It doesn't mean you have to listen.

Sometimes you will not sleep.

Sometimes you will not wake.

Sometimes you love the radiance that your big Dream inspires.

Sometimes you don't recognise the tired face in the mirror.

Sometimes you feel you could run to the ends of the earth with pride in your genius.

And sometimes, you feel like a complete ding-bat.

Sometimes you'll invest your whole resources into it and lose the lot.

And sometimes, you know that that was the stake you are willing to pay.

And you'll start again.

Sometimes you'll feel obsessed with your Dream.

So much so that you miss birthdays, parties, and client appointments.

Sometimes you cringe when you realise you did that.

Sometimes you could care less.

Sometimes you feel spirit surging through your evangelical dedication and a sense of total, almost sacred rightness.

And sometimes, the idea of going to a car-boot sale mid-week seems highly appealing.

Sometimes you see yourself on stage, receiving accolades for the Magnum Opus you've brought to the world.

And sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees.

Sometimes, on some days when resistance is strongest, the sacrifice seems bigger than the Dream.

But most days, the breathtaking, addictive passion of birthing your Dream is so freaking exhilarating that you wonder if being this excited is legal.

That would be me.

Nianell Nianell was born and raised in Omaruru, a small town in the Erongo Region of central Namibia. At the age of 6, she already sounded like an adult when she sang. With the help of her mother, she received a scholarship to study in South Africa. After completing her studies in Pretoria and performing in restaurants, pubs, and hotels for many years in order to stamp her mark in the local music industry, Nianell finally released her critically acclaimed debut album ‘Who Painted The Moon?’ in 2001.

Simplicity The Energy of Alignment Clarity Integrity Ease Naturalness Serenity Light We live in a world and a marketplace where nothing is simple anymore. So the power of simplicity is more than just a response or an antidote; it is an invitation to declutter your energy field, polish up your dreams, increase your productivity and leverage your powers as a partner with the universe.

Simplicity means many things to many women - for some, simplicity is plain and boring. Others can't live without it. I love to think of simplicity as a quality and value, which is also an energy.

It can be interpreted in a hundred ways, depending on each of our ideas of the meaning of simple.

It immediately elicits an emotional response, conjures up visual images, and reminds us of a kind of primordial knowing that simplicity is the natural order of things. It's just us who complicate them.

In terms of alignment with your highest life, simplicity is the best friend of high vibration, and it's the shortest route to anything. But since it's a concept that is just an idea until it's applied, I've broken it down into 'qualities' that can accelerate any desire or goal or alleviate any stress or anxiety when integrated into your day or projects.

Let's take Clarity:

Integrity

My dear friend Anjel B Hartwell says, 'Clarity is Divinity', and I agree wholeheartedly.

Integrity can only come with Clarity! Being authentic is a lifetime's work, even for women who aspire to be authentic! True integrity is not just about saying what you think or even honouring yourself and others. True integrity is having mind, body and soul aligned in harmony.

Isn't Clarity a beautiful as well as a divine thing? When we're clear, we can take on the world!

Challenges shrink. So do the kilos. Stuff gets done. We sleep better. Boundaries are set. Visions are forged. Closets get tidied.

Our vibrational frequency rockets. We sing in the shower. People say 'yes' to us. Life says 'yes' to us! And abundance always follows 'yesses'!

Clarity It comes as #1 on the uplevel scale. It's ideal to have this as a daily check-in process.

Clarity is the #1 thing that entrepreneurs need every day. It's the 'wholy' grail of the Holistic Change-maker, who relies on being lucid and discerning the best way forward at any time, whether it's as simple as creating content or knowing the next best moves to make for a great launch.

Clarity is not just knowledge - it's selfknowledge and awareness, which allow mindfulness and a portal to flow. In flow, everything becomes divinely simple!

If, like so many of our beloved audience, you feel strongly a desire to upgrade your life in some way, physically, financially, relationship-wise or career-wise, and it's not happening, likely, some part of you does not agree with that choice. If your mind is telling you you ought to or want to change, there is another part of you that is not in agreement.

Incoherence is like living a lie. That is the opposite of our truth!

Can you see now how this can mess our lives up? How much time we waste because we don't know HOW to get the three elements of Mind, Body and Soul in agreement?

By understanding your true nature and, more importantly, how to live it every day, by creating the intentions and habits to support your true nature, you cole into true integrity and, therefore true alignment. Just check the lists of Thought, Word and Deed below. Can you honestly say that your mind, feelings, words and actions are always aligned and integrity?

Thoughts – mindset, inner chatter, judgements, comparisons, pre-occupation, fear, self-criticism, beliefs, convictions, conditioning, fuzziness.

Language, communication, vocal self-affirmation, judgements, comparisons, complaining, affirming, demanding, ordering, supplicating, expostulating.

Actions – habits, rituals, patterns, routines, tendencies, practises, addictions, daily tasks, reactions, pro-actions, responses.

Here's the good news - you never will be in integrity in this way 100% of the time. And yet, when we are clear and in integrity - everything becomes simple! So it's helpful to use Clarity to keep mindful, so we can stay in integrity!

Ease This follows nicely into ease. That which is easy is simple, and that which is simple brings ease.

But once again, we are complication doughnuts, and ease does not come easily to us! Part of that is this negativity bias which is irritatingly programmed into your cognitive functioning and leads you to pay much more attention to the bad things that happen, making them seem much more important than they really are. Unless we are absolute Zen masters, we feel the sting of a rebuke more powerfully than we feel the joy of praise. We tend to stew on little upsets with way more attention than glorifying the tiny miracles that also happen every day.

'Bad things grab our attention, stick to our memories, and, in many cases, influence our decisions. Darn it, this does not make life simple at all!

But this negativity bias is a safety mechanism of evolution and one we MUST be mindful of to stay clear and in integrity.

Self-talk is vital here. Events, experiences, and people play a significant role in shaping how you interpret life. When you find yourself negatively interpreting something, or only focusing on the bad aspect of the situation, look for ways to reframe the events in a more positive light.

Practice New Patterns When you find yourself ruminating on things that don't feel a high vibe, look for an uplifting activity to pull yourself out of the 'drop'. For example, if you find yourself mentally reviewing some unpleasant message or outcome, consciously try to redirect your attention elsewhere and deliberately engage in an activity that brings you joy.

Pump up your Gratitude Muscle Deliberate gratitude practice is a fabulous way of training your brain to evolve away from the N bias. Even the action of counting blessings when you don't feel so hot will take you to Ninja ability in managing your thoughts, emotions and actions - back to ease, integrity and Clarity.

Naturalness Take a tip from Mother Nature and be natural! Her vast web of life is indeed complex and intricate, but there is a very simple innate order. The same applies to you if you remember daily how extraordinary, gifted, beautiful, talented, inspiring, potent and powerful you are!

It is your divine birthright to experience abundance, which is entirely natural! It is your divine birthright to create as a manifestor - wholy natural! The laws of the universe are at your command, naturally. Alignment is a natural process.

You being you naturally is a gift to us all. You doing you is a gift to yourself. Lean into your great unique nature and relinquish all desire to fit into a mould, a cookie-cutter template, someone else's expectations or principles and what experts and authorities tell you!

Being yourself naturally is something many people will never ever know in their lifetime. Most people can't even articulate who they truly are. And if you're an entrepreneur, this is a problem and why many coaches' USPs are similar and not spectacular.

You were made for Greatness. You were made to experience the fullest expression of yourself - it's a natural process. And it can be simple.

