GOOD EVENING - THANKS TO EVERYONE READING TODAY'S DIGITAL MATCHDAY PROGRAMME.
Hopefully Saturday's win at Bridlington Town will bring us some confidence. The lads were buzzing. Over the last few weeks, we've not been at our best. We weren't good enough in the first half but in the second half, it was much better. We closed the gaps down, played better football and exploited them down the wings. Shaun Newbrook pulled off a great save at the end we haven't had the luck lately but on Saturday we did. We allowed them to have a bit too much time early on so we pressed higher and they struggled to get around us. At half-time we spoke about sticking together and that's exactly what we did. I was pleased to get the goal but I was happier with the three points, especially with the run we've had. The away support all season has been class - even when we're in a rut, they still travel in numbers. It's like a family at this club - some fans might not have bothered with recent defeats but our supporters get behind us. We need to push on now - home
