The vision for this site is to build an off-season, luxury, family-oriented resort with beautiful ocean views. The Atlantic Hotel Resort and Spa, composed of chalets, and a high-end boutique hotel, provides a mix of luxury, refinement, culture and state-of-the-art technology.

Surrounding the resort and spa are a set of lush tropical gardens extending down to the sandy beach designed by award-winning landscape architects.

大理王宫别院 1 项目是新外建 tpod 工作室的设计作品。项目位于大理 市西边大理古城片区，总建筑面积 10,422 平米，总用地面积 179,473 平米。 项目围绕“以人为本、生态和谐、高品质居住商业环境”的设计宗旨，从 环境入手，通过综合分析周边环境来划分商业地块和住宅地块。 基地内的苍山规划大道将项目的总体布局分为东西两大块。其中，西 面地块由于紧邻大理学院住宅小区，相对比较安静，因此将其设定为居住 用地，并在最西面靠近大理学院布置别墅和组合院落。商业用地围绕基地 内原生态绿地布置，由 7 种不同户型组成。由于地块的商业规模较大，客 房数量较多，设计在中心位置设置会所，作为整个商业地块的服务中心。

建筑设计以新中式白族风格为基调，融入白族建筑特色，同时结合现 代功能及立面手法，把传统的中式院落空间融入建筑内部。建筑以远高近 低的层级方式排布，高低错落的布局打造空间尺度感。外立面设计着重突 出整体层次感和空间表情，打破了传统立面的单一呆板，使比例和尺度符 合美学概念。 项目的景观设计充分利用地形高差，弱化了建筑的形式感，营造出一 种宛若天成的自然之感。青瓦白墙的白族村寨如珍珠散落在苍山洱海之间， 犹如身处世外桃源。

从沙滩上的贝壳及波纹中得到灵感，建筑的整体布局以贝壳的形状 为基本线条进行整合转化，曲线的造型在将景观面最大化的同时营造出 一种浪漫的气氛。建筑用白色作为主体色调，与天空海面一起构成相似 于爱琴海的蓝白画面，画面中，人是空间的主角，建筑只作为自然背景 的一部分存在，在惬意休闲的氛围中彰显出一种低调的奢华。

基地位于土福湾景区，海南岛东南端、陵水县西部与三亚市交界处， 距陵水县椰林镇 28km，距离英州镇约 4km，与清水湾、香水湾并称陵水 县三大海湾，具有较好的旅游区位条件。规划范围南起南海海滨，北至 海南岛东线高速公路，西至三亚市界，东至英州河口。总用地面积约为 5.19 平方公里，南北进深约为 0.7-1.5km，东西宽约 4.3km，沙滩长度 约为 4.22km。

龙城度假区项目位于南阳市北部卧龙区，龙王沟风景名胜区的东北部，处于龙王沟水库、寺沟水库和冢岗庙水库三大水库之间的犄角位置， 距市中心约 14 公里。度假区南北长约 4.2 公里，东西宽约 1.8 公里，总面积 824.7 公顷。其功能定位是打造面向南阳市，辐射河南及周边省市的， 以人居、疗养、康体、旅游观光、休闲购物为主要功能的，具有优美田园风光的生态休闲新城。 本次规划为龙城度假区一期，位于整个龙城度假区的东北侧。距离南阳市中心 14 公里；市区通过龙翔路直达基地。规划范围北至冢岗庙水库， 西接龙王沟水库，南临过境乡级道路，南北长约 2600 米，东西宽约 2200 米，总用地面积 150.46 公顷。 “只要基地的自然条件有特征，建筑就应象从基地自然生长出来那样与周围环境相协调。”山地建筑欲营造出良好的人居环境，一个重要的 前提就是需要强调对于原有环境的融合及地方历史文脉的继承，因此在规划设计一开始就要求尽可能多的保留原有自然山体，少做开挖，少做台 地，有效减少对于山体的破坏。原有环境之中起伏跃宕、蜿延曲折的地貌特征得以保留，为下一阶段基地内部环境的营造提供了无可比拟的巨大 优势。强调对原有山体的保留可以有意识建立起建筑与环境在肌理质地上的联系，通过对建筑表面的处理来保持与周边环境的一致，这也是古人 们常用的手法之一。 规划挖掘基地景观环境价值，充分利用良好的自然山水条件，希望营造一个“山、水、风、光”和谐共生的生态田园新区。同时规划设计围 绕“健康时尚、乐活一生”主题展开，力图打造以人居、休闲、养生、度假、健身、旅游等功能于一体的多元复合街区；采用“瑞士风情小镇” 的简欧风格进行空间组织与建筑设计，并结合用地内良好的自然生态环境，满足人们喜欢依山临水而居的居住嗜好。 274

水上娱乐广场水上娱乐广场位于项目的最北端，结合了现有的蚝情 广场，打造成水上娱乐中心。具体手法是在现有的蚝情广场的前面的追 加了四块游泳池，有浅水池、深水池和戏水水池，以及温泉泡池，在蚝 情广场与四个泳池之间，有旱喷泉嬉戏广场。蚝情广场的中间的主席台， 依然可以作为主要赛事的颁奖台，并利用蚝情广场本身的表演看台用于 赛时的看台。蚝情广场两侧的两座小型山丘在设计中被保留为山体自然 公园，稍加整顿人工化处理。靠近广场北侧现有停车场和公共厕所被保 留做未来的水上娱乐广场的公共设施使用。 水上娱乐中心南侧高端休闲健身设施用地和大量的绿化景观，内容 有网球场、沙滩排球、氧吧带，以及高尔夫球场，主要为高端人士使用。 在小山丘的南侧是游艇展馆，以及游艇展示广场。游艇展馆建筑面积 5000 平米，室外展场占地 5000 平米，平时拥有停车场 72 个，赛时拥有 停车位 200 个。 在整个规划中间的是水上俱乐部会所主要入口轴线，在游艇展场以

及展馆门前穿过一直延伸到海边，会所拥有自己的 56 辆地面停车， 会 所入口广场呈弧线形，延伸至水面可到达水面船只泊位；会所建筑两层高， 局部三层，总建筑面积 5900 平方米。为了凸显钦州市的文化元素，会所 使用了海豚的曲线元素作为主体。建筑长度 144 米，整个建筑体态轻盈 优雅与海水的运动相辅相成。主要功能有平时的俱乐部办公，高级会员 休息、淋浴、中西餐厅，游艇展示，以及水上游乐场的公共淋浴与卫生间； 赛时作为主要的工作场所，内容包括裁判员、媒体、VIP 休息与观看场所等。 这里将成为比赛时的主要使用建筑，并且辅助以临时卫生间、油料库等， 游艇展场也将开辟为停车场供大量人流使用。 分时度假酒店位于地段的最南端，占地 61.8 亩，41186 平米，建筑 面积约 60181 平米，拥有客房 550 间，地上停车 128 个，地下停车 400 个。 客房以单廊的形式面对海岸线。每间客房都用海景，W 形的平面布局为 空间的丰富性提供了很多可能。酒店前拥有两个绿化广场，一个泳池加 温泉泡池。以及海滩上的沙滩景观带。
