Get Creative

The ever-popular Hobby-X expo is taking place from 4-7 May at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit and International Convention Centre in Midrand. This is a wonderful day of fun for the whole family and an excellent opportunity to encourage creativity. The creatives in the family can attend workshops while the others explore and play in the kids’ play area. There will also be a DIY section where anyone who likes to get their hands dirty and to DIY will have an absolute blast! Browse and shop the latest and greatest tools, and then head on over to the food court, where the whole family can enjoy something delicious. Meandering The Market

If you love meandering through stalls and discovering beautiful crafts and delicious handmade goodies, mark the first and last Saturday of every month in your calendar, which is when the Cedar Market takes place at Cedar Square Shopping Centre in Fourways. From 10:00 to 15:00, you can browse the stalls and spoil yourself (or your mom) with something unique. Entry to the market is free.
