SELF-GUIDED TOUR
You can visit the homes in any order. An overview map of the Fox Cities can be found in the center of this book and at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com, which shows general locations of the Parade homes. Our mobile app allows you to build routes and gives turn-by-turn directions. Directional signs at road intersections should help guide you, and each home has a “Parade Home” flag in the front yard signifying it is an official entry. Each home featured in the HBA Fox Cities Parade of HomesTM is either already owned or will soon be owned by an individual or family that looks forward to moving into a brand-new home/remodeled space; please be respectful of these private houses and adhere to the policies outlined below.

The floor plans and renderings of Parade homes in this event are copyrighted and the copyright holder must grant permission for any use. For inquiries regarding specific house plans, consult with the individual builders. All information contained on the Parade home pages was supplied by members. The renderings and floor plans are as true a representation as possible, however, final colors/materials/ layout of completed homes may vary from the images in this book. The home building industry, like many others, is experiencing delays due supply chain and labor constraints. HBA Fox Cities and its members are grateful to continue to feature homes in our Parade events to allow you to continue planning for your dream home or renovation. As you may imagine, current circumstances in the market make timing the completion of a home for our events a unique challenge for many of our builder members and their customers. In addition to our in-person Parade of Homes events, HBAFC offers a Virtual Tour of Homes, which is available right now on foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com for more inspiration. HBAFC and its members appreciate your patience and support during this time of continuous change.
ACCESSIBILITY
Some homes in the event have zero-step entry and/or are classified as “Universal Design”. These homes are labeled as such on their individual pages.
GUEST POLICIES • • • • • • •
All guests are asked to remove shoes and wear a clean pair of socks while touring* Children under 12 years old must be in the same room with their adult chaperone(s) Eating, drinking and/or smoking inside the homes is not permitted Strollers and wet umbrellas must be left in the garages At the discretion of the home builder, only service animals are allowed inside the homes Guests who appear intoxicated/under the influence of drugs/alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave to home(s) Guests using offensive language, engaging in disorderly conduct, creating a disturbance for other guests or event workers/volunteers, or in any way causing damage to the property or its contents may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s) • Guests who refuse to comply with these policies may be denied entry or may be asked to leave the home(s) • Anyone who is denied entry or removed from the event may have his/her ticket collected and will not receive a refund for the ticket or be compensated in any way for his/her loss *If, for medical reasons only, a guest is unable to walk without wearing shoes, the guest must take off the shoes worn into the garage, put on a clean, dry pair of shoes that the guest has carried in, and put shoe covers over those shoes. Event personnel have the right to inspect these shoes to ensure they are dry and carry no matter that may cause damage to the homes’ floors. Discretion, however, is always up to the builder.
COVID-19 AND THE PARADE OF HOMES™
The health and safety of all attendees and participants is of the utmost importance to HBA Fox Cities. Therefore, in addition to the regular guest policies above, the following will be in place for the Parade of Homes in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic: • If you are presenting any symptoms of COVID-19 (as outlined by the CDC) or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state/local public health authorities, please do not attend. • All guests are encouraged to wear masks. If a local or federal mask mandate is in effect, all guests are required to wear face masks at all Parade homes. • Keep a minimum distance of 6’ from guests that are not in your party. • Builders may choose to limit the number of attendees within the homes at any time to allow for social distancing. • Adhere to any additional safety protocols as outlined by HBAFC and/or event participant. • Refrain from touching surfaces and/or sitting on any furniture in the home. • In addition to those outlined above, please follow all CDC recommended guidelines in regard to COVID-19. HBAFC and its event participants have committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience. These policies are subject to change.