Serenity To do the above, all of it, serenity is a password to simplicity. It's not just about Polyanna moods and intuitive connection to yourself and source. Serenity is a vital default state for taking any action that can align you with what you desire. True and lasting serenity will simplify everything.

Any and all of the above qualities will give rise to serenity, and the key lies in what I call Passionate Detachment. Put together, they seem like an oxymoron. How can you be passionate and detached together?

It comes from hitching your heart to a very high star and then letting go of how we think things should work out. The 'how's and the 'what's always get in the way of serenity - every freaking day!

It's not for us to work out 'how' or force events to occur, but to surrender to the process which allows the universe's magic to synchronise the details. Universal law will mould people, places things and circumstances as it sees fit, according to the ideas and devotion we give them. We can trust in that - it's a universal principle!

Quantum physics! It's spiritual wisdom since forever and biological wisdom in the present. Our yearning for peace, security, and an anxiety-free existence obviously give rise to serenity, but so do inner power, confidence, healthy boundaries, a healthy body, and a wealthy bank account.

Serenity is a result of Clarity, Integrity, Ease, and Naturalness. Cultivate them all, and serenity will be your default state.

Serenity will simplify everything!

Light Lightness is the graceful shape of serenity. In serenity, we can choose wisely, plan astutely, and take action powerfully. With lightness, and as light workers, the light calls us, holds us and infuses our lives with magic daily. Light is fun, funny and funky.

Light brings inspiration, healing, growth and Clarity! Our souls are as light as our earthly bodies are heavy. Light is our direction, compass and guide. Shine a light, and everything becomes simple.

So how can simplicity help you and your business grow?

You can save so much time (and money) by ensuring you are soul-aligned with every business decision you make - mind, body and soul, thought, word and deed.

That vision, mission and life purpose you love so much. Do you have them clearly on your desktop?

Whatever it takes, your vision, mission and legacy are the soul blueprint of your life. And this trinity should be the first thing you connect with in the morning and the last thing at night. And before you take any business action or create another strategy, check in with your soul.

The Top Six Lessons to Being a Great Public Speaker

Lesson One: Be Present The first law of effective communication

whether one to one or one to many, is that you must be present and in present time. If you are ‘in your head’ caught up in your emotions,

feelings, fears, doubts, or negative self-talk, you will not be able to connect with your audience, no matter the size. Getting and

staying present is an art in itself, and demands self-discipline and practice.

It’s generally our default state to be concerned

about the future or regretting something in the

past. You must learn to notice when you are not present, then get yourself back in the NOW.

It’s almost certain that you might be caught up

in your emotions and feelings - fear, doubt,

negative self-talk. You must be able to identify that you are ‘off center’, and bring yourself

back to the present moment. If you are to be an effective speaker you must be able to

connect with your audience, and that is impossible if you are not ‘HERE’.

The same goes for your audience! It is important that your audience is present too! If they are talking to each other, or distracted, or focused on something else besides you then you will not be able to connect either.

Once you get yourself present, look to see if your audience is present and do something to

get their attention before you start your presentation.

Communication is not happening if either you or your audience is not in present time. Be

for a few moments till you and your audience are able to settle into being present, than to start talking when either of you are not ‘HOME’.

To be more present yourself, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Then open your eyes

and look at the audience, one person at a

time, till you are connected to them, rather than being in your head. Do that first before you talk. Once you are present, then continue

looking at the audience without speaking, until they quiet down and notice you. Once you are present, and they are present you may begin.

Here’s a way you can practice that: sit alone in

front of a mirror and look into your eyes, without moving or saying anything for a period

of two to four minutes at a time. It is ok to blink

- that is natural. But don’t move otherwise. And

don’t talk. Just quietly practice making eye contact with the reflection of yourself in the mirror for a period of time without moving or talking.

This will increase your ability to be in the present moment, rather than jumping into your

head fretting about the future or thinking about how the past could have been different

or better. You can also do this exercise with another person, sitting closely knee to knee,

while making eye contact, without moving or speaking for 1 to 3 minutes at a time.

After you do this exercise a few times a week, for a period of time over a few months, you will

start to notice that it is easier to keep yourself in the present moment.

The rule of thumb when you are a speaker is: Do not start your talk until both you and your audience are present.

Lesson Two: Come From Your Heart - Not Your Head When you speak to an audience, what will certainly connect you is that they experience your

feelings. Not just that you relate a memory of something to them. When we remember something that happened, we use our Minds. When we recall an experience, we use our Heart. A memory has

no feeling. An experience is the ‘reliving’ of what happened, rather than a memory of it. Think about something that happened in the past. If you notice, you immediately go to your head. A memory lives there in terms of what happened, but not in terms of how you felt. Now close your eyes and recall a previous experience you had.

Once you have recalled it, which is through your feelings and Heart, then it is as if you are reliving it…

not just talking about it. You are connected to the experience and coming from it. That is different

from just re-telling it. When you ‘relive it’, the experience conveys itself to your audience and they are touched. When you merely retell something, the audience understands what happened, but doesn’t feel anything. To be a successful and charismatic speaker you must learn to speak from your

experience - from your heart - not just from your memory of something. That way you will connect with the audience and they will feel what you are feeling.

A way you can practice speaking from your heart is to recall experiences from your childhood, then share them with a friend, until your friend tells you they were touched and inspired by what you shared. Close your eyes, recall the experience from the past that actually happened to you. Pretend you are inside of the person that was there then. Imagine looking out of the person’s eyes, and

hearing with the person’s ears. Keep your eyes closed and scan through the experience from

beginning to end in your imagination, feeling all the feelings as you felt them then. Open your eyes and keep yourself in that space of the experience, then share with someone what happened naturally and conversationally.

Take your time. Let your feelings be part of the sharing. When you are coming from the experience, you will naturally take time, and go at a slower pace, so that your friend can not only understand

what happened, but can feel how you felt along the way. You will feel a connection with your friend

while you are sharing, rather than just reporting an event. That is the outcome you want on a stage

with the audience. That will happen when you learn to speak from your heart - from your experience - rather than just report an event from your mind and memory. Practice closing your eyes and recalling several experiences and sharing them from your heart. Notice the difference between that

kind of sharing and when you are simply remembering something from memory and talking from your head.

The rule of thumb when you are a speaker is: Speak from your heart, not your head.

Lesson Three: Speak to One Person at a Time Have you ever noticed you probably aren’t nervous when you are just speaking to one person at a time? But when you are speaking to a group of people, how quickly you become nervous and scared? Well, the answer to that is to speak to one person at a time, no matter how many people

are in the audience! That’s all you can do anyway. The word GROUP is a representational word. It is a word that means something that doesn’t actually exist. The word GROUP means that a bunch of people are in the same place at the same time. But a GROUP isn’t a real thing. Not like a PERSON. A

person is real. You can talk to a person. But a GROUP doesn’t exist as a thing… it is just a

representative word, that means there is more than one person closely together in the same place.

So you can’t talk to a GROUP. You can only talk to a PERSON.

Once you know that, then you will quickly

conversation with only one person. Talk to that person as if you can see them. What will

happen is the ‘cluster’ of people where you are gazing will feel you are speaking directly to them.

audience are more along the size of a basketball or beach ball size. Make sure you

know your audience and meet them where they live.

Also, a good guideline for how to move on stage is to go by the 50%/50% rule - move 50% of the

time, and be still 50% of the time. Movement should have control, which means it has a beginning,

middle, and end. If you move constantly, then there is no control, and it will drive your audience crazy; if you are still all the time, that also has no control, and likewise will drive the audience crazy.

