HELLO EVERYONE AND WELCOME BACK TO LEAGUE ACTION AS WE WELCOME SHILDON.

Everyone grafted from the first minute on Friday night against Stockton. Overall, it was a great team performance. Stockton didn't like us pressing them high and it showed - the goals came from our pressing. That first goal calmed us down because the game felt like it was going 100 mile an hour from both teams. When that went in, we settled down and worked our way into the game. Then the second helped us a lot and third made sure of the win. In all the trophies, you want to go as far as possible and have a good run, so it's nice to keep progressing. For me, I want to improve on my goal tally from last year. I got 15 so I would like to beat that - I haven't started well on that front but the last two games have helped, getting four inside a week. It's another massive game tonight at The Green Energy Sports Ground against Shildon. There's obviously a bit of meaning behind it with the gaffers leaving in the summer and coming here. As always, we just want the three points on the board. Hopefully we can get the victory and keep our good run of form going.
