Reminder: Roster/Data Validation As part of the state mandated regulations, health plans must validate information from our providers at a minimum of every 6 months. We will be sending reminder notices to provider offices prior to the data needing to be validated. According to Senate Bill 137, failure to respond can result in the provider being temporarily removed from the provider directory until it is resolved.
