GOATSBRIDGE TROUT FARM

Jerpointchurch,Thomastown,Co.Kilkenny

At Goatsbridge Fish Farm, the knowledge and experience farming rainbow trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clear waters of The Little Arrigle River.

GOLD RIVER FARM

Gold River Farm is a small family owned, mixed farming business near Aughrim, Co.Wicklow. It’s primary business is producing fresh, high quality mixed baby salad leaves.

MACROOM BUFFALO CHEESE

Macroom Buffalo Cheese Products Ltd , produces a range of market-leading cheese, in a state of the art production facility on our farm in West Cork.

LEAHY BEEKEEPING

Leahy Beekeeping is a small, family-run business based in the West of Ireland, with four generations of beekeepers who have a wealth of experience.

HEGARTY CHEESE

Located in Whitechurch, County Cork, this family run cheesemaking business has become renowned for its traditional methods and the use of locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. Hegarty Cheese was founded by Dan and Mary Hegarty in the early 2000s. They use fresh, unpasteurized cow's milk sourced from their own dairy herd, resulting in cheeses that capture the essence of the Irish countryside.

BALLYMAKENNY FARM HIGHBANK ORCHARDS

Ballymakenny Farm is run by husband and wife David and Maria, a tillage and potato farm based in Drogheda, County Louth. In 2014 Maria Flynn realised that heritage potatoes were missing from the market, so after some research and advice from Ireland’s top chefs she started growing their vibrant and unique heritage potatoes on her husband’s family Potato Farm in Ballymakenny, Co. Louth. The Farm has been in the family for 5 generations now, and counting.

High Bank Orchards is a renowned Irish Organic Farm in Co. Kilkenny. The first apple orchards were planted by their family in 1969 to compliment the hop gardens. The fertile Kilkenny limestone soils are uniquely suited to produce delicious apples and apple juice organically. The varieties of apples are specially chosen for their juicing properties which are uniquely complex and full of health giving vitamins and minerals.

KILLOWEN FARM

Nicholas Dunn – Single Origin Dairy Farm 300 Cows , Co

Wexford. Factory is on the farm beside the house.

The Proper Dairy Company is producing halloumi cheese at its base in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, in what is the first venture of its kind to take place in Ireland.

CREAM OF THE CROP

Cream of the Crop produces “Zero Waste” artisian gelatos and snacks. The gelatos and snacks are produce using rescued surplus and imperfecting edients, which despite being perfectly good enough to be eaten, would other wise have end up in a landfill. The sea recollcted weekly from local growers and producers, including Fyffes, M&S supermarket, Food Cloud even some charities.

CASHEL FARMHOUSE CHEESEMAKERS

Sarah Furno, daughter of Jane and Louis Grubb founder and creators of Cashel Blue, joined the family business 20 years ago this year. Together with her Italian husband Sergio they established the Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers grading and selection system.

GARRYHINCH WOOD

EXOTIC MUSHROOMS

Garryhinch Wood Exotic is a long-standing family run farm by Joe & Dolores Gorman. The Organic farm is located on the banks of the river Barrow on the borders of counties Laois and Offaly.

LITTLE CRESS MICROGREENS

Little Cress microgreens, Co Meath. Little Cress microgreens is a producer of top quality microgreens aimed at the restaurant, catering.

DART MOUNTAIN CHEESE

Dart Mountain Cheese was established in 2009 by Julie Hickey, a small family business located in the beautiful Sperrin Mountains in Co. Derry in Northern Ireland. They quietly work away making a range of 8 cheese ( 5 cows milk and 3 goats milk) and a range of chutneys and craft drizzles. Also, Winners of Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards, Great Taste and World Cheese Awards over the years. They source all of their ingredients locally, and further work with suppliers offering various tours. They have been using 100% renewable energy for the last 8 years and this year they have installed their own solar system and now produce 45% of their energy needs on site.

O’DONOHUES BAKERY

Cathal O'Donohue, a 3rd generation master baker from Co. Mayo, realised his dream of opening a bakery in Tullamore in1989. With his wife in France, and one other baker, they grew O'Donhues bread into a thriving business. Today, the bakery operates from a spacious 26,0000 sq.ft BRC Accredited facility in Kilcruttin Centre, employing a dedicated team of 33 staff. The award winning Penny Loaf was created as a Thaw and Serve product in the heart of Ireland by 4rth generation family run business O'Donohues Bakery.

COCOA ATELIER

Irish handcrafted chocolate & luxury confectionery made with imagination, care & the finest ingredients. Cocoa Atelier was set up with the ambition to bring elegance, style and exceptional flavour to creations. They use some of the finest Irish ingredients in their chocolate; from creamy Irish butter to locally grown herbs to pure Achill Island sea salt. They give their chocolate the time it deserves, carefully conceiving our ideas and and then handcrafting every single product ensuring each piece delivers against that original ambition.

THE SMOKIN’ BUTCHER ACHILL SEA SALT

Known through out Ireland as a key menber of the Craft Butcher Fraternity, Hugh has won numerous awards for his sausages, dry cured rashers and black & white puddings over the years.

Founded in 2013, Achill Island Sea Salt is a family business, which was inspired by the long-forgotten tradition of salt production on Achill Island. They create a great tasting, pure and natural Irish Sea Salt, which is organically hand harvested in small batches using a slow evaporation process. The characteristics of Achill Island Sea Salt are directly linked to the high mineral content of the grade A wild Atlantic waters that surround Achill Island creating distinctive tasting and textured sea salt flakes

At Wild Irish Game, all species are treated with the utmost respect. Their mission is to always work alongside nature and to maintain the balance between what they do and what nature provides with.

VELVET CLOUD

Velvet Cloud is a small specialist sheep dairy business in Co. Mayo just outside the town of Claremorries, in a town land called Rockfield. The business was founded just over seven years ago by Aisling and Michael Flanagan. They produce delicious creamy grass fed live sheep’s milk yogurt, sheep’s milk cheeses and recently, a farmhouse cows milk farmhouse cheese. They are currently testing a new sheep’s milk labne.

From humble beginnings at his kitchen table, Robert Bullock has taken an idea and developed it into a thriving, award winning patisserie business. With the support of his talented team of patisserie chefs, Le Patissier produces in excess of two million handmade desserts and patisserie annually. All products are made from scratch, using only the finest Irish ingredients where possible.

Keeling's is a 100% Irish owned, third generation family business operating and innovating within the fresh produce industry since 1926. They provide a range of services and expertise in growing, sourcing, sales, marketing, distribution and ERP software solutions.

IONA FRUIT FARM

Iona Fruit Farm is a family-owned farm based in Lusk, County Dublin. They are known for their production of baby vegetables, cooking apples, berries, courgette flowers, and fresh Irish Rhubarb. They are the main producers of baby vegetables in Ireland. Most of their production takes place in the greenhouses located at the farm.