Move clearly from one point to another, and then stop and stay still for a period of time. Then again,

move clearly to another point - with a beginning, middle and end, and then stop. And stay still for a period of time.

If you are moving your arms, let them move for a period of time, then rest them on something like a

desk, a table, or a flipchart, or put them down still at your sides and be still for a period of time. That is movement and gestures with control. The movements and gestures have a beginning, a middle, and an end. Divide your movement and times you are still into 50%/ 50% each. That will provide the

audience with ease and interest, and they will not be distracted by your movement either because it is too much or too little.

The rule of thumb when you are a speaker is: Know your audience and act, move, and speak appropriately to their frequency.

Lesson Six: Share Your Personal Stories Successfully telling a story and sharing your personal experiences in life is one of the most

important things a great public speaker needs to learn to do. It is the best way to connect with your audience, to inspire them, and cause them to act.

Two-minute-long personal stories from your life need to be sprinkled throughout your presentation.

This will give your presentation life and vitality and dimension and will be the moments your audience loves the most.

These are the guidelines for telling good stories: Think of a time in your life where you learned something.

Find the specific ‘incident’ that took place in time. Where were you, what did you say, who were

you with, how old were you, what were you wearing, who else was there, what did you feel, what did you hear, what actually happened?

Once you are clear on the actual ‘incident’ in time, then close your eyes and recall the experience

as if you were reliving it. Get in touch with the feelings you had, the events that took place - what

you did, what you said, what you heard - and let yourself feel what you were feeling at that moment when it happened. This is called getting in touch with your experience.

Practice sharing the experience outloud - not ‘performing’ it, but sharing it in a conversational

manner from the place you are in touch with the feelings you had then. Just share what happened from that place.

Know the exact place you are going to start. Start at the beginning of the incident - no preamble

or explanation - just start at the beginning - for example:: “I was ten years old and I was sitting at the top of the stairs in my house, crying.” Get clear on the exact beginning so you can start there,

rather than having to explain anything. For example, do NOT do this: “The reason I want to tell you

about what happened to me when I was 10 is that I think it will be valuable for you to know what I

learned then…for many days I was upset and had felt I wanted to shout at someone, and then one day I was sitting ….”. Just start at the beginning of the incident itself, rather than explaining it.

Know the exact ending of your 2-minute talk. What did you learn? What was the point of the story? What was your take away?

Now practice telling your story in a two-minute time frame, from your heart with the same feeling - not acting it out, but really feeling the feelings you had at the time.

Make a point from which the audience will find benefit.

Sprinkle these 2-minute talks of your personal experience throughout your presentation.

A good way to figure out what story you want to share is either find a story you like from your life,

and then figure out a point it could make for your audience; or figure out the point you want to make, and go through your life experience and find a story that fits the point.

Summary Great public speakers are not performers.

Actors are performers. Great public speakers know the art of being natural and authentic,

being present, being connected, and sharing in

operates as if the audience is part of the conversation, not just an observer.

As a result, the speaker must learn to be still

at times, while listening to the audience. Even though the audience doesn’t speak out loud,

the audience is processing what the speaker is sharing, and as such, is part of the dance.

The speaker needs to be present to be able

to see if the audience got the point, or

understood the material, and then adjust the

pace and content accordingly. It is a dance.

It is a conversation, not just a lecture.

This is the reflection and consquences

invisibility. Or rather, in metaphorical terms - the Bermuda Triangle at night.

Next to being invisible, almost unspeakably painful, is not being known. Remaining a shadow

of the person you could become, a shadow in

other people’s greatness. A wannabe ghost in your soul's story.

In the quest for gaining authority and influence getting published, growing a podcast, JV-ing with high players, obscurity will wither your

willpower, sap your energy and your soul.

Tactically, growing your know-like-trust factor is the ABC of networking; growing a tribe means growing beyond ego and a sloppy image stepping into a place where you wear your style, communication,

confidence,

consciousness,

charm and charisma as if you were marrying a prince every day.

RENOWN .

Drum roll. The Grace of Renown.

Step out of the shadows ladies. There are 1001 ways to grow your audience and you must find the ones that resonate with your

personality, objectives and skillsets. If you don’t, you risk falling out of love with the day-to-day workings of your biz. If you’re not great on

camera, start a podcast. Interview people. Connect with influencers in a way that demonstrates your desire to support their work.

Tell your story and better still do your own PR and tell your story to the Press. We all have a story that needs to be heard; sharing yours publicly is a magnet for the right people

Foe 4. The Mimic

You may even be known, even liked and trusted. You may be chugging along fine in

your business. You may have overcome the first 3 Foes and be getting some traction going through the motion of scaling your

business year by year. Maybe you’ve been at this for some time and have reached a good level of income that has plateau-ed.

Again, there are always 2 aspects; your

inner expectations for your own fulfilment.

And your strategic moves in this difficult

entrepreneurial and global landscape. This

is why we must be crystal clear about our mission, our vision, our purpose and our uniqueness. Too many business owners just

look exactly like the next - same website theme, same message, same pitch, same old,

Herald the unveiling of your Grace of Peerlessness. Peerless is when

Each of the previous Graces builds upon the other.

They flow from one to the next in a never-ending cycle., and this is an

invitation to step into your most authentic truth, your highest-self lifestyle.

Your brand must be royal, magical and inspirational.

Foe 5. The Storm This may come in the form of a pandemic, a personal financial

crisis

There will be many storms over an

entrepreneurial lifetime and if we don’t like

storms, then it’s unwise to even get in the bloody boat!

The most sinister storms will rumble up from

having to face our own old programming, our non-serving habits and our own BS excuses.

TRANSCENDENCE .

But the orchestra will play the Grace of Transcendence for you if can rise

above it all and weather the storms resiliently. It will take all of our courage,

lucidity, friends, mentors, prayer, tenacity, determination, focus, healing, and commitment, but transcend we must.

Each and very day. The Grace of Transcendence is The Way of The

Entrepreneur, but also anyone with a high hard goal - athletes, rock stars,

artists, pioneers in climate change, inventors of new technology, innovators of anything, builders of new worlds.

Overcoming is a way of life for high achievers.

The obstacles becomes the opportunities to transcend.

Foe 6. The Desert When the sea dries up, the land becomes parched. Boats get wrecked. And businesses

fail from lack of resources, cash flow and clients.

If you haven’t navigated through Excellence,

Distinction Renown and Peerlessness, and aligned yourself with your wealth potential,

you could find your desert is in the middle of

the Bermuda Triangle (well, no one actually knows what’s there do they?).

There will be drier months and years in the cycles of business; it's hard to avoid.

But deserts kill. You need to prepare. Build your

own

oasis,

learn

to

dig

wells

of

resourcefulness and tenacity. Create several income streams - fill your savings gourd.

Learn to make money 'rain' from those who know how!

PRESTIGE But the band will always play when you have mastered the Grace of Prestige.

Freedom, flexibility, facility, and favour come with mastering healthy revenue streams and financial sustainability.

You may get lucky bypassing the other Graces in a freak of circumstance, but don’t hold your breath. And, even if the lottery or an inheritance lands in your lap, you cannot achieve and maintain Preeminence unless you have

mastered the previous Graces. But when you do acquire the grace of Prestige, the fun begins. You can step back and see if it truly feeds your soul.

And you can step forward and share it with the world.

Foe 7. The Tide So there you are bobbing about on the ocean

amongst the other millions of entrepreneurial boats, following the one in front, pummelled by the currents.

