After several years of usage, the system backend has gradually become somewhat outdated compared to most current platforms. Following discussions within the team, we decided to embark on a comprehensive optimization effort.

After almost six months of development, the team made substantial revisions to improve the user experience. I engaged in multiple discussions and design sessions with relevant personnel. Throughout the process, the team received feedback and criticism from different users, which we incorporated to make further improvements.

The optimization initiative focused on refining developer workflows related to file operations. Strategic improvements in text formatting and user experience were implemented, resulting in increased operational efficiency and reduced user learning curve. We successfully aligned the platform with contemporary UI design standards to enhance the overall user experience.

Historically, Cartoon Animator has exclusively featured a light-colored theme for many years. However, we consistently received user feedback and suggestions requesting the addition of a dark theme for the software. In response, our team convened to address this demand and concluded that Cartoon Animator should offer both light and dark modes, catering to the preferences of our diverse user base.
