Well, our next dream project is definitely the one with [former *NSYNC member] Lance [Bass]: the prom movie we're working on with Lauren Lapkus and Mary Holland as actors. pellets. our great screenwriter. Jensen is the one who came up with the idea for it. It's one of those projects that has stood the test of time and I think it's possible to learn from and benefit from it, but it's also just a fun, entertaining story. Our relationship and our actual prom experience. Yes, I took Lance Bass to my high school prom, and when he broke up with me, I immediately absorbed that and thought, “What did I do wrong? What happened to me? Why am I not good enough for him?" And Lance had the same conversation with himself: "Why can't I make this relationship with Danielle work? What's wrong with me? Why am I not attracted to her or women in general?” In the end, neither of us had a problem [Editor's note: Lance Bass came out as gay in 2006.] We're still friends to this day and we're both married , happy, have children and family of their own. And what we love about it is that it's a love story. It is not romantic love. So I like the idea of original comedy.

Over the years, you and Lance have been quite open about their relationship and friendship. But what do you think is new, we need to put this in the movie. Don't know this about us? I wonder how [former *NSYNC member] Justin Timberlake did to bring me and Lance together. Justin was actually the one who asked me for my phone number for Lance, and then Justin was the scriptwriter for Lance, who left a message on my phone, and Justin was there in the first conversation. first. our first and shouted into the phone for Lance. Sometimes he says to me, "You sold it too much." Like in our conversations, I'd bring up something and say, "Well, this is what happened and blah, blah, blah," and he'd think, oh, that's real is not a big deal. Then when we talked about it on the podcast, and we had a real dialogue, and we heard about it from other angles, he would say, “Oh my God, you really are. goods have been sold . cheap. It's a much bigger thing.” Sometimes things happen to you and you don't realize their impact until it shows up years later. One of my favorite aspects of podcasting is that in the story, I only know my part, and now when I listen to your part and your part, I can watch the whole thing. and see how messy or messy it is chaotic or interesting or whatever. I understand it more by knowing all the parts.

One of the biggest lessons from podcasts is the importance of talking to each other and making sure that there is an open dialogue with the people you work with, live with, or are friends with.

The amount of miscommunication or misunderstanding that goes on every day, because we were new, I didn't realize it, but I assumed and I acted as if it were true. While I'm just talking to that person, I'm going to be like, oh my gosh, you didn't mean it. Exactly. The story I tell myself is about things versus the reality of the situation. I think it's really powerful, the stories we tell ourselves about our lives and even a simple change in that story can change the trajectory of your life and your relationships. you like that. any.