It feels safe following others, until the tides of

time turn and you find yourself faced with having to lead the way.

Maybe, it’s because you’ve outgrown all your mentors.

Maybe

movement. Maybe you decide to scale your a

dreamed possible in the beginning. Maybe your true purpose shines clearer than ever.

Maybe you transcend a huge challenge and

LEADERSHIP The Grace of Leadership will call you forward at this point of the entrepreneurial journey.

It may well have been there as an undercurrent all along if you are mission-

driven by leaving humanity in a better place when you exit. It will certainly help

you navigate all of the foes and foibles of dedicating your life to Preeminence.

In fact, Preeminence is what happens as a natural result of you owning your place as a leader in the world.

You can now rejoice in a life where you show up as your highest self, playing at your best level and having the most thrilling ride as your sails billow in the wind. You can choose your own music here, ha!

Foe 8. The Edge

And

just

when

you

thought

that

reaching Preeminence was enough to rest on your laurels.

You can’t. Because this is about a journey in that entrepreneurial vessel, not a far off land goal (although you may well visit plenty of them!)

Through all the foes you will meet in this

adventure, you will get to the edge many times. The edge of exhaustion, the edge

of

breakdown,

the

edge

of

breakthrough, and always the edge of

the complete unknown. The edge of exhaustion

or

disappointment

or

despair, or rage, may never be far away.

And when you’re staring at the ravine of

it, the very moment, you have no idea how you are going to take the next step, you must.....

.

ENDURANCE

...listen to the whisper of the Grace of Endurance. This isn’t a whisper to accept any burdens. Endurance is not suffering - it is persistence. Because nothing

worth dedicating your life to uplifting will ever transpire if you stop, hesitate too long or give up. The quiet voice in your heart and soul will encourage you to keep going to Preeminent lands, to the grail of your life quest.

And just like in the film ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom’ when Indie

came to the edge with a lot of nasties after him and found himself on the edge of a gaping ravine, he knew that he had to keep going and take a step of faith.

That is often what it takes for the bridge to rise to meet us, or the plane to build itself as we fly. Keep going, just keep going.

Foe 9. The Siren In

Greek

mythology,

the

Sirens

were

dangerous creatures, who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and sweet singing voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island. It is also said that they could even charm the winds.

In the entrepreneurial context, since we are

using the metaphor of the sea and boats,

how could I not bring in the final potential

foe of your Fortune and Fulfilment as the sweet and lulling voice that fame fortune

and fulfilment bring to your detriment - if you don’t take time out. Time on land, off the

boat, grounded. The song and the lure pull us every day to push our bodies, push our boundaries, push our resources, push our

energy, push push push. Often ignoring diet,

sleep, exercise, rest and respite. We will neglect our bodies, neglect our family,

neglect our homes, neglect our dreams when

we

get

too

hypnotised

This is when we can truly fall from Grace. All 9 of them, and often at once...

RENEWAL .

Your body will often sing this Grace out loud and clear. The Grace of Renewal.

This Grace is often the hardest one to integrate, and our Foe is that Siren voice lulling us to go over the top with the last Grace of Endurance. We don’t know when to stop. We

hustle and push to the limit. It is so vital on the journey to Preeminence to simply Stop and Renew.

Renewal is an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly necessity. If we don’t restock our

bodies minds and souls with sustenance of another kind than our vocation, we will end up on a desert island, stranded in the middle of the ocean or in a hospital bed.

Nothing is worth that. So take on this Grace - Stop. Rest. Renew. It may come after the Grace of Prestige, when we need to re-evaluate the journey. It may come when being Peerless is not so clear. It may come at any time and we must listen to ourselves. This was the only way to defeat the mythical Sirens, to make sure one didn’t hear their voices. You can do that by being connected to your soul daily.

.

Because here’s what happens when you take Renewal as seriously as all the other Graces of Preeminence. In respite, calm and peace, you WILL hear the call of Excellence once again.

You WILL feel the smell of the ocean breeze of freedom, adventure and expansion.

You WILL recuperate the energy and passion of your dreams.

You WILL want to heed the call to travel to distant lands of growth.

You WILL have the clarity to check in with your soul's journey.

And, if you use all the Graces together, you WILL be equipped with a

powerful practice and blueprint to deal with every Foe and challenge that you will meet on the journey to your own Fame, Fortune and Fulfilment.

The 9 Graces of Preeminence are a complete, feminine cycle which,

in it’s circular motion (with every Grace depending on the others) forms

an

elegant

and

relevant

holistic

model

for

achievement in this new paradigm. And you have it in every issue!

with the idea of making a specific figure - five grand a month or 10 grand a month or 20

grand a month or whatever. They get quite caught up in an exact monthly amount. But even though you may think so, it's not actually

the point! The Universe has no agenda for the amount it will channel to you!

Because

money

is

energy

(because

everything is energy), it's not a specific amount that counts; it's a range of income with a lack end and an abundance end.

So your gift zone, when you are engaged in and expressing your gift zone, you are vibrating at a frequency that translates into the higher end of your income range that

you are available for, naturally, without much effort on your part.

Your nuts and bolts zone, your to-do list, these are the things that just need to get done. You don't necessarily hate doing them.

There's no room in your life or business for anything you hate. So if there's something

that you hate doing in your business, then

you need to deal with that. You need to stop doing it.

But the nuts and bolts zone is the stuff that needs to be done so you can express your

gifts! Frequently it may be admin, answering

emails, creating content, setting up landing

pages, organising a team, things like that. In

other words, the things that we need to get done in our business that keep the wheels of

the machine moving. Without those things,

we don't have a business; we can't show up and transform lives with our gifts. So it's good to be spending no more than 30% of your working week on these things.

When you're in your 30% in the nuts and bolts zone, you naturally vibrate at the lower end of your vibrational range. You'll still make money,

but you won't make the high end. Naturally, you'll just vibrate at a frequency that makes the lower end. That comes back to the idea of range.

And if these two zones are 'out of whack' as we

say in my part of the world (which is often what happens when a client finds me), they're usually

doing about 60% in their nuts and bolts zone, and only 40% in their gift zone.

So what's going to happen is they're going to fall out of love with their businesses. They're going to be vibrating at a frequency where their income starts to plateau and eventually drop out. They

will begin to spinning their wheels and probably

doing more, pushing and trying harder. And all of that usually tends to be in the nuts and bolts

zone. And what happens is they're not making the money they want to make, and they stay at that income range or worse, it drops to a lower level.

So here's how to re-calibrate that. Make a list of all the tasks needed to make your business run, every single one - from calls, to research, to

That is your power as a Conscious Creator. Your power is in your choices. You have a choice

about how you use that power, but keep in mind that you will create more in your world of whatever energy you spend it on.

So as you're probably taking an audit of your life and business now, take an audit of your income and expenses. Make sure that what you spend your money on, resonates with what

you want to create. You've got to make sure that it's aligned and that you are purchasing stuff you really, really value energetically, not just physically.

Take some time to consider how you could be making misaligned choices with your time and money without realising it. Now, this is the real work to do as we turn the page into the second half of 2022!

THE 7 WEALTH VIBRATIONS™ BECOMING THE FREQUENCY OF MONEY SO THAT YOU CAN CREATE IT NATURALLY!

Let's demystify manifestation.

Between everything that you desire and right now is an emotion. You have desires as signposts to joy, peace, and fulfilment. Everything you desire is to experience that emotion, a feeling of joy, peace, excitement and completion.

