What projects will the bond cover?
AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS
Bond revenue will also go toward HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) enhancements and DOAS (Direct Outside Air System) installations in all elementary schools
These improvements will:
Provide cleaner air and consistent temperatures
Allow for better management of heating and cooling functions
Improve maintenance and cleaning for the lifetime of the systems

DEFERRED MAINTENANCE
Any remaining bond revenue will go toward deferred maintenance, which is outstanding work exceeding the annual Capital Outlay budget
Allocating funds to deferred maintenance will:
Prioritize backlogged projects in critical areas such as roofing, paving, plumbing, and electric
Help prevent additional wear and tear to existing overworked systems
Support a safer, more robust infrastructure for students and staff
Sustain the District's buildings
