Kia ora New Zealand. Our April issue is all about supporting sleep and overwhelm. For some of us in the North Island who have faced unprecedented weather events, it's been an extremely tense time. From preparation to recovery and clean-up, words cannot really describe the challenges we are facing.

I know Kiwis rally together in times of need, and we're thankful for all the community and emergency services, as well as roading contractors, who worked tirelessly to clear debris and make things safe in all affected areas. Also, to all the unsung heroes who checked on neighbors, shared resources, or even kept community spirits up.

The good news is that there are many natural products that can offer support in times of extreme stress or restless nights.

I'm a fan of using aromatherapy to relax, and I have a diffuser going on my desk during the day. At night, I'll sprinkle my favorite essential oil blend on my pillow.