We often get that back to front. We think we will feel a certain emotion when we've achieved a money goal (safe, peace, free etc). But the opposite is how the universe works. We need to embody the frequency of those qualities in order for the energy of money to respond to us.

If you want to experience in real hard 3D reality, a life of greater fulfilment, success and well-being, then you must master the emotional state corresponding to that life.

The process of alignment (and manifestation) is practising in advance, a desired emotional state until it becomes effortless. This goes beyond simple visualisation and affirmation techniques which are somewhat static, and not guaranteed to raise your pharmacy of body chemicals in the same way as movement does. Simply being happy isn't enough, especially as we are really good at faking being cheerful and upbeat! High-frequency brain waves are measurable, as are hormones in our neurological system. So, by understanding how to identify the actual experiences we want, it is easier to invoke them!

Remember, when you picture something with an accompanying experience, your brain does not distinguish between what you are painting in your imagination and what you're feeling and actual 3D reality. So by creating the experience of your financial milestone through regular practice, you are establishing a new normal for yourself.

Say you want to create a 6 figure or any other income level, you will be making an inner reality that becomes so familiar that the gap or separation between that inner reality and 3d, real-world manifestation, will begin to close. 6 Figures will not be something outside of yourself, but part of yourself.

Certain hormones are known to help promote elevated emotions, including exhilaration, enthusiasm, excitement and gratitude - all powerful frequencies that enable the brain's reticular activating system to filter all the relevant information it needs to achieve your intentions.

When you look at it this way, the good old Law of Attraction is actually not that mystical.

I've made it accessible to everyone, whatever your level of financial aspirations.

So, we hear a lot about "being the frequency of money" or, "resonating with wealth".

But what does that actually mean, and how can you do that?

It is not rocket science; we need to deliberately activate happy hormones.

These "happy hormones" include: Dopamine Also known as the "feel-good" hormone, dopamine is a hormone and neurotransmitter that's an important part of your brain's reward system.

Dopamine is associated with pleasurable sensations, along with learning, memory, motor system function, and more. It's what allows you to install and maintain good habits!

Serotonin helps regulate your mood as well as your sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability, and memory. Mood has a vibrational frequency. Mood quickly becomes an attitude, which quickly becomes personality. And as Dr Joe Dispenza says, "Personality creates our reality".

Oxytocin This hormone can also help promote trust, empathy, and bonding in relationships, and oxytocin levels generally increase with physical affection like kissing, cuddling, and sex.

Endorphins are your body's natural pain reliever, which your body produces in response to stress or discomfort. Endorphin levels also tend to increase when you engage in reward-producing activities, such as eating, working out, or engaged in loving sex.

I've taken the "experience" of wealth and broken it down into seven 'states'.

These states all correspond with emotions that we feel when we experience peace and well-being with anything to do with money.

So, it follows then that if we can deliberately activate these hormones (which are all associated with the flow state), we will 'prime' our energy to provoke the release of these hormones. Those seven states are: Excitement Freedom Confidence Self-worth Security Infinite possibility Gratitude Let's take each one of them.

Excitement The exhilaration of contemplating and achieving our money goals - that sparkly rush, often accompanied by tummy flutters, quickening heartbeat, shorter breaths and giggles!

Confidence A warm, stable, calm 'high' - feeling centred, grounded and upbeat as we do when we feel masterful and trusting around money. This is the opposite of fear and contraction; no need for mental pre-occupation. Everything is in place for us, and our energy is freed up to direct to other things.

Freedom A deep sense of all-is-well-ness that comes with realising all resistance has gone, dropping out of dominant frontal cortex thinking into expansive breathing, stillness, serenity and deeper breathing. Combined with a flutter of excitement that is our natural state when resistance is gone.

Self-worth Warm feelings of love, connection, pride and compassion for ourselves arise in us when we tap into a genuine emotion of our value and worthiness. This is a tricky one to invoke if there is trauma on a deep level or subconscious programming to overcome, but regular practice will deepen our ability to self-appreciate (like money!) and is essential to access this to shift our fortunes!

Security A deeper level of confidence where all fear has left us. Adrenaline and cortisol do not figure in the cocktail of hormones. Stress is easily managed and overcome in an abiding faith in our safety and well-being. Like self-worth, this can be hard to create at a neurological level if it's not genuine and natural. But it is a by-product of ease around all matters to do with money and our future.

Infinite possibility This is the lightness of excitement (strengthened by confidence, freedom, selfworth and security) circling back on itself as our imaginations and vibration begin to expand to embrace the next level of what might be. This is a delicious sensation where we let go of rational thinking, and fully engage our powers as creative beings, dancing with our imaginations into what might be.

Gratitude The most powerful emotion and experience of all - deep calm, peace, but a heart that rejoices in exaltation of what is and might be. This is where the emotion of love floods our being, a sense of connection with all that is, along with elevated awareness, lucidity and compassion.

So how on earth do you tap into all those emotions at will?

You don't.

You cannot use willpower to create frequency, nor force to invoke the happy hormones. Meditation is a wonderful tool to do so, but it pales into a second next to the formidable power of movement.

Movement is an active way of evoking the emotions and sensations attached to your projected outcome. Movement is not just for the benefits of staying healthy and raising our vibe!

Movement combined with visualisation and affirmations multiplies the power of your mindset work through the act of grounding it into your cells.

Movement and meditation are powerful catalysts for re-wiring your neurological pathways to habituate the body to your preferred reality. I'm sure you already know the power of affirmations. Combining movement and mindset is 'affirmations on steroids'.

As students of manifestation, that famous 'vortex' of connection to source energy that we're all longing to access - we can do so through deliberately incorporating activities into our daily life that provoke this chemistry in our bodies! Just get moving!

Any vigorous movement will get us there!

What do I mean by vigorous? If it's just pushing the vacuum cleaner around, it probably won't have an effect, but dancing will instantly lift your mood, make your heart beat faster, and release endorphins. A brisk walk in nature will have the same effect, and any movement in nature will not just raise a pharmacy of happy chemicals in your body but connect you to the earth's healing frequencies.

Dance and music are bar none, the best way to get the endorphins going. It is hard to feel sad and angry after 15 minutes of bobbing around to whatever rhythm makes you shake your body and mood! Laughter, sex and chocolate are all endorphin releasers too, and laughter I recommend using and abusing as much as possible!

When you add movement to this manifestation work, you change your physiology.

You are engaging your entire nervous system with the full force of your attention, emotion, and body to induce a new state of being and instantly cultivate new beliefs.

I've seen it repeatedly, and it breaks my heart. So today, I want to share with you how to stay in the game and keep moving forward in your business to get to the finish line. And you will get to the finish line. You will build the business and life of your dream. But you must stay in the race.

Imagine you're running a marathon. It feels awkward, sometimes you're out of

breath, but you keep taking the next step. Each step takes you closer to the finish line. You know you will get there if you just keep moving forward. One step at a

time. And yet, did you know? The mile marker where most marathon runners drop out? At 21 miles. Yep. Crazy.

They have stayed in the race and put in all that hard work and energy for 21 miles.

They only have 6 more left to go. They are almost there. But they give up. Why? Because they can't see the finish line. It feels too far away, so they tap out.

If something is not working out the way you think it should, ask yourself this question. How is this

working for me? List all of the ways this is a benefit.

You can also ask, how else could this go from a

Y= YES your way to SUCCESS EXPECT success. If you don't expect success, it can't happen. Whether you believe you can or can't, you're

right. So expect success. Look for it. Eliminate the excuses on why you can't and take action anyway.

