Co-rec flag football is Hefty-Fit ‘n’ Strong’s way of combining the male & female atheltic talent. The co-rec rules are designed to ensure girls are involved in the play as often as possible. If you are a girl and feel in any way athletic (ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN REALLY THROW) we want you on this team. Guys are needed as well. You can play both co-rec and regular flag football.
