The camera loves contrast. Dark skin look luscious in creams, beiges & whites and look flat out amazing with a pop of bright color like royal blue or reds. Fair skin looks great with pops of bright colors as well, but really shines in darker colors even black.

Try to stick with classic & timeless outfits, while still keeping your brand personality in mind.

Use the notes section of your phone to jot down ideas when you think of them or snap a photo of something that catches your eye! Don’t be afraid to brainstorm ideas no matter how outrageous

Props can be one of the best ways to create a unique, personalized and branded photoshoot! YOUR

Be sure to throw in some personal touches so they can see what it’s like behind the scenes at your business or doing something you love. Just be sure it stays consistent with your brand image

For example, if you’re a writer, bring a copy of your book, your laptop or your favorite coffee mug! We’ll work all of this into your shoot If you’re a nutritionist or diet coach, healthy foods, kitchen tools or free weights would make ideal props

Consider your brand personality words when choosing both your props and your location