Driven by my unconscious belief of ‘not being good enough’ (I didn’t realize I had that driving me at the

Jin Shin Jyutsu Jin Shin Jyutsu, not to be confused with Jiu Jyutsu the martial art, is an ancient Japanese

philosophy and healing tool that literally translated means: The art of the Creator through compassionate and knowing man.

It is paradoxically incredibly complex to fully understand and yet stunningly simple to apply.

My favorite technique in Jin Shin Jyutsu is known as the Jin Shin Jyutsu Big Hug. Here’s how you do it: 1. Place the thumb of your right hand on the left side of your chest and rest the fingers of that hand under your left armpit.

2. Then place the thumb of your left hand on the right side of your chest and rest the fingers of your left hand under your right armpit.

3. Congratulations. You’re giving yourself a big hug!

4. Close your eyes, straighten your spine and start focusing on the breath entering and leaving your nostrils.

5. Without intentionally altering your breathing, inhale and exhale through your nose.

6. Count 36 cycles of inhalation and exhalation with your eyes closed.

What could be simpler?

This technique grounds us and integrates our scattered energy. It reconnects us to the source of life - that which is, which was and always will be - and brings us fully into the present moment.

It works on the total being: the manifested, manifesting and the unmanifested. It gives us energy and centers us.

All that from a hug and thirty six aware and conscious breaths!

So why these two techniques? Because unfelt emotions cloud

your clarity and can prevent you from taking aligned action

towards what you’d love to create. In order to create the outcome that you’d love, you need your energy to be integrated as much as possible which you can do in just thirty six breaths

while showing yourself some love with the Jin Shin Jyutsu big hug.

They’re quick, they’re easy, they’re nourishing, you can do them anywhere and anytime and they work!

SIDE EFFECTS OF COMMON MEDICATIONS Margo was in her late forties when her doctor suggested she try a sedative to help her get a better night’s sleep and ease perimenopause fatigue. She immediately began gaining weight and feeling anxious. The doctor hadn’t warned her about these side effects but he told her not to worry as long as the weight plateaued and he recommended an appetite suppressant. When the appetite suppressant caused digestive distress, he recommended an anti-spasmodic. 8 Ways To Deepen Your Connection With Your Voice

Start with your breath: Before using your voice take time to connect with your breath. Breathe as deeply as possible into your belly, becoming aware of the airflow as it moves up through your centre and up to your throat and past your vocal cords.

Make friends with her: Let your voice know that you’re here to listen to her from a space of compassion and non-judgement.

Simply be present with her, freeing her from all expectations.

Create a voice affirmation: Any time you catch yourself saying something negative about your voice, use a loving affirmation such as ‘I love exploring and feeling the vibrations of my voice’ or 'I inspire love through my communication'.

Notice where she's coming from: When you speak or sing, pay attention to where you feel your voice originating in your body. If you notice her high up in your chest or throat, see what happens when you try breathing into your belly and connecting with the intent of your voice coming from deep in your core.

Play with her: Give yourself permission to explore and rediscover your voice with the same joyful wonder as that of your child-self, playing with whichever sounds spontaneously want to come through.

Change your intent: Next time you interact with others with your voice, connect with the intent of keeping your energy within your own energy field and drawing people to you through your voice, rather than pushing her outwards to where they are. Notice how you feel when you do this and observe how others respond to you.

Give her some TLC: Make a point of giving yourself breaks from talking and be sure to nourish your voice with plenty of hydration in the form of water (but not too cold!), herbal teas such as rosemary or camomile, or warm water with honey, and nutrientrich fruits and veggies with a high water content (although take care to minimise fruits with high acidity).

Celebrate her many different tones and colours: Your voice is one of the most expressive parts of you and she communicates so much about how you’re feeling regardless of the words you use.

Instead of getting frustrated when she's not ‘performing’ as you want her to, cut her some slack and honour and celebrate her for the magnificent expression of your Inner Being that she is!

Since time began, we complex humans have understood the need to withdraw regularly from our usual routines and habits, or the company of others.

Communities of spiritual devotees from numerous religious doctrines, prioritize this separation from society, as the only possible living condition on a path to enlightenment. In all cultures, convents, monasteries, temples, sweat lodges, prayer circles, camps, sleepovers, male hunting groups, wise women circles, vision quests, masterminds, clubs and families, our natural rhythm is to flow in and out of a community, while respecting our instinct to get the heck away!

Periodic withdrawal from society or community is vital to keep our psychological and emotional balance. I can hear you saying a "hell-yeah!" to that!

Equipped with a brain that functions at an average rate of 48 thoughts a minute (70,000 a day!) taking a deliberate break from the usual busy-ness of life is as important as sleeping. Never more so than now!

In this age of consant techie multi­-stimulation, where we are bombarded from every angle and in every minute with stuff vying for our attention, so many fascinating media rabbit holes to go down, it is even more challenging to discipline ourselves to simply stop doing and find a way of just being.

Holidays are our usual way of retreating. “A change is as good as a rest” the expression goes,; putting oneself into a different landscape and context gives blessed relief from the potential monotony of routine, even if we love our preeminent change-maker lives! But right now , good luck with that, girls!

I invite you to discover a lovely latin-origin word - 'vacare' (meaning emptiness) the origin of the word vacation; it means shutting down and simply ceasing constant movement and thought (Oh yes please Jenni P!) Vacare is the fastest way to rejuvenate our energy levels. For those who are able, taking the time out to go on an organized retreat is a loving practice in self­-care, because it allows for severing from everyday stress, logistics, and obligations. And what's not to give massive emojis to that?!

A retreat can catalyze change and renew inspiration in our lives. It lends time to clear out the habits we wish to break; it allows us to reassess our values, to discover new truths, and it inspires our path forward.

A retreat also helps us to reconnect with our inner highest selves, and check in with our aspirations and dreams. Regular withdrawal can enhance our vitality, remind us of out connection to our life’s purpose, and is often a transformational experience, like a sacred space to restore, strengthen, and heal. In temporarily departing from our loved ones for a while, we're always happier to see them again!

Despite knowing all of this, most of us don't prioritize regular pattern of withdrawal until a health, relationship issue, or other crisis prompts us to take radical measures. And get the hell out.

So soldered are we into the daily processes of material achievement, we'll give ourselves a hundred excuses why we must just keep hammering away with perpetual doing and constant thinking.

In doing so, we shrink the precious space given to rest, recuperation, and reflection. Time, money, and obligations to others, are the top excuses (I've been there often!)

But what if you tried a few new ways of taking a retreat, without ever leaving home? And just suppose you committed to taking time out; that it became the most important ritual you care about. With regular space just for you, how near your dreams would seem once more!

The good news is, it doesn't have to be complicated, and it doesn't have to cost a dime. With a business or career to run, relationships to maintain, homes and cars to service and our dreams to give attention to, finding ways to have minibreaks are the ideal way to stay relaxed, focused, energized, and inspired.

Here are some of my favorite ways:

1. First Things First Awakening from sleep is the most important time of the day. It allows us to set intentions, perform rituals, prepare mentally, and physically for the day.

It may sound odd, taking a retreat at the beginning of the day, but many women have only that space to juggle with, in their agenda!

Over the years, I've learned to value the awaking zone as the most valuable time of the day to retreat. In silence and after deep rest, when others are sleeping and before all the day's demands begin, this is a privileged time to just be empty, or reassess, or centre, and for me, is the most creative and effective time of all. My brain works on light speed in the morning quiet.

