TERMS CONDITIONS 0.1 BR AND MARKETING PROPOSAL We of • • • •

kick off the project with a Brand Marketing Proposal which is inclusive the following: Concept brief Project deliverables Project timeline Financial proposal

0.2 PAYMENT TERMS According to project size payment terms shall be determined as for our standards terms stated as per the following: • 40% advanced Payment required upon Brand Marketing Proposal approval for project kick off.

• 40% working process payment required upon conceptual presentation approval.

• 10% payment required upon delivering final conceptual presentation.

• 10% payment required upon project deliverables to client.

0.3 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS • During project working process any additional requests by the client shall take additional charges & quoted separately.

• Any additional requests which could affect project timeline delivery shall be shared with the client.

• Weekly report shall be shared with the client according to project size & deliverables.

• Project materials shall be delivered according to payment terms stated as of the above.
