With our group of Chefs and Nutritionists, we have been operating for the last five years mainly in the North & East of London, Essex and have recently been invited to Sussex, Kent, Luton and the South of London.

With complete family/group participation we demonstrate how to eradicate harmful fats and starches from your everyday diet, also how to cook vegetables without salt and water thus retaining a whopping 93% of the valuable nutrition we need to build a healthy immune system, we promote health and nutrition with Energy Boosting Salads and a delicious Guilt Free Chocolate Cake and we are available to anybody who has an interest towards their own and their families health.

Samantha says “Personally I know the importance of a strong immune system, I am a sufferer of a debilitating blood disorder and had been on a cocktail of prescription medication since my childhood, but since learning about the nutritional content in ones diet over eight years ago, I am no longer on prescription drugs daily and I lead a healthier happier lifestyle and I fully intend to share the news.