Meditation, self­ care, exercise alone, journaling, these are precious moments to set yourself up to be your most amazing self. But you need to claim that space and make sure that others around you respect your need for a temporary separation. Phones, PCs, TV, media – all buttons should be OFF. Silence – is golden. Not speaking for a while is the fastest way to connect with your soul.

Meditative music will enhance the atmosphere of sacredness. It is important to feel supremely comfortable. You are ‘Not Available’ until you're ready. In a shared house, it may take others a bit of time to accept your need to not be disturbed for a while, but they'll get over it. A retreat like this in the morning can take 5 minutes or 50. You can allow as much or as little time as you have. It is in the act of taking this time out that you declare self -love before you even begin the day.

2. Right Here, Right Now During the bustle of the day, once our brains are on auto‐­ pilot with stuff to get done, there are opportunities to take mini-­retreats from right where we stand or sit.

With mindful attention to our breath, or even a murmured mantra of reminding, it is even possible to disconnect from your surroundings in a room or bus full of people. The key here is to deliberately step outside of our thought patterns and become the watcher of those, with detachment.

All day long we're making judgments about people, ourselves, and events. The art of mindfulness is the art of slowing down the maelstrom of monkey-mind analysis we humans do ceaselessly.

Even for those of us who understand the interconnectedness of the universe and function with great empathy to our world, it is refreshing to clear our perceptions by endeavouring to see the world around us without constantly giving it labels.

Practice taking judging words out of your vocabulary – for yourself and others. Try to see the humanity in everything.

If you feel safe, simply close your eyes and be GONE for awhile.

Put on dark sunglasses and a hat and go for a walk incognito.

Pass amongst the busy-ness as if you were doing so for the first time. "Be in this world but not of it" as a wise man said.

3. The Kingdom of You or Thy Kingdom Come Remember how to, and allow yourself to, daydream. At every opportunity.

Day­dreaming is the most powerful way of taking time out. In your imagination, you fully inhabit your inner world.

Learn to visualize powerfully and creatively.

As children, we day­dreamed naturally and regularly. It was a vital part of growing into who we are. Fantasy, if it is in benevolence to all things is a wonderful place to visit. Nobody else is there! No one can hear you. No one can see what you do. Visualization is meditation on steroids. Fantasy gives them rose-tinted glasses.

If you can't conjure up pictures, there are plenty of superb guided visualizations online to help you! You can also doodle, write in a journal, sketch, play music, sing and dance!

Carry around or wear some kind of symbolic object that represents your goals. Play with it in your hand during the day as a trigger to re­-visit the imaginary kingdom where everything you desire plays out as you wish.

In doing so, you are deliberately activating the good old laws of the universe to come to your aid.

It sounds so simple but day­dreaming is one of the most powerful ways to transform your life! If you can, take a special time out for this. Go and hide in nature or in a special building that feels sacred to you.

Tell no­-one about your daydreams, except maybe the ones who truly love you for your truth, and want your happiness as much as you do.

Retreating is less about logistics and more about sacred ritual. None of these mini-retreats need take very long, but the daily integration of these little sanctuaries of time is an affirmation of your deep commitment to your destiny. Just hide, breathe, and imagine...

And so it IS.

Introduction and how to get the most out of this Alignment Makeover

On a dominant universal principle, scientists, leading-edge thought leaders and great spiritual teachers are unanimous: 'That which is like unto itself is drawn.

Mind, Body and Soul The three gateways to energy, alignment and flow

We are all called to and coded for excellence.

That is, excellence in our human uniqueness.

Most people aren't aware of that and don't realise how strongly their soul is calling to fulfil their human purpose. Until things

get

out

of

balance,

emotions,

thoughts,

body,

relationships, money.

Thank goodness we are entering a new paradigm when that yearning for fulfilment can be so beautifully channelled into creating authentic, abundant, iconic lives.

Consciously or unconsciously, we are always endeavouring to balance and optimise these three human facets, mind, body and soul, because it is natural! Harmony and balance is our great nature. And when we're out of synch in any of those three, it will cause resistance and maybe even dis-ease.

That natural balance is what we are tuning into, with this worksheet. because each of those three elements has a knockon effect, on all the other parts of our life!

Gift Yourself Harmony

Daily habits, created by the interplay of those three elements, determine our energetic frequency. That frequency is the dynamic that interacts with the unified forces of natural universal laws, the ones that are organising our daily experience! I invite you to use this worksheet as a meditation, a mini-retreat, a mirror, and use the reflection to dialogue with your own potential!

Let it, above all, open your awareness without judgement, to where you are right now in your life, with your mind, your well-being, your heart and your passionate soul.

So I invite you to use this worksheet as a meditation, a mini-retreat, a mirror, and use the reflection to dialogue with your potential!

Self-interrogation is a powerful way to grow. So in this first of three exercises, you are going to score yourself on a range of physical conditions. By doing so you will quickly see which ones need to be improved.

All of these conditions have a knock-on effect on your thoughts, emotions, energy, actions and results! You will quickly see the areas you need to improve and optimise.

Give yourself a thorough inventory with the self-evaluation questions on the following page, and use the final page or your journal to record your insights.

Well-being and physical balance assessment Answer the following questions and score them on a scale from 1 – 10. The score is a reflection of the attention and focus you give each aspect of your physical care (and therefore the potential for wellness and re-enforced manifestation powers) 0 = In dire need of my focused attention!

10 = I've really got this sussed!

It's up to you to attribute the scores between 1 to 10 that correspond with your honest appraisal of your condition.

Be objective about which are the areas you need to improve on or are urgent!

Important! The object of the exercise is not to model or compare yourself to any external model of physical prowess.

On the contrary, the Iconic Life model is based on your truth and potential! Your ideal shape, fitness level, self-image.

We are not looking for perfection but for awareness and potentiality. We each have our own physical capacities, potential and tendencies.

However well-being is intrinsically linked with optimising our lifestyle and abundance, so it Is really vital to take stock of where we are.

So look at each question, and score as you feel right now and then next to it, the score you would love to give yourself when you are living your most Preeminent life.

For example, you might give a score of 5 for where you are right now and a score of 9 or 10 according to your well-being ideals.

That's what you'll commit to in this makeover!

9. Beauty and allure. Do you adore whom you see in the mirror? Do you take care to enhance your natural charms every day?

10. Appearance. How much do you dress to suit your personality? Do you honour yourself and others in your dress?

Do you indulge and celebrate all of your senses

regularly? Sexuality. How is your vital life force libido?

How much a part does pleasure play in your life and well-being?

Where AM I? Who Am I? What AM I? Part 2 Mindset and Mindfulness

So now that you've completed your Body and Wellbeing assessment. Let's move to Mind and Mindset.

It is easier to be objective about our physical condition than it is about our emotions and mind – our emotional universe. That which we can see in the mirror, feed, dress and weigh, gets a lot of our attention.

We tend to evaluate (and judge!) ourselves easily on the physical scale but naturally, it is harder to be objective about how our emotional agility and the optimal state of mind that serves our aspirations and highest purpose.

The state of our minds is as vital to our energetic balance as our physical vitality or life force. But since our brains and minds are super complex, it's much harder to 'measure' how our thoughts and default mental functioning, is working for us.

The following exercise is to help you objectively analyse how your emotional universe is turning for you.

Used as a mini-retreat or meditation, this will enable you to evaluate the areas of your emotional world that need attention to bring you to your flow and iconic life alignment.

