MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN 2 BOARD OF DIRECTORS 3 MEMBERSHIP PROFILE 4-5 STRATEGIC GOALS 6-8 COMMUNICATION FOR OUR MEMBERS 9 TABLE OF CONTENTS MISSION Advancing Business, Strengthening Community VISION To be the most relevant, value-driven Chamber in Tarrant County. VALUES Leadership • Integrity Diversity Innovation • Relevance CHAMBER UNPLUGGED

A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

The HEB Chamber of Commerce continues to be YOUR Chamber in 2022!

During this past year, the HEB Chamber of Commerce has continuously worked to strengthen the business growth in our area by advocating as a ‘Voice at the Table’ on governmental issues, providing important and productive resources to business owners, as well as bringing people together by serving as a strong community partner. The Chamber shared valuable, real-time information from state and locally elected officials that includes resources available to assist businesses, addressing their most immediate and long-term needs.

When reflecting on this community, I’m reminded about the incredible collaboration between our three wonderful cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford, the HEB Independent School District and the HEB Chamber! Not only is HEB unique to North Texas through demographic diversity and culture, but it also continues to thrive for business, industries and organizations of all shapes and sizes. Growing up in Bedford and graduating from L.D. Bell High School (Go Raiders!), I’ve been fortunate to spend many years close to my roots and in an area I will always love. The people make up the backbone of HEB and, together, we’ll continue to grow and thrive in this great community. This past year was difficult year to say the least and we are all looking to a brighter future!

Thank you for allowing me to serve as the 2022 Chairman and thank you for helping the HEB Chamber of Commerce continue to Advance Business, Strengthen Community
