Action:

Mechanism of action of the Doxymycin forte in is very similar to most aminoglycosides as it binds to the 30s ribosomal subunit interfering with bacterial protein synthesis and and the alteration of cytoplasmic membrane permeability within the susceptible organism.

Ÿ Doxymycin forte in animal significantly reduced the number of E. coli O157: H7 in animal feces.

Maduramycin acts in the first of life cycle and asexual multiplication of coccidia and kills them. It is a broad spectrum polyethermonocarboxilic Ionophore that has maximum activity against six main pathogen coccidia. It acts against E. acervulina and E.tenella is more than other Ionophore coccidiostats.

Maduramycin usage in feed cause lesser damage, better weight gain and better feed conversion rate.

INDICATIONS OF USE:

Maduramycin is used to control and prevention of coccidiosis in broilers. Its potent is 12-24 times more than other Ionophores.

·It is suggested that the reasonable application of robenidine will have better anti-coccidiosis effect.

·High feed concentration (60mg/kg) can make chicken, chicken liver and even eggs produce disgusting odor, but low feed concentration (30mg/kg) does not. In the case of acute explosive coccidiosis, it is advisable to use high drug concentration

first, and then maintain low concentration after 1~3 weeks.

·Some coccidioides can survive as long as 14 days with robenidine, so early withdrawal of the drug often leads to coccidiosis recurrence.

·Laying hens are forbidden.
