About Helen Lee Photography

Since 2007, Helen has been passionated about photography.

Her photography works are inspired by being - Nature, Animal, Art, Philosophy, Soul, Spirit.

She loves to discover the power of nature and different cultures and then captures the powerful moments. Light and shadow, are crucially important for her.

Helen believes the west is presented as if it is continuously searching for light and clarity; while the subtle and subdued forms of oriental art, as seen by her, are representing an appreciation of shadow and subtlety, and closely relating to the concept of Wabi-sabi.

Light turns out to be her favorite element in catching a moment in a remarkable way. Shadow follows the light. As much as this saying applies to optics, it applies in terms of living together.

Helen Lee was born in Shenzhen, China, previously an editor of Hi-Design International Publishing (HK) who planned 27 hardcover books featuring ground-breaking projects by global leading architects and designers involved in architecture, interior design, landscape, graphic design and art in 20142016. She is also a professional English-Chinese translator.

Her published works: European Classical Staircase Vol. I & Vol. II, Art Deco Interior Design, Signage Design, LOFT Office Restaurant Commercial Space, Space Color Art - Modern Office Color Schemes, Aesthetics of Life - Soft Furnishing & Decor Art. In 2016-2018, with her love and passion for design and art, Helen broke into design industry by working as a Marketing Communications PR Manager.

In this role, Helen assisted the founder & design director with exploring and maintaining company brand - marketing communications, helping businesses grow with media and public relations efforts, also worked on multiple positions at the meantime, such as Graphic Design, Human Resources Mangement, Director Assistant, Clubhouse Mangement, Events Curation.

Since 2016, Helen has been a freelancer working on her own business. She creates Helen Lee Studio, which provides comprehensive professional marketing & public relation services for architecture, interior design, landscape design, art industry and product suppliers.

Services include Marketing Branding Strategy, Marketing PR, Photography Shooting, Activities & Events Curation, Graphic Design, English Translation & Interpretation, Copywriting & Editing, Video Production, Book Publishing, International Luxury Furniture Import & Export, Chinese Product Purchasing, Custom-made Furniture, 3D Renderings, and Global Architectural Design Tour Plan Consultancy. Helen Lee Studio has been serving many companies in design and art industry with unqiue, efficient and professional marketing strategies in the long term.

李嘉欣 H e l en Lee 在深圳长 大 ， 她 曾 是 资 深 的 出 版 社 编 辑 ， 策划过 27 本设计类精装书 ， 与 全 球 顶 尖 建 筑 师 和 室 内 设 计 师 合作完成出版，其中包括建 筑 ， 室 内 设 计 ， 景 观 ， 平 面 设 计 和 艺术等；她也是一名英语翻 译 师 。 曾 出 版 代 表 作 ： 《 欧 洲 古 典 楼梯 Vol. I &Vo l . 个人经历及成就： 2017 年 9 月 23 日，Hel e n 曾 为 李 益 中 空 间 设 计 旗 下 的 会 所羿夆沙龙空间策划摄影艺 术 沙 龙 ， 与 北 京 知 名 画 廊 se e + Ga llery 协办，共展出 28 幅 作 品 ， 来 自 国 际 摄 影 师 的 原 作，例如：杰瑞 · 尤斯曼 ( J e r r y N . Ue l sm a n n ) 、 瓦 茨 拉 夫 · 吉雷泽克 (Václ av J i r á se k ) 、 卡 别 耶 拉 · 莫 拉 维 茨 ( G a briel a Mo rawetz)、 伊 万 · 品 卡 瓦 ( I v a n P i n k a v a) 、 彦 · 波里尼 (J an Po h ri b n ý) 、 法 诺 · 布 拉 廷 尼 ( F a n o B la tný ) 、玛姬 · 泰勒 (M a gg i e T a yl or ) 、米 罗 · 斯 瓦 里 克 ( Miro Svo l i k)。 2018 年 4 月 14 日，Hel e n 曾 在 于 华 侨 城 创 意 园 O C T L O FT 的色界艺术空间 S E AR T SP A C E 与 国 际 摄 影 师 一 同 举 办 “C oncurren ce”摄影展 ， 其 中 她 展 出 艺 术 类 摄 影 作 品 《C ircle》《Left》，已售 《 L e f t 》 第 一 版 。 2018 年 3 月 -5 月，协助设 计 师 李 益 中 和 东 方 卫 视 工 作 人 员 ， 一同完成《美好生活家》体 验 式 改 装 节 目 的 录 制 工 作 。 2018 年 10 月 27 日，Hele n 曾 在 深 圳 万 科 云 设 计 公 社 为 活 动 "Infinity " PechaK ucha N i g h t # 3 8 担 任 现 场 主 持 翻 译 。 （“P ech aK ucha Ni gh t ” 是 一 个 旨 在 促 进 艺 术 设 计 探 索 的 非盈利性公共演讲和社交平 台 ， 于 2 0 0 3 年 由 Kl e i n D yt h am Architects (K DA) 首创。 2019 年 4 月 6 日，Hel en 曾 在 华 侨 城 创 意 园 O C T L O F T 蜂巢 当代 ( 深 圳 ) 艺术中心 Hi v e C e n t e r f or C on t e m p or a r y A r t 为讲座活动“Th e Maki ng of a C h i n e se C on t e m p or a r y Art Ga llery 中国式画廊的 建 设 与 构 建 ” 担 任 其 创 始 人 、 馆长 夏季风的现场翻译。
