With over two decades of experience as a designer and metalsmith, I found recognition a decade ago through my “Say It” collection, which gained popularity online. Today, our Midwest studio is home to over 15 talented artists, all dedicated to handcrafting one-of-a-kind pieces that are shipped worldwide.
In recent years, my journey has taken on a profound new direction. After my grandpa passed away, I crafted a necklace for my grandmother, who suffered from dementia, featuring his picture and handwriting that read, “I love you.” When I gave it to her, her reply—“Heidi, is that Shannon?”—was a reminder of how much these small yet powerful pieces can mean. This experience opened my eyes to how few options there are for truly personal jewelry that bridges the past with the present.
As clients shared their own stories and reasons for wanting a unique heirloom, I realized my purpose was to create pieces that carry memories forward, allowing loved ones to stay close. Each piece we craft is a lasting tribute, made to be cherished across generations.

Who We Are:
Heidi, a seasoned designer and metalsmith with over twenty years of experience, never anticipated creating pieces for those who have lost loved ones. Her journey took a significant turn a decade ago when she gained online fame with her “Say It” collection. Today, Heidi leads a team of over 15 artists in her Midwest studio, where they ship her unique designs worldwide. Her passion has recently shifted towards crafting heirloom pieces that preserve the memories of loved ones who have passed.
What We Do:
We are a full working metalsmith studio working in precious metals and gemstones. Our capabilities are limitless, from casting to finishing, we are ready to create for you.
Process:
I have developed a proprietary process that enables my team to blend cremains with any metal we cast, transforming them into a one-of-a-kind, personalized piece of jewelry. We do not premake or mass produce any of our designs. Once you place your order, we begin the creative process.
Lead Time:
Before the cremation is received, my artists and I begin discussing and sketching your custom piece. Once the cremations are delivered, we will need 3-5 business days to complete your item(s). We communicate with our partners throughout the process to make sure we deliver exactly what you deserve.
Our Approach:
In creating our line of remembrance jewelry, I set out with two goals in mind:
1. Attention to Detail: Every piece should feel unique and personal, never mass-produced.
2. Trust and Respect: We approach every creation with the utmost reverence and care, treating your loved one’s remains with the same respect and love as if they were our own.”
To date, we’ve crafted thousands of pieces, with more than 60% of our orders coming from loyal, repeat customers.