The following list of questions are designed to prompt you to insights about your current mindset and emotional well-being, with a scoring system which is as follows:

On the subject of each question, assign yourself a score, as follows:

1. I understand this and it works wonders for me = 4 Points 2. I am learning how to do this and regularly improve = 3 Points 3. I'm sometimes challenged on this = 2 Points 4. I struggle with this often = 1 Point

Attribute a score to each question and then, add them up.

Remember, the point of the exercise is to gain insight and not to pass judgement. Questions are the most powerful catalysts of answers and insights!

3. Do you believe your thoughts are conducive to fulfilling your dreams? Are you aware of your mental power over your circumstances? Do you consider yourself empowered?

4. Sensitivity to circumstances – are you a natural 'worrier'?

5. Moods – Is your

'default' mood one of victory and

celebration? Or do you struggle to stay daily to stay in a high vibe focus?

6. Reactions – are you reactive to outside circumstances (events and circumstances) or do you take everything in your stride?

7. Can you analyse situations neutrally, and be able to put them into perspective and respond calmly?

8. Perceptions - how much or little do you whinge or complain about your life or the world? Do you feel as the world is against you sometimes?

9. How often do you negatively judge others?

10. Do you talk about the past regretfully?

11. Are you authentic in everything you say, think, and do?

12. Do you cry often, lamenting your situation?

13. How well do you manage stress?

14. Do you stew in anger or resentment when things don't go to plan?

15. Do you feel in total control of your life?

16. Are you shy or intimidated in some types of company?

17. Are you capable of tearing up in the presence of bolshy or authoritative People? Have you ever felt as though you were emotionally abused?

18. Are you capable of walking away from contention?

19. How much of your day is spent in real peace?

20. How much time do you spend actively daydreaming and deliberately visualising your dreams?

Now add up the scores.

With possible scores between 21 and 84 A score of around 30

would indicate that some deep healing, forgiveness,

some therapy and/or a kick up the butt are much needed.

Any mental and emotional misalignment slows down our ability to attract the things we most desire.

35 to around 50 Willingness to grow means you live in infinite possibilities.

That means there is every possible way that you can transform, become a high achiever and accomplish whatever you set your heart on.

55 - 70 Shows that you are a fine example of someone who is in the process of becoming as empowered and independent as you choose, with much-needed attention to the areas that hold you back from attaining your potential and your desires. You have a healthy grasp on your inner world but remain tuned to your bliss and values.

70 – 92 means that you've probably accomplished the shift that allows you to be truly aligning your inner and outer worlds with grace and ease and are free of 'default ' living most of the time. You have the power to know the difference between your intuition and your ego, your survival mechanisms and your most inspired and authentic bliss. You know how to ramp up your emotions as a game of life!

“Physician, know thyself” Remember, this IS a dance of transformation! Life is a ballet with you as a starlet. No one is judging, no one is really taking stock except you.

That's the whole point – shifting your focus from the outside inwards, seeing the areas you can improve. Gaining clarity on where you are and where you want to be. Take time to journal. And set your new north star. Your body and dreams are waiting.

Likewise, disease, fatigue, and anything else that influences your physical body, manifests also within your soul. You know when you feel tired 'to your soul'? Well, that is when your soul is tired!!! Nothing woo about that!

This is how spiritual healers work with disease. Seeing the soul in colour and waves of energy fluctuations, they can 'read' the state of a soul. These colours provide insight into the health of the physical body.

Healers then work with these energies to heal the soul. And when the soul is healed or finds perfect expression, the physical body moves through the healing process too.

Your soul is essentially the part of you that re-creates the physical “you” every single day. Everything first goes through the soul, and then manifests within the physical body. In other words, you will experience an impulse as a thought, an idea or a desire.

This thought has a vibrational frequency (electromagnetic energy) that directly influences the soul; which is made up of pure energy. This thought then manifests in some way within the physical world.

Therefore, things first occur at a molecular and metaphysical level before manifesting in physical form.

Our greatest power and potential lie in using our thoughts and desires deliberately. And so we must ensure a clear line of dialogue between our souls and our conscious selves.

The following reflection is designed to set up a lovely conversation.

When you can be truly well (that is joyfully fit, exhilarated and passionate) in all of your being, at a cellular level caused by bringing into harmony every part of your body/mind/soul make-up, and you deliberately apply that state to your goals intentions and dreams, you

To gain clarity on where you are and where you want to be, it's time to check in with your beautiful soul.

Our beliefs and values about our connection with the universe and our part in the great scheme of things, play a vital part in our ability to be well and attract abundance and joy.

This analysis is about your commitment (habits and practise) to your energetic make-up.

The time and presence you give to connect with

your soul.

For this questionnaire, the 'scoring' is done by prioritising. By placing the ideas in order of how much time you give them, you will easily be able to have an overview of how connected you are to your soul's guidance.

So using a pencil, read all the questions and give them an order from 1 – 25 .

At the top is the thing you really prioritise every day such as, for example having a sense of who you truly are and of your life purpose. And the lowest, maybe practising tolerance!

That's just an example. It'll be interesting to see which ones you give priority to!

Soul Connection Assessment Put the following list of values in the order that you actually prioritise them.

You spend some time every day in meditation.

You spend a portion of every day imagining your dreams and desires from a feeling of already having them.

You spend time daily connecting with nature.

You regularly spend time learning about how to raise your 'energetic frequency' levels – your vibes.

You give yourself frequent periods for being freely creative.

You regularly listen to music or contemplate art and beauty.

You often spend time doing yoga, Tai-chi, dance, Reiki or another energetic form of self-care or healing.

You remember daily and feel that the nature of mankind is love.

You are easily mindful about being present and living in the now.

You have a strong sense of who you truly are and are clear on your life purpose.

You surround yourself with other people who explore spiritual or selfgrowth paths and privilege these sorts of relationships.

The goal of fulfilling your potential is a constant motivation.

You feel filled with a sensation of love every day, at least for a large part of it.

You understand and feel the inter-connectedness of people and the planet and that is a value you live by.

You find it easy to manifest opportunities and abundance.

You find it easy to attract positive, uplifting people.

You are confident most of the time that you are moving towards your dreams.

You know and live by your own unique core values.

You easily and regularly practise ...

Self-love and self-commitment Forgiveness Tolerance Patience Understanding Compassion You are often moved by humanity's most noble aspects - such as survival, redemption, victory over struggle, our affinity with animals, incredible conquests, evolutionary progress.

You feel and rejoice in your role in that process.

Soul Connection Assessment All of these above situations are indications of moments in our lives when we are connected with the deepest, most powerful part of our own humanity, our heart and soul.

These occasions are not the only ones of course.

Many a unique individual will find soul connection in extreme times of danger, sacrifice or worship. Or in caring for others, or canoeing down the Amazon, or in getting rich!

Charting our life's journey guided by the soul is to live a life of adventure and deep meaning.

For sure, your soul is the source of your creativity, your greatest inspiration, your legend, your personal magnetism, in short, your soul is your sweet 'Alignment Factor' secret weapon! Connection to the soul affects your hormones and biology, your neurons, your vibe.

And to get into the vibe of the things we desire most, we just need to get our minds and bodies to agree with soul!

So, just enjoy this. After taking a few deep breaths, close your eyes for a moment and imagine what your life would look like if you'd scored high scores on the Body and Mind playsheets, and your soulful life priorities were all in the perfect order for you!

Connect with your soul and take a moment to visualise what your beautiful Iconic Life would look like, with you living in your flow and genius, and thriving by your passions.

That, my friend, is your greatest personal life quest. Your Big 'Why'!
