DISCOVER THE GLACIER This program is dedicated to all mountain lovers they want to learn basics technique of mountaineering. During your stage you will learn to move correctly in high altitude (glacier, mixed and rock), safety exercise and rescue operations. Over all you can climb some of the major peak in the Monte Rosa area.

GRAN COMBIN 4314m (arete de Meitin) This mountain is out of the Italian boundary for few hundreds meters, but it’s an important part of our landscapes, specially if seen from Aosta City. The Meitin ridge is a very interesting rock climb.

The Lys valley with its steep banks offers different walls where climbing.

There is a whole range of difficulty and our programs can be organized to give you the most of the satisfaction: more based on the didactic and the improvement of the skill for the beginners and with the already experienced climbers we can look for the most prestigious routes.

We offer here some of the most important.

The stage take place in some of the Lys Valley climbing areas. It’s undeniable that rock climbing is a sport with many educational, psychological and motoric value; it involves all body, it needs coordination and balance. We teach the basic climbing techniques using games and different exercises depending on the age of the participants; our goal is to transfer climbing skills and passion for this exciting activity.

E’ indubbio che l’arrampicata sia una attività sportiva ricca di valenze educative, psicologiche e motorie; coinvolge tutte le parti del corpo, necessità coordinazione ed equilibrio. Insegneremo le tecniche di arrampicata di base utilizzando giochi ed esercizi a seconda dell’età dei partecipanti, con l’obbiettivo di trasmettere capacità tecniche e passione per questa affascinante attività.

VIA FERRATA

MOUNTAIN BIKE MTB GRESSONEY ENDURO CLASSIC AND ALL MOUNTAIN 3000

The thrill of the air without being a climber or mountaineer. Gressoney valley can offer 2 via ferrata equipped with wires, iron steps and tibetan bridges. Both of them offer different possibilities to adapt depending on your ability; also for the children. Another nice itinerary is in the nearby Valsesia, where a nice ridge has been equipped to offer a funny and thrilling itinerary with a superb view on the Monte Rosa massif.

Mountain bike rides to discover the Gressoney and Champoluc valleys.

Thanks to the Monterosaski lifts we can reach many nice and spectacular trails through pastures and forests. Others itineraries give us the chance to cross from one valley to the other one discovering fascinating corners of the surrounding mountains. We have proposal for everybody, from beginners to expert, half day or one day long.

L’emozione del vuoto senza essere alpinisti o arrampicatori. Nella valle di Gressoney sono due gli itinerari attrezzati; entrambi offrono alcune varianti per rendere il percorso adatto alle singole esigenze. Ce n’è uno anche per i più piccoli. Un’altra piacevole possibilità si trova nella vicina Valsesia dove una bella cresta oltre ad offrire un divertente percorso, è anche un ottimo balcone sul Monte Rosa.

Escursioni in MTB alla scoperta della Valli di Gressoney e Champoluc. Grazie alla presenza degli impianti di risalita sono facilmente accessibili spettacolari discese tra praterie e boschi. Altri itinerari permettono di traversare da una valle all’altra scoprendo angoli incantevoli delle nostre montagne. Proposte adatte a tutti, dai principianti ai più esperti sia per mezza giornata che per giornate intere.
